My dentist who did my wisdom tooth extraction did a great job. Also very low price! I highly recommend them to anyone. Ill be going back again when I need to.

Fantastic experience: Today I had my first appointment with Dr Ju at Hello Smile Dental and it was a very positive experience. He and his assistant Sol were absolutely great. Normally I am freaked out about going to the dentist but the spotless office environment combined with the relaxed vibe of Dr. Ju and Sol made me feel instantly relaxed and comfortable. For me that's huge. As the appointment progressed everything that was going on was explained in detail and all my questions were answered completely, professionally and with genuine care. After 20 years my current dentist has retired and I am very happy I have found my new dentist...... I highly recommend Dr. Ju and Hello Smile Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ju's office has a modern, well-designed interior with state-of-the art equipment. On my first visit, his assistant used a new low radiation X-ray machine, and Dr. Ju displayed its results on a large monitor, giving a clear picture of what my teeth looked like and why he made recommendations for treatment. Although he does not use a dental hygienist, the cleaning he did himself was again very modern, did not feel uncomfortable at all, and produced a noticeably whiter smile. Finally, his fees were very competitive for the region. He did make a couple costly recommendations that were not strictly necessary, but left it up to me whether to purchase. Highly recommend Hello Smile.

Negative experience: My son had the worst experience in this place. The dentist was rude and rough on him. They even trow water on his face. Very horrible experience. Dont ever go back.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Smile Dental for a few years now, and I really like them. I switched over after my previous dental office was not honest with billing—we were charged for items we were told would not be billed for before the service. It was a nightmare. I don’t have those kinds of problems at Hello Smile. Dr. Ju always lets us know the fees before performing any service. Each visit, he carefully examines my teeth, explains his findings and recommendations, and makes sure I understand the costs in advance. The receptionist, Jackie, is wonderful—always taking care of us and sending appointment reminders. The dental assistants are also amazing and very caring. I had a crown done before, and she even helped me match the color—I didn’t even know that was a thing! Dr. Ju might not seem very warm at first, but he is very caring. I once had an emergency with a painful tooth, and he called me after hours to check on me and made sure I was seen and taken care of as soon as possible. The office is also very clean with new equipment. My girls love it here because they can watch their favorite shows during the visit (they don’t get much screen time at home, so it’s a treat for them). I would highly recommend Hello Smile!

Fantastic experience: My wife referred me to this dentist. I needed to "fix it" work done by another Dr that didn't get done properly. Pain and bad filling material and Dr Ju fixed it quickly. I returned for cleaning and check up to pull 2 wisdom teeth soon. The wisdom teeth started hurting before the appointment was due so his team was able to switch my wife's appointment to get me in earlier to pull both out. It is difficult to find a great Dr and a good team that works together so well.

He also took the time to work closely with her medical doctor to ensure that the medications she is taking and has taken in the past would not interfere with her dental procedures, which gave us great peace of mind. Fantastic experience: I had an old implant that was causing a lot of pain. Dr Ju was able to quickly and accurately diagnose the problem with his assessment and the in-office CT scan. He then proceeded to remove the implant without any complications. The office was clean and all of the equipment looked state of the art. The whole experience was very pleasant and would recommend Dr Ju to anyone for any dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I switched my kids from a pediatric dentist to here over a year ago and loved how they were treated so much I switched myself from the dentist I had been with for close to 10 years. I appreciate the clear breakdown of costs prior agreeing to anything, there has never been a surprise add on. The dentist also always explains how it impacts my insurance and if it’s better to wait till the following year do something so the insurance will pick it up. I really appreciate that transparency. They are flexible, great at communication, and aim to get me and both kids in at the same time for ease of scheduling. I can’t say enough great things. Jackie, the receptionist is kind, patient, and always so friendly to all of us. I feel like I’m a VIP patient when I walk in, and they actually remember and value us. There is no need to look elsewhere for your dental needs!

