Fantastic experience: Amazing service! I was apprehensive on trying a new dentist since relocating to the area from Orlando, FL (I loved my dentist there!). However, I have found a new home with Bradfordville Dental Care and I LOVE IT here! From my first visit in January of this year and with my most recent visit yesterday, the staff has been impeccable. Dr. Wynn, Toya, Alli and Lyndsey are the best and I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a better experience with a dental appointment before. Every single person front the front desk staff, dental hygienist, and doctor were absolutely amazing. I called as a new patient and they had an opening for me same day and were able to do my first appointment and fit me in for x-rays, a cleaning, get me ready for wisdom teeth extractions and set up for Invisalign all in the same day. My next appointment was able to be scheduled only a few weeks out and I’ve had to wait months in the past to get in for basic treatments. Everything about my experience here was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and explained everything so well and I didn’t feel pressured or embarrassed for waiting so long to get a cleaning. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Negative experience: Twice I’ve walked into that office with an appointment for them to tell me it wasn’t in the computer. And just like their sister office, 9 month wait. There are other qualified and high quality dentist who also have competent office staff. After posting this I sat in their parking lot and called CWD Dental, who got me in two days later. This update is following that appointment where I am elated with the entire process for new patient intake.

Negative experience: This was the absolute WORST dental experience of my life! There was NO compassion and they did NOT care that i was in severe pain and they caused me even more pain! I’m a tough old lady but these people literally had me in tears in extreme pain which they caused! I am a reformed addict and i’ve been completely sober since 2019 because of the grace of God and i’m living a good clean life now but after this office found this out they then treated me like i didn’t have any feelings and i was made to feel like a 3rd class citizen! They then proceeded to gouge out my broken tooth with an implement that looked like a screw driver! They didn’t even numb me up enough before they started making me cry out in pain! I’ve given birth to 2 children and when i say i’d rather have gone through birthing pains than the pain i experienced yesterday I’m NOT exaggerating! I know my experience is NOT the normal experience and i truly believe it was caused by their prejudice against anyone who may have had a drug problem at one time in their life! I’m still a human being! I still feel pain like everyone else! I was NEVER offered any thing that could have made this whole experience tolerable! I was in so much pain when i left the clinic i cried all the way home and suffered through the night too! I thank God that today i’m feeling better but i’ve been completely traumatized by this experience! I had to leave this review just to warn any other poor soul who may have had a less than perfect past be careful going to this dental clinic i’d hate for ANYONE to experience what i went through!

Negative experience: Warning!!!! This office will schedule you 3 months out but will cancel your appointment with no shame if you don’t respond to a text message they send you. Absolutely absurd!!!! No matter if you don’t get the text or have a different number or whatever it may be. YOU MUST RESPOND TO THEIR TEXT MESSAGE OR NO APPOINTMENT FOR YOU regardless how long you’ve waited. Maybe let your patients know they must respond to text in order to keep appointment already scheduled. Unbelievable! Also the will call you and be extremely rude about why they cancelled you without warning. Disgusting !

Fantastic experience: For reference, I don't write reviews but for Bradfordville Dental I will. I had a great experience compared to another visit in Tallahassee this year. I am a new patient and the customer service was fantastic, as they were always responsive and even did some proactive insurance work for me that saved me time, which is always a plus. Once I got into the standard dental chair that I was taken too, I was communicated with at every step from the dental technician, hygienist, the formal dentist, etc. and the actual dental teeth part of the visit was excellent as well. If you're thinking they paid or incentivized me to write this, you're wrong. I am a college student and clicked a link in my messages to write this before finals next week. If you live in Tally, Bradfordville, or are just plain close, even though I will technically be causing more competition for future appointments (lol), just go here. My ted talk is over now, but I hope this helps out any future customers!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to BDC for 4 yrs now, took a break, tried other dental clinic as my insurance changed, and recently came back to BDC. I was looking for a great hygienist and this recent visit with Haley was the best by far. Her excellent skills, attention to detail and kindness are exactly the things that made me comfortable sitting on that dental chair. Also Dr Wynn and Lauren at the front desk made everything easier and answered all my questions, made sure everything was good on billing/insurance before we even started.

Negative experience: I called and made an appointment. I confirmed three times that they took my insurance plan, Only for them to call me an hour before my appointment to tell me that they do not take my insurance plan.

Negative experience: I don’t even do these type of things, but I just feel so robbed out of my money. I come in for a visit. All I did was sit in the bed. They looked at my teeth, prescribe me something and charged me 100+ dollars. And then told me I have to go to another dentist to get my issue resolved. What a waste of time. Unprofessional young women. And again, I’m not even the type to write reviews or bash anyone. Definitely felt like a money grab place.

