Fantastic experience: Maurice was absolutely amazing! He was so nice, friendly, and professional. He talked me through everything he was doing. He was very patient and answered all my questions, and continued to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I'd give Maurice 10 stars if I could. I only want Maurice when I come to appointments. He will always be requested by me!!!! Thank you, Maurice, for having a great bedside manner.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t actually had the work done yet, but I was glad I chose to go to Aspen Dental rather than another place. The staff were very friendly and I especially liked the doctor. My visit was for x-rays and a consultation and, considering the amount of work I need done, the doctor made me feel at ease. The recommended treatment plan was thoroughly explained to me, as well as a dental savings plan (not insurance) that would save me half the cost. I’m planning on going forward with the work. If you think you’ll never smile again, give Aspen Dental a call and see what they say. You never know.

Negative experience: If I could give them zero stars I would. This is a completely incompetent dental office that does not respect their patient's time. I should not have to sit in a room alone for 30 mins waiting for my exam. If a 30-minute wait is required, perhaps book less patients and hire more staff? Seems simple to me. This is a huge corporation.....so of course their service is gonna suck. Skip this place and find a local dentist. You will be much happier with the experience....

It really feels like they’re excited to see you and take care of your needs. Shout out to Sarah who is incredibly personable, taking the time to chat, listen, and make sure you’re at ease before and during your appointment. It’s clear they truly care about their patients, not just as appointments, but as people. The level of kindness and attention here is unmatched. If you’re looking for a dentist where you’ll feel valued and actually look forward to your visits, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The best experience at the dental office EVER!! From the front staff to the back of house, everyone was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. The electric toothbrush they gave me is straight fire. Shoutout to Emmanuel, Sergio, Tatyana, Dr. Lopez, Sarah, Princess, Laura, Gracie, EJ, Tyna, Jazmine, Daniel, and Abbi.

Positive experience: Sara & Princess were awesome. Dr. Lopez on the other hand seemed to think that I was being unreasonable about not being happy about the length of time I had to wait for her. She even had the nerve to asked me of I had ever been to any Dr's office in the United States ‍♀️. I stopped talking to her because my next words to her were not going to be very nice. My visit overall was good except for my interaction with her. I definitely will request Princess in the future.

Fantastic experience: All Aspen Dental locations are not the same. The one on Thomasville in TLH is amazing. Sarah, the dental hygienist there, is conscientious, friendly, and the absolute best I've ever worked with. I feel very cared for at this location.

Sarah was super assuring and gave me a detailed list of aftercare upon arriving home. Truly appreciate the time and care here.

Fantastic experience: I had a cleaning today. I was very self conscious of this visit because I haven’t been the best with keeping up. Sarah was extremely nice! She made sure I felt comfortable & reassured me that everything that needed to be done is doable! Dr.Lopez was very nice & explained everything so well. Sergio laid out the plan in grave detail. He was extremely helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting from California to attend a wedding, and a temporary crown came off mid-flight. I had basically no time. They got me in on very short notice and did a great job of re-installing my temporary crown, and I was off to the wedding! Props to Dr. Lopez, EJ and Laura!

Negative experience: They will not answer the phone if their life depended on it. I am about to go in for Wisdom teeth removal and they have me marked for local anesthesia which I am paying for deep anesthesia. I'm trying to get in contact with them and have called them four times. Completely unprofessional and I'm honestly scared to go into my appointment now since they haven't called or told me any prep I need to do. I've had to go off of what the internet has told me. Edit: Due to a 'verbal misunderstanding' I'm marked to go and get them removed with only mild sedation. They also messed up my payment plan because I know for a fact I did not select to pay minimum payments for the next 18 months. I truly believe they messed up and are trying to cover their behinds. Edit 2: Added one star for the staff who were all very nice and sympathetic for the situation. The removal proved to be one of the worst experiences of my life but again, the staff was very encouraging and sweet and did all they could for the situation.

Negative experience: I thought I was going to get my teeth cleaned. Spent about an hour and a half in the chair before realizing I wasn’t getting a cleaning. I should have read some reviews before wasting my time. Only thing they wanted to clean was my wallet.