Positive experience: I had going here because he managed to drain my insurance (I had a full bank) in 2 visits and charged me top dollar, while he was collecting from my insurance as well. His assistant is super under qualified and mumbles a lot. She definitely needs more schooling. I had 2 cavities and a cleaning on my last visit and I sat in the chair for over 3 hours, while the assistant was suffocating me with the suction tube the whole time. The dentist had a hard time reaching my back molar and he did a really BAD job. The molar is half filled and a corner is still very sharp, which bothers me everyday. Just be careful and check your bills also. I’m traumatized and can’t go back there…

Fantastic experience: Roughly 2 months ago I contacted Hello Smile after putting off going to the dentist due to horrible anxiety from a big chain in town where the dentist there treated me horribly (and pretty sure pulled my tooth for no reason)! My first encounter was with Jackie on the phone and my anxiety was instantly eased after speaking with her as she listened to me and let me explain how i had been treated prior. They got me in quickly due to severe pain I had been enduring for a while. I needed A LOT of work on my teeth that I had been avoiding due to not wanting to go back to a place like the one I was going to before. Dr. Ju and his team have been amazing, and after about 2 months worth of appointments my teeth and smile are perfect! They are sooo nice and listen to you and specialize in treating patients who have anxiety. I always get a blanket and dark glasses for some extra comfort (just ask! they’ll happily give them to you) during my visits. He explains everything in detail and answers questions and shows you your X-rays in big photos on the wall and thoroughly explains what is going on or what needs to be done. I’m so happy with my decision to choose Dr. Ju as my new Dentist, I’ll be going to him for the rest of my life lol. I have raved about this place since my first appointment to everyone i know because I’ve never been treated so well. Although I had a lot of work needed to be done, I actually looked forward to going into their office to get my work done which is something I thought I would never say or think in my entire life about a dental place. The receptionist, his assistant, and him are all amazing at what they do and always make sure you’re comfortable and are more than happy to deliver the extra patience and listen to you. More dental places need to be like this team. If i could give this place 100 stars I would! Fantastic experience: I’ve never been to a dental practice that has impressed me from the moment I called to the minute I left. I initially called because I went to ANOTHER Dental office the previous day to get my tooth looked at because I was in so much pain. Got an appointment from that office same day and I repeatedly told them that I’m in pain. (Not sure how ANYONE can miss that). They did the x-ray and the dentist came to look at it for a few minutes and said, “It’s not swollen or cracked so we’re gonna need to refer you to a specialist BUUUUUUUUUUUUT, it looks like you need a new crown, cleaning, etc.” I said ok, sure i totally know I need all the things you said but I’d like to focus on the tooth that’s keeping me up at night. She said sure! Then the Office Manager came out with a 2500 quote. Felt like I was buying a car and negotiating something. I told her I have insurance but their front office didn’t manage to get a hold of them. She said come back tomorrow and we can do the crown, etc. Charged my card and sent me home with antibiotics. That’s it. Following day, I called to follow up and they said the appointment was made to do all the other services they were selling me but the one tooth that’s giving me so much pain. When I asked about that she said, “Oh that’s for a specialist. We refer you out.” I asked with whom and she said a root canal specialist! Last question was “So you don’t want to do the other services we are selling you? Are you in pain?” I was so frustrated I called and stumbled upon this amazing woman named Jackie who listened to my plight. She offered to squeeze me in within a couple of hours. She took care of my insurance and had ZERO issues. She was so kind and understanding. It was a breath of fresh air!! Then I get to the office and met with Dr. Ju. Dr. Ju reviewed my x-rays, did the examination and recommended all the things I need to do and you know what he asked me?? Dr Ju said, “What would you like to focus on today?” He didn’t sell me anything, he didn’t scold me, he didn’t try to push any other service down my throat and he listened to what I wanted done and helped me! He was AMAZING! Plus!!!!!! When he was examining me, he had the lightest touch while getting what needed to be done. I’m so impressed that I’m planning on giving him all of my business and my friends and family too! Dr. Ju and his team makes you feel like a patient. They do what they say they are going to do and I don’t know, I’ve never felt so relieved leaving a dental office. I feel like they are so cognizant of your fears of getting dental work done. Unlike other places I’ve been to, they work on your mouth like it’s not attached to a face or something! They are super gentle and super nice. His assistant was lovely and made sure I was comfortable all the way. Their rates are reasonable and nothing felt like an oversell. I left with a beautiful smile!

He is incredibly skilled at what he does (saw his diplomas and he studied at the top schools!) and is also such a kind person who seems to genuinely care about his patients. Fantastic experience: What Can I say! Just trust him and you’ll be glad you did. Extremely reliable. Short story- I consulted my tooth problem with at least 4 other Dentists, all of them recommended to remove and replace it with the implant and that wasn’t ideal for me till, I got a chance to talk with Dr. Ju, said he can save it and he’ll make it a solid tooth with the crown. Anyway- he fairly quoted me and took care of it like almost nothing happened. The Crown matches with the rest of my teeth and it’s Solid like a rock. Friendly team, professional attitude, neat office, clean and up to date equipments. All & All is greater than 5 stars.