Negative experience: Do Not Recommend – Unprofessional and Unorganized We went to this office for a consultation to have my son’s wisdom teeth removed (all four at once, possibly same-day). After X-rays, they said an oral surgeon was required but assured me multiple times their Saturday surgeon could remove all four, including the difficult lowers. On surgery day, I paid the full amount up front (via Care Credit) because the receptionist said it would be “easier” so we could just leave after surgery since my son wouldn’t be feeling well. I agreed. HOWEVER, they only completed half of what I paid for. Thirty minutes later, I was called to the desk and told the surgeon “didn’t bring the correct tools” to remove the lower teeth. Absolutely unacceptable. They gave me two referrals, said a refund would be issued immediately, but gave me no documentation. When my son called later, the office claimed it would take at least two weeks because they had to get “approval” from their home office. You’ve got to be kidding me. It got worse: one of my son’s prescriptions was written incorrectly. The pharmacist had to chase down the office, and only after I personally called did they fix it. My son also said the surgeon was very rough and forceful, even when numbing him. Now we’re stuck having to: • Find another surgeon • Pay another consultation fee • Pay for new X-rays • Pay for another surgery All because this office was dishonest, careless, and disorganized from the start. What should have been one straightforward procedure turned into wasted money, wasted time, and unnecessary pain for my son. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Save your money and go somewhere reputable. Unprofessional. Unorganized. Dishonest.

Negative experience: 1st visit cleaning was good ,2nd visit cleaning the lady was so rough and she was grinding my gums on every teeth and when she was flossing the string was forced in my teeth so when it went in the forced went straight to my gum, my mouth was hurting all night couldn't hardly eat,the cleaning 6 months ago was good.

Dr. Wynn is also the best of the best. She takes extra care and attention to detail to ensure you leave your appointment in the best possible shape. Fantastic experience: I was having some intense tooth pain after using a temporary filling replacement (the paste you buy at CVS over the counter) a couple of days ago for a molar, and it got progressively worse overnight. I called Bradfordville Dental the next day and I was able to get an appointment to have it looked at. The staff are all very friendly over the phone and upon your arrival - the introductory paperwork is straightforward. Tiara Wynn,DDS and her assistant got my exam,X-Rays and extraction all done within 2 hours or less and I felt instant relief when that tooth was gone. The process was very smooth and they go over potential treatment plans and answer any questions you might have, make sure you are not in pain before and after procedures, as well as provide detailed aftercare instructions. This place made me feel like I could trust dentists and I’m excited to make sure my teeth are taken care of going forward by returning some time after I recover!

Negative experience: Each visit is a constant issue with billing. Each time I go in and "pay up front" it never fails that the next time i go in there is an "open balance" even with pre auth from the insurance, they managed to 'forget' to tell you until AFTER you have the work done at check out that my bill was more than double what the paper said. (read the reviews, I'm not the only one.) My next battle will be with obtaining my records. HIPAA requires them to be released to me if requested. Front desk told me they will not. Lawyer will be next. Sad because their hygienists are really good. Would recommend a different option

And to Kaylee, Ms. Cuoco if you’re nasty, for making them fun. The dentist was very good too—I think her name was Dr. Wynn. I could have sworn she was a black woman, but she was wearing a mask and shining a light in my (56 year-old eyes). She did look terrified when I asked if I could have my phone back!

To my surprise, I didn't have to wait months to get in. They got me in the same day with Dr. Master. Jessica the dental hygienist is amazing. I feel all my needs were discussed and arranged for services needing immediate attention. Jessica took the time to listen and by the way, they do a great assessment of your mouth, I never had an oral cancer screening done, until now. I was given an appointment not months away, as most places do, but within a few weeks to start the work that I need done. I highly recommend Bradforville Dental Care, for your oral care. You won't be disappointed!. Our health starts with our mouth.

Negative experience: I would not recommend this dental center. They will always call to reschedule or cancel your appointment. They canceled my husband's appointment and told him that although he confirmed the day before he still needed to confim the day of. My husband left work early only to be told that the appointment was canceled when he got there. They called my son to ask him to come earlier and when he got there they told him the appointment was at the original time and made him wait. They will constantly call and text the week prior to the appointment to remind you of the appointment. No regard for the fact that you are at work and the phone is constantly ringing. Then if you call the office, they will not return your call. Once you get your teeth cleaned, they are constantly trying to sell additional items, ie., floride, tooth whitener, invisiline, etc. The dentist may or may not come to check your teeth after your cleaning. Their only goal it seems is to get as many people in and out and sell as much as possible.
