Negative experience: Lots of testing. No follow up or treatment offered.

Positive experience: I usually feel very nervous about dental visits because of my past experiences, and my teeth are very sensitive, which makes it more stressful. However, Dr. Rachel Hynes was the most kind and professional dentist I have ever met. Thanks to her, I was able to complete my deep cleaning and about six fillings. She was amazing, and her staff were also very kind and professional. The front desk team was very supportive as well. One of the staff members, who was pregnant, was especially helpful and caring. I truly appreciate all their hard work. I had been canceling and postponing my treatments for a long time, but they made me feel comfortable enough to go through with everything.

Fantastic experience: The receptionists PCP and chiropractor are all incredible. So are the dentist and vision doctors upstairs. Most convenient thorough doctors I've ever had ever. They constantly get me in via walk-ins too...they're the best

Negative experience: Terrible dentists here. They refer to horizon implants. Never go there either. I filed a complaint with the dental board on both.

Negative experience: We've made 4 appointment and the four appointments where canceled or changed last minute. This is seriously wrong and dangerous. My daughter has a lump in her breast and she needs fast treatment. She finally got a last min appointment and now they say she may have cancer cells.

Negative experience: Attitude sucks and never sent me my medical records like they said they would

Fantastic experience: The entire staff works so hard here to get what you need asap... Somtimes referrals are quite slow some for P.T. and O.T. but that seems to be a referal department issue. The dental services are good and so is the eye department.

Negative experience: I went in there to get blood drawn for blood work. In all my life, I've never had anybody miss with a needle on my arms because my veins are very prominent. Two people there tried drawing blood. Both of them missed one left me bruised pretty good on the right arm.

Negative experience: My son was a patient here. He had some serious issues. We moved a few years ago andwhen i found him a new doctor we simply requested them to swnd his records. That was in January it is now May. I was told they use a third party. That thwy use their own release forms which i filled out and called to make sure it was done correctly. That was 6 wewks ago. So i called and spoke to a manager who let me know the file was on her desk she would swnd it asap that was 11 days ago. Do not use this clinic they are impossible to get your records from. So i have filed a complaint with the state medical board

Positive experience: I initially went to the clinic as right up the street from me only to find out they do not have urgent care hours on Fridays. The gal who helped me was pleasant, helpful, and found me an appt in an hour on the other side of town. I arrived there and was ushered through a back door into a wing for people who are sick as I am. They ended up phoning me to find me. Finally the doctor came in and I was less than impressed. His affect was as though I was just sick and he could only offer me cough suppressants. I have a lot of knowledge about medication as I attended pharmacy school and was asking him questions, however he was already walking out the door. He didn't care. I will not be returning. The three stars are for the initial meeting with the gal who actually gave a damn and helped me. Otherwise this would be a one star.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased and grateful for the service and care that I have received from the Clinicas staff. Especially Dr Rachel Hymes. My situation was pretty humbling. She came in with no judgement. Made me feel comfortable. She put a treatment plan in place and jumped right in and got to work. I still have a long road ahead of me but I'm comfortable knowing that she is there to get me to the end. I highly recommend Clinicas Dental no matter the situation they will get it done with your best interest in mind.

Positive experience: I've had my issues in the past with "transient" doctors at this facility...I believe I am on my 4th primary in as many years... but I am most pleased with my current MD, Dr. Chen. Listens well and doesn't talk down to me like I'm an idiot. Front desk girls are the best! They always find the time to be helpful and are always friendly even when they are obviously swamped. I haven't tried any of the other services (chiropractor, dentist, etc.) so can't rate them but it's nice to know this is a "one stop shop"! The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars (besides rarely seeing the same doctor twice) is the absolutely HORRIBLE phone system! I their intentions are to make sure it is next to impossible to get through to a real person then they have succeeded!

Fantastic experience: Went for an eye exam, everyone I encountered was very kind and patient with me. The provider was very honest and explained everything to me clearly. I would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Went to get my iud placed yesterday the doctor was very slow and it made it more painful but the nurse I had was amazing and very considerate and comforting she was truly amazing honestly almost wish she was the doctor instead because she was way more professional about everything than the doctor was

Fantastic experience: *UPDATED REVIEW (ADD-ON): I previously wrote about my chiropractic experience. I wanted to update and also add my review for Ms. Lanette Hatch, PAC. She is very caring and helpful and thorough and genuinely listens to my health concerns and needs. Knowing that she is also extremely busy with patients, when I call her office for follow-ups and things needed, she is proactive and quick to help push through things given that the process at Clinicas can be very slow. I am grateful I’ve been under Ms. Hatch’s care for medical. *PREVIOUS REVIEW: This review is for the chiropractic department at the Madera location. I’ve been a patient of Dr Mendoza throughout the years. She is caring and fantastic. Whenever I have any questions or concerns, she is always so great and proactive about helping to push through and/or expedite any requests. Her new medical assistant, Ashley, is also so wonderful! Ashley is attentive and helpful and so personable. Grateful for the help and care that both Dr Mendoza and Ashley put towards their patients.

