Fantastic experience: Pediatric Dental Specialists is great. I have been a patient myself as a kid and now my own 4 kids. They are quick to get appts scheduled and waits aren't long one you are there. This last visit they squeezed us in for a cavity fix within the hour instead of having to come back another day.

This dentist is the best and most honest from my experience you don’t have to worry about them pulling teeth that don’t need pulled or work that’s unnecessary. Heights receptionist is always there to greet you with a smile and very professional.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my grandchildren to Pediatric Dental Specialists for years. From infancy to teens; Pediatric Dental Specialists has always provided the most excellent of care, whether it has been for regular check-ups or weekend emergencies! My grandsons love going there because everyone genuinely cares about and gives their best for the children and it shows! My 7 year old grandson has been telling everyone since he was 3 years old that he wants to be a dentist just like Dr. Bennion.

And the 2 year old freaks out at dr offices and now dentist offices. But they were able to check everything on her that they needed and had her done quickly.

I recommend this children's dental center to anyone needing beginning to extensive level care in the billings area. We have been using them for over 5 years.

I have had various foster children come in and out of my home, and the staff there has gone above and beyond to get those children seen and attended to even on a last minute basis. They are kind, caring, gentle, and have made every child that I've ever brought to them feel at ease. I highly recommend this office, and I would not hesitate to take any child here.

Fantastic experience: Needed to get my granddaughter in as soon as I could as her front tooth seemed to be chipping. I called at 9:20 am and they got her in at 10:15 am on the same day. Couldn't ask for a more dedicated group of people. Everyone who works there is so nice!

Negative experience: I did not like my sons visit today. The dental assistant was rude. Chewed my son out for not brushing his teeth the right way. She grabbed the truth brush from him an brushed his teeth an wasn't light about it. She wanted him to floss with a floss pick an didn't like the way he was doing it so she grabbed the floss pick an started doing it. My son is 12 years old he knows how to brush an floss on his own.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bennion did a couple extractions for my 11 year old and did an amazing job. My son was very scared beforehand and the assistant did an amazing job helping him relax and giving him the sedatives needed to extract without any pain. I was most impressed with their patience as they made sure the medication was in full effect before pulling the teeth instead of just rushing to get it done.

Fantastic experience: Our son is autistic and has traditionally had a ton of anxiety around doctors and dentists. Dr. Bennion and his wonderful hygienists have made the dentist a safe, gentle, and positive experience so much so that our son left his last appointment saying “the dentist is fun!” Everyone has been so accommodating, patient, gentle and kind, taking time to explain things to him and go at his own pace. I would recommend them to any parent, but particularly those with children with high anxiety and/or disabilities/neurodivergence. We are so thankful for all they have done for us to make dental visits a positive experience for our whole family and particularly the respect they have shown our son.

Fantastic experience: Coming here was a very unique experience! I have never had anyone dentist do cleanings hands on with the child, and the atmosphere is fun and inviting for the kids. My son was immediately comfortable and left with a huge smile and a happy attitude. That says a lot for a kid who had to go get their mouth checked out. Definitely will be bringing my other kids here as well!

Positive experience: I was happy to get the 2 fillings done on my 3yr old but 1,310 dollars seems a bit ridiculous for 2 fillings. My son had the drink that was supposed to sedate him but it was by far the most traumatic experience he's had in 3 years. He was completely histerical the entire time and fought harder then I've ever seen trying to get away. I had to help restrain him the entire time and the whole experience was way more traumatic on him then I expected it to be.

Fantastic experience: We live 3 hours away and were running 10 mins late and they still got us in. They gave my 6 year old excellent care filling her 3 cavities. I hope we don't need to fill anymore cavities but if we do this is absolutely where we will be going!

Positive experience: This is my first review and my first time going there because I had to switch due to a passing with our other dentist... I'll be leaving another review in a year or so I can give it time to get used to the whole new process and setup. This dentist office is hidden in the back. Very nice setup of the office it has a little play area for kids and enough seating for families with their kids. Definitely a kids environment the dentist I had today (young tall brown hair skinny/average with glasses) is awesome and very down to earth seems to love kids and have fun while being at the dentist... The ladies that brushed my children teeth and explained every little thing and how the procedures and how they work there was awesome and friendly thank you because that matters to the kids they wanna feel welcomed specially being new. Then they let the kids pick out their stickers and get a token to get a toy for the machine which is different. The receptionist (blonde hair) was alright in the beginning but at the end she seemed like she wanted to go home type of mood. This dentist office does not use any tools of the loud noisy ones which is different too but good. Kids specially younger ones are sometimes scared of that noise or the feeling of them. They use a pink dye and brush teeth and rinse and brush with toothpaste.

Will be returning for regular dental visits for my son and recommending them to everyone I know who has kids!

The front desk staff are the most professional people in Billings that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The Dentists and dental assistants are calm, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Dr. Wilgus repaired my daughter's 2 front teeth that she accidentally broke and you could not even tell that they weren't real. Absolutely awesome work!! I highly recommend them and would give them 10 stars if I could!!