Positive experience: Jasmine was extremely kind, my wife had a fall and injured her tooth the tech was extremely nice and helpful answered all questions to the best of her knowledge made a very anxious visit less stressful

Positive experience: Very friendly and professional. Very informative . Took a bit longer than I expected for an exam/ consultation 2 hours...but was overall a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I have very serious anxiety about going to the dentist. It’s actually kind of a phobia at this point, but the incredible staff here made me feel very comfortable, heard and seen, and like they truly cared about getting me the very best treatment possible for my financial situation. They even got me a referral for the services I need that they can’t provide under sedation as I’m unable to use Novocaine. Truly I can’t recommended this place enough for your routine dental care needs!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place. I won't lie, amidst my crazy work schedule, I haven't taken care of my teeth as well as I could've and Dr. Lopez and her staff didn't judge one bit. Ms. Jasmine was very gentle with the X-rays but also very patient with how much pain I was in. Their first thought isn't to just pull and be done with you, but to try to save your teeth FIRST before having the go down the hard road of completely removing them. Currently awaiting to get my root canal done and then crowns, but seriously, 5 star experience. Highly recommend 3434 Aspen dental, especially if you happen to be a tad anti-social like I am. The staff is wonderful and the work quickly, but thoroughly.

Plus they and the entire staff provided a positive, friendly, patient, and highly professional approach to the whole process, with no malarkey and no shenanigans … A very nice change that I appreciate beyond words.

Fantastic experience: I came in as a first time patient with an oral emergency, looking like a cartoonish chipmunk with a severely swollen cheek/jaw, convinced i was battling an abcess. I was especially worried as I am almost 5 months pregnant. The entire staff was wonderful. I did not feel like just another file to complete to end the day ( I was their last appointment slot) The entire experience was calm, reassuring, and felt like I was around friends who just happen to know their stuff about oral care! :) I worked with a small framed assistant, my initial anxiety when meeting her did not serve my memory well, but she was incredibly kind and gentle with the pain i was experiencing while performing the x-ray. Ashley, the dental hygienist was very informative, friendly, and way to discuss concerns with. Dr. Lopez came in and the same enthusiasm/ calming energy came through as she prescribed the next steps for my care. Nothing felt rushed or pressured. I was given options and a gradual plan moving ahead. I really appreciated every moment of this, otherwise stressful, needed appointment. I highly recommend coming to this location. I left feeling confident, seen, and truly valued as a patient. Thank you Aspen Dental on Thomasville Road!

My dentist Dr. Lopez and her team at the Thomasville road location were professional and did everything in their power to secure proper treatment for my dental needs. My teeth are better for every visit to this location and I am thankful we have such caring providers available.

Negative experience: i have a broken tooth causing extreme pain and called to request it get extracted. They told me to come in and they would do so. I got there and they refuse to extract my tooth. Instead they quoted me $10,000 for a root canal and crown. My concerns were not heard and the ONLY way i would be able to get my tooth extracted was for me to 100% agree to get a replacement right then and there. 0/10, im booing everyone who works here.

Negative experience: Terrible experience from start to finish. The office was locked at my appointment time, staff ignored my greeting upon arrival, and I was told my appointment was canceled because they didn’t get a “verbal confirmation”—even though I confirmed through their automated system and got text confirmation. Multiple patients had the same appointment time, which was chaotic and stressful. Completely unprofessional. I walked out and will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about this dentist office. It was my first time there and I was extremely nervous but the staff was friendly and inviting. As for tge service I must say they are very thorough, they take their time and make sure you understand everything that is going on and they include you in what it is that you want to do. Both dental hygienist was kind and mental especially Princess when she was completing ny deep cleaning. They made sure to make sure I was comfortable and I truly appreciate that. As for the billing although I have dental insurance there was a balance but the young lady that helped me at the billing department assisted me with getting financing and clearly explained everything that was getting billed for and she did it while being so nice, caring and helpful. I do not have anything bad to say about this place. The facility is extremely clean which I love and the staff seems to love their jobs as it shows in how they treat their patients. And no time did I feel like they were just trying to get money out of me by offering things I don't need or trying to up sell services. I truly wish they took children because I would have brought my children there in a heartbeat.