Negative experience: I have never met such an unfriendly, cold pedestrian in all my days! Dr Murthi treated us like we were wasting his time! We will not be back!

Negative experience: Friendly staff but I would be careful not to go to a chiropractor here. I usually go to the one in Moorpark but the chiropractor there is on leave, so I went here which was a mistake. The chiropractor I saw was very quick with me and didn’t get to know my needs at all. She was extremely rough, and she was very rough on my neck, and kept insisting it cracked even though it was out of cracks. I felt like a rag doll in there. Due to this, it injured my neck and my neck and shoulders have been in a lot of pain, I had to get prescribed muscle relaxers and pain medication which I don’t like taking but the pain is too much. I will probably have to miss some work too which I don’t want to because I don’t get paid for the time I miss. It’s been hurting everyday since and has not gotten any better. I wish I had never came here.

Positive experience: The staff and doctor were very professional and friendly, and it was a beautiful facility. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the office staff don’t seem to be really in tune with the doctor’s requests. The doctor told me that a staff member was going to bring me a document to sign in the exam room for a release of medical records, and she also said she wanted to see me in one week. When I went to the front desk, they did not offer me the form to fill out, which I had to remember to ask for, and it was more than just signing the form, because the front office gal wanted me to fill out everything myself, and some of it was information that honestly they should’ve filled in themselves and just had me sign the form, because I didn’t know what specific records they were requesting, and then they couldn’t make an appointment earlier than two weeks out. Also, the doctor wanted me to have both neck and lower back x-rays. The front office gal gave me the prescription, and I drove over to the xray facility immediately. When I was there, it was discovered that the prescription did not include the lower back x-rays, so then I had to get on the phone with Clinicias, wait 20 minutes on the phone for them to add the back x-rays onto the prescription, barely in time before the x-ray facility was closing for the day. So while the Clinicas facility was beautiful, and everybody working there was very friendly, professional, and courteous, I’m just not sure the front office staff are fully adept at communicating with the doctor in fulfilling the doctor’s expectations and requests. As a patient, you definitely have to self advocate for your needs with the office staff and don’t rely 100% on them. And by the way, it is a nightmare trying to reach them on the phone. When you call in, apparently it goes to some kind of a general switchboard for multiple Clinicas locations, and they ask you a bunch of screening questions before they send you over to the actual facility that you need to talk to, so plan on any phone call taking 10-15 minutes or longer just to get TO someone pertinent to your needs at your chosen facility.

Negative experience: Doctors seem reasonable, but nothing special. Always in a rush to the next Pt. And their phone system is HORRIBLE - worse than trying to get a person at Amazon It takes MANY minutes (never less than four) to get a human on the phone through their miserable phone system. Then you have to be transferred anyway. And they WILL NOT share a phone number to get in touch with any of the locations directly. If you get an appointment (which usually takes several weeks) and even need to answer a simple question, they will NOT help, but require another appointment. That way they can bill again and again… Currently seeking a new provider! And you see their response, including a phone number. But that is USELESS because; 1) Nobody put their name to the response. 2) That is the MAIN phone mail maze and does NOT go to ANY PERSON. *** FAIL ***

Negative experience: Clinicas is terrible! They screwed up my glasses and wouldn't return them unless I had another appointment. They put off the appointment, and then they told me it would cost me $90 for an appointment because it was past warranty.

Fantastic experience: 1000 times better than sierra vista i have a lump on my breast that i noticed in February when i had a massive stroke i spent 21 days in the hospital and when i was discharged the hospital told me to see my doctor as soon as possible called sierra vista they could NOT see me till may 7th. they said they couldnt get me in earlier just because i asked. the Friday before may 7th (monday) sierra vista cancelled my appointment anyways i switch primary to clincas i have a patient advocate from goldcast she got me into clincas within a week. went to my mamagram august 6th radiologist was so concerned i have my biopsy next week all that time sierra vista wasted. THANK YOU so much clincas! sierra vista treats you like cattle.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed. I drove 45 minutes to have my son’s eyes checked only to be told that since we were on time for the appointment that we were late and they could not see us. She mentioned someone calling to “remind” us that we needed to be there at 145 instead of the scheduled 215 time that was on my text but no one ever mentioned this to me. Needless to say I will not be returning

Negative experience: This location always, always takes so long to attend you. Whenever I get sent to this location, no lie I wait for about 1 hr to be called. It such an inconvenience. Especially with 3 kids.

