Fantastic experience: Today I was scheduled to have deep cleaning done and I was a basket case…. Let me tell you, I can hardly wait till the next deep cleaning… This was by far the greatest experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Thank you Lauren for your caring, calming nature…. My experience was amazing and can’t wait for my next appointment…

Fantastic experience: They got me in for an infected tooth, and were very good about easing my stress and fear of dental work. During the procedure (root canal) they consistently asked to make sure there was no pain. They aren't cheap, but I definitely believe you get what you are paying for.

It’s clear to me that she loves what she does! Her work is thorough and she enthusiastically answers questions. Continuing education is important to her and she was excited to tell me that the whole office would be involved in furthering their education in the coming days. As a past teacher, I really appreciate life-long learning. When side-by-side with Dr. Wassmer, who is also thorough and kind, the two of them have an easy, fun banter. I like that! Fantastic experience: I’ve had several procedures performed here and every time they’ve been able to accommodate my schedule. Most recently I had a crown (put on by another dentist) pop off and Bridge Creek was able to get me in right away and replace the crown.

Fantastic experience: I need to have extensive work done. Since it is going to be in-depth and extremely expensive, I decided to “interview” a couple dentist. Dr Taylor was recommended by my oral surgeon. I was anxious, embarrassed, and scared about the entire situation. When I walked in the young gal helping at the front desk was amazing and very knowledgeable about membership plans!!! I met Courtney and Dr Taylor, who proceeded to spend TWO hours examining my teeth, taking images, and talking me through options. I went in with high anxiety, a lot of doubt, and embarrassment over the state of my teeth. I left feeling calm, informed, and prepared to schedule surgery. They were both so kind, easy to understand, answered all my questions at the visit and my follow-up calls with questions. I felt a sense of relief, and reassurance, I truly needed. Long story long I would recommend Dr Taylor and his team for all your dental needs.

Positive experience: They did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. The dentist is good. They took wonderful of my Grandson. Cost to have necessary dental work done is outrageous. I understand because of the fancy stuff technology they use. I really do. Being on disability it's just to much. I'm not going rattle on about it but I wounded seeing the cost. All I could say was Thank You but NO Thank You

Heather was the absolute most professional and comforting dungeon master ever. Dr W was professional and thorough and despite being short handed made my comfort and experience pain free and actually pleasant. I was even more pleased with the cost out of pocket...10/10

In the years since, they have been, professional, kind, friendly & have meticulously cared for me. I am really happy that my hygienist from the retired dentist still cleans my teeth! Fantastic experience: Lost a cap on Sat, i was able to take advantage of a cancellation , walked out of appointment on tuesday new cap, cavity filled - all complete one afternoon. I had figured 3 visits over a month. Im impressed and I was shown the tech that made such speed possible. I found our new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great first experience with Dr. Wassmer and the staff. I have had MANY past traumatic dental experiences at other dental offices, so I am always apprehensive when coming to a new office. We recently moved to the area and I needed immediate help. Dr. Wassmer confidently put me at ease and took care of my emergency. I’m thankful.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve been to. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dental hygienist did an excellent job and was very thorough with my cleaning. The dentist was also very nice and took his time to talk to me in-depth about my dental health.

Negative experience: These people don’t share your part of the payment until AFTER the service. Not cool! When I confronted the not so friendly office manager, she basically said oh well. Basically I paid triple what I should have because of lack of communication at time of service. Needless to say, after 17 yrs myself and my many family members will find a new dentist.

Negative experience: The receptionist and the dentist assistant were so kind and nice. But the doctor was judgmental of my teeth. Made a comment that just by looking at my teeth that they needed to be filled. I was going to have to go to a “specialist” office to get my root canal done because they didn’t have time to get me in and I didn’t get a call until the next day in the afternoon from the specialist office. I ended up going to Brewer dental and the doctor there disagreed and explained why I didn’t need the filling and I just needed the root canal and how it was an urgency. I was looking forward to going to bridge creek because of the reviews it had but I will not be going here again.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Brisge Creek Dental for years and it’s always nice to see the same crew. Having the same crew for years tells me how well this clinic is ran and how wonderful the upper ups are. Most recently I finally had an old, dead tooth crowned. Because I travel a lot I only had a short time in town to complete the crown. I know it was a lot to ask, but they made it happen and my tooth looks amazing!! Will be scheduling for some aesthetic dentistry here soon! Thank you for taking care of me!!

Fantastic experience: So far, Very Best experience at a dentist in my long life. Had a filling fall out, when Dr. Wasserman examined, he said I needed a crown. So I was expecting to have another appointment, but he said he could get it done now! I felt no pain from beginning to end and was finished in a little over 2 hours with a permanent crown. Max the dental tech was great and Cristy advised that my insurance covered! All very efficient! Everyone was very helpful, friendly and personable! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. Taylor's and his team since 2019. They have also worked with several members of my family for longer than that. I've had quite a bit of work done in that time, and they provide the most skilled and excellent dental work. Dr. Taylor is very good at putting you at ease and you know you're in capable hands. Kristie, the hygienist who has worked with me for several years is absolutely amazing. Prior to having her as a hygienist I dreaded my twice yearly teeth cleaning. She has the ability to be very efficient and painless. And she is also good about educating you for ways you can improve your oral health. The front office staff is always very friendly and helpful with any billing questions. I'm moving out of the area and am truly bummed to be leaving this group behind.

Fantastic experience: You know how you dread going to the dentist? Well, not to Bridge Creek Dental! Malanie cleaned my teeth and asked permission to take a couple of x-rays. Malanie is always so cheerful and kind. And she always explains things first, which I really appreciate. Then Dr Taylor did a normal checkup. I had a couple of questions for him and he took time to listen and answer. I learned something from Dr Taylor that my osteoporosis specialist did not bother to tell me! If offered, I would have given 10 stars!
