Fantastic experience: Excellent care. Staff very nice and polite. Dr Nelson was very confident, and quick. Fastest dental appointment ever.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Denaro! I had Mel do a cleaning/ x- rays, she was gentle, thorough and quick! The office staff were just as accommodating & helpful. I called on Monday stating I would like to come in for a cleaning and to have someone look at, what I thought, was a cracked tooth. I had an appointment by Thursday of the same week! It had been 3 years since I had a cleaning, it would’ve been easy for them to sell me on a filling, a crown, etc. but THEY DIDN’T! After my cleaning, the doctor came in, looked at my teeth told me everything was great, minus what was a filling loss, not cracked tooth. I’ve been at other dental offices, where they absolutely would’ve tried to sell me what they thought they could get away with, but not here! This is not the first time @ Denaro where I had expected more in terms of cost and dental work, only to find out I just needed minimal work! Though they are out of network, they accepted what my plan offered as coverage for 100% of the bill on cleaning and x-rays. If you’re nervous about going to the dentist or you have any reservations about what your dentist wants to do, please do yourself a favor and go to Denaro! Keep up the great work Denaro!! UPDATE 4/2026: The day before a celebration weekend out of town I had been experiencing some tooth pain and had what turned out to be a cracked tooth! From the urgency of getting me in the door to finishing up with a root canal, the Dr and his staff consistently exceeded my expectations AGAIN! They are a stellar team who never treat you like just a patient. Each one of them were very professional and sympathetic to my situation. I will never go anywhere else for dental care!

Fantastic experience: I was unfortunate in that I needed to have a tooth pulled, and I was in search of a new dentist at the same time. Then I received a mailer from Denaro Dental Care in my mailbox and thought I would give it a try; I was glad I did. I like this dentist and his approach toward his patient. In less than 1 hour I walked out the door having a new dentist and one less tooth. It was a good day.

Fantastic experience: Great, honest dentist, went to Denaro for a second opinion after my last dentist stated we had six cavities between three girls, and one of them needed braces. The dentist at Denaro only found one total, and no braces. We will be trusting Denaro for a long time.

You leave and your mouth feels great , not all beat up like some hygienist do. Super great Dr. awesome staff and front office will continue coming here forever! Jan 6 2026 Just had kind of an emergency appointment had a back lower tooth that had a crown on it and I couldn’t bite down with out a lot of pain. Called at 10:30 and she said can you come in at noon, I’m like today and she said yes today. I show up sit down and they’re calling me back, talk about wowing me. Take exams pictures all that Dr. Nelson comes in and says I need a root canal. Doesn’t try to sell me on anything! Asked me what my schedule looked like, disappeared his assistant comes back with all the appointment schedule and prescription I need . They checked to make sure they take my insurance and they are only a mile from my house. What Drs office does that! Dr. Nelson you got me / us for life. Thank You Jeff E.

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommended! I found Denaro Dental Care from a post online while searching for a new dentist, and I’m so glad I did. From the very first contact, they were responsive, helpful, and made everything incredibly easy. They scheduled my appointment on the exact day and time I wanted and even helped verify my insurance. They were so on top of everything that I decided to go with them even though they’re out of network for my plan. They texted me the new patient forms—which were super easy to read and complete on my phone—and stayed in contact, answering all my questions right away. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was warm and welcoming. I barely waited two minutes before being taken back. I love that they use the latest technology; as someone who’s tech-friendly and not a huge fan of dental visits, I really appreciated how much easier it made the process. The assistant who did my X-rays and scans was wonderful—very friendly and professional. I wish her all the best as she continues her journey to becoming a dental hygienist. Dr. Nelson came in afterward, reviewed everything with me, listened to my concerns, and gave me clear options. Most importantly, he was able to fix my issue during that same visit. I’ve always been uneasy about my front teeth being chipped, and he took the time to file them evenly. They look great now! I’m not sure why my last dentist never offered this simple solution. They kept adding bonding that would eventually chip off. Dr. Nelson is truly the best—thorough, detailed, personable, and has excellent bedside manner. My hygienist, Canli, was also amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the cleaning. The entire team is professional, friendly, and courteous. They made me feel welcome from the very first interaction. They are absolutely worthy of 10 STARS! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

They were very courteous and efficient when I made the appointment and emailed the required paperwork to complete before my appointment. Upon arrival, they were very courteous from the front desk to the dental hygienist to the Doctor. My teeth cleaning and exam were very thorough and I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received. We discussed my future visits and program for my teeth. The dental hygienist, Canli is very personable and professional at her job and takes time to make you feel comfortable through the whole experience and book your next appointment and gives you your little goodie bag of treats to keep your teeth in good shape. Next, what can I say about Dr. Nelson that hasn’t been said he is the most honorable genuine individual and professional that you’ll ever meet and he just happens to be a dentist who doesn’t recommend work that is not needed that will cost you a lot of money. I don’t have dental insurance and he will make it accommodating for you to get your dental plan all taken care of. Now I’m going to tell you a story. A new dentist office opened up five minutes from my house in Vistancia Lone Mountain Dental — so I went there for my six month. Check up — a big mistake. I walked out of there with a plan to do a root canal crown and one tooth. They said I had an abscess and then a fracture on another tooth that said I needed a crown and then on another tooth, they saw a cavity and they told me I needed another crown. I walked out of there and my head was spinning and to top it off, they told me I needed a cancer screening on my mouth or the dentist would not see me. I’ve never heard of this so I told him I’m not going to get it this time. So she said next time I come for my six month check up I have to get the cancer screening, or the dentist will not see me. Right there a red flag went up. And the price they wanted to charge me was a crown was outrageous. I even called my dentist I had in the Chicago area and he told me what they quoted me was about $800 over what a normal crown should be. Well, given all this you can see as soon as I got home, I picked up the phone and called Dr. Nelson at Denaro Dental and explained what happened to the front office staff and I immediately got an appointment in for a consultation which Dr. Nelson did not charge me for x-rays to make sure we get a good look at my mouth to see what was going on with these three teeth. Come to find out, I didn’t need any of this work - so in the future, please make sure if you have a red flag, get it checked out by another dentist; and I hope you go to Dr. Nelson at Denaro Dental. You will rest easy knowing your dental health is taken care of.

Fantastic experience: When I relocated to the west valley it’s always hard to find the right place. The reviews were really good and it’s a convenient location, so I decided to give them a try. I have not been disappointed! I always get in at my apt time, the facility is nice, the front staff are friendly and Dr Nelson and Hygienist, Melinda Davy both do an excellent job! Canli is the most thorough hygenist I've ever had, yet somehow she is gentle and gets you in and out. Dr Nelson is super nice and a straight shooter. At my previous dentist they were trying to sell me procedures it turns out I didn't need, you'll only get good advice and an honest diagnosis here.

The only dentist in my experience to actually give you an affordable treatment plan from the beginning, without making you feel like your going to need to choose between getting quality care for your oral health or actually being able to complete the care your mouth needs. He puts your mind at ease by explaining all options there are for your specific problem and gives you more than one option of treatment so you can find a way to avhieve your goal in the most affordable way possible.
