Positive experience: The hygienist was as friendly and competent as she has always been for the last 20 years. However, over a period of almost a week, I got 4 reminders of the appointment, the last one an hour before the appointment. I found this seriously annoying because it suggests that, in their opinion, I have the memory of a gnat.