Negative experience: Had an appointment with Lanette Hatch, I showed up on time and they checked me in. Got called into the room and waited for 1.5 hours. The appointment time was 4.45pm and I waited until 6pm. The doctor never showed up. I had my toddler with me who kept crying. I got so frustrated that I ended up leaving. Terrible place.

Negative experience: I went in there for shingles and the doctor gave me lidocaine which does not work for shingles and had made it worse so I just took he antibiotics and ibprophin I see my primary on the 12th

Negative experience: Before I had blood work done I asked what the cost would be. They gave me the costs. After the completion of the blood draw they rang up different costs. They had given me the wrong pricing which was 3 times higher. I asked that they honor the price that was provided before the bloodwork was done. The supervisor came to meet me unapologetic and said no we cannot give you price that was quoted with a take it or leave it attitude. I had no other choice the blood was already drawn and I needed the results. Very poor customer service and the supervisor had an awful attitude.

Fantastic experience: They did a great job in my cracked and broken tooth. I’m a big baby when it comes to the dentist. She was so nice and made me feel more comfortable than I normally would have. She also did a great job repairing my tooth. Thank you for helping me and getting me in!

Mean front desk rudeness n being mean n unorganized its what they are expert in. Not only shame on them shame on those doesn’t change stuff! Not are they even try to help but add lots problems on patient life. Im reporting them to health organization with the horrible experience i had.

Dont go here find somewhere else. The pediatrician, Dr.Sarva is a joke. He is overly terrified to enter the room. You can't hear or understand him. He doesn't know your child's name or why you're there. Absolutely the worst. They need to do better.

Negative experience: I had a 1:00pm appointment and the doctor was 47 minutes late. My anxiety started acting up. The doctor was of ABSOLUTELY NO HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She refused to prescribe me any anti-anxiety medication, so I'm going to continue having Pseudo Seizures because clinicus refuses to take care of there patients. Had I been 30 seconds late they would have canceled my appointment but the doctor was 47 minutes late and I was having anxiety and to them that's okay. I get I'm not her only patient but my health is important too, apparently not at clinicus though.I told her therapy and the psychiatrist didn't help. I felt worse afterwards and she tried to push group therapy on me...as if 1 on 1 wasn't bad enough. I only have 2 doctors through clinics who seem to know what they are doing. At clinicus, ignorance and disrespect and disregard for the patients runs rampant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 ⭐️

Negative experience: Dentist was a joke was talking her assistant the whole time about the office drama. Didn’t floss or properly even clean my teeth. They got me in n out without during a thorough exam. Dr didn’t even bother acknowledging me. My teeth felt really weird after getting a so called “cleaning” I’ve never expierence da dentist like this…..

Negative experience: I went with my sister to fill some documents and the receptionist in front name Janet. ( The oldest lady there w/ glasses.) Gave us the the paperwork to fill without informing us what to do. She just handed it and stayed quiet and when my sister said “ Thank You” she was very rude and stayed quiet. Not only did she not do her job by informing us in what to do with the paperwork, but she also didn’t have any type of manners.

Negative experience: The nurse that attended us for vitals etc was rude and lacked knowledge to certain conditions. Tried explaining to her that my child struggles with verbal communication and social cues and thus can’t assess her pain level properly not even with a facial chart and she was still persistent on getting an answer from my child. Went as far as saying with attitude “but she does understand numbers right?” Sorry lady, you’re not going to be correct on this one I already told you numerous times. Also was persistent on asking what medication my child was on even after telling her countless times that my child does not take medication.. she “nothing? no anti depressants?” I don’t know what gave her the idea that my very happy content child is on anti depressants or why she would ask that or be persistent when someone’s already telling them No. I didn’t catch this woman’s name, but had an accent. I’m assuming Hispanic, Latino, wore glasses and had her hair in a down pony tail. Never coming here again just to avoid her rudeness. At least I know the PA that we saw today doesn’t typically come here. We made a drive to get in today. I will state the PA was nice. (I will not be calling any numbers to give a “second chance as it says on every other review. Just work with the staff to have more knowledge or to not speak on something they don’t know. I have been a long time patient with clinicas and this is the first nurse that has ever been this rude. Thank you)
