Fantastic experience: I was made to feel calm. I went in to get a tooth extracted and ended up talking about different options. The reason why my tooth was not extracted was because it would have dramatically impacted my ability to eat/chew. Everything was explained to me in detail. I left with a good feeling on how to proceed. EVERY person on staff was very personable, friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease.

Negative experience: The staff treated me poorly, informing me that I have an infection in two of my teeth but failing to provide any treatment. Furthermore, I was scheduled for a cleaning that was not performed. I felt discriminated against.

Positive experience: I was mostly satisfied with service. Pricing is too high. Haylee or whatever her name is was very accommodating and friendly but she switched with Kylee. I have beef with Kylee. She always gives me the same advice and I tried to heed it but I guess it was to no avail.

Best of all they explain everything that they are going to do before hand. Sharli is the absolute GREATEST. She's so sweet and she's there to help every step of the way. Will came in and listened to what I need adjusted. I went back the next day and they were perfect. I recommend Brewer to everyone. ALL of the staff there rocks!

Like most people dentists scare me But not the people up there at Brewer dental in the Heights They were so kind so considerate made me feel so comfortable told me everything they were going to do before they did it and just really impressed me with how kind they are and how you’re treated more like family than a patient. Fantastic experience: They were very thorough of explaining each procedure from one step to the next, always so friendly when I come into the office there and they are always willing to accommodate me and help me with my anxiety problems. I would say best Dentist office by far. They are very compassionate about their job and their patient and their patient well-being. They help when scheduling is hard to get in. They try to get you into a spot and get you in seen right away if you were having problems and are always there to answer calls, and any questions that you may have. I travel 4 1/2 hours to be able to come to this dentist and they always make sure that if I’m not gonna be there on time that they save my spot or make sure that it’s actually a good time for me to come weatherwise holidays anything like that they help. I definitely will be recommending them to other people that I know need dentist appointments that live in my town where we do not have a dentist so hopefully the people that I know in my hometown will get the best care that they can get by going to Brewer dental center Heights

Fantastic experience: I needed a upper partial and by the time they were in my mouth I needed very little adjustments. This is by far the best partial I have had by a long shot. I never felt hurried or like a pest. My dentist was the absolute best in the heights. Dr. O . in my books is the only one I will see, I'm sure the rest are amazing but he knows what he is doing from start to finish when it comes to teeth. Thank you Dr. O!!!

I gladly drive 4/5 hours to come here . The staff is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. The doctors are so helpful and are here to help you in any way they can . I have always left with a smile knowing I got the best care I could have . If you are looking for a new dentist/ hygienist please consider Brewer dental center !

I live 200 miles away, so it can be a challenge to make my appointments, but so well worth the commitment! I’m very happy with my new smile and often receive compliments from others. Negative experience: Worst dental office ever! They medically discriminate against you if you have any state insurance. Also, the hygienist there will burn you child’s mouth. Stay with your kids if you go there!!! Do not leave them alone. My daughters teeth were literally separating because that lady burned her mouth so bad. I figured I could trust them to be alone with my daughter because she’s 15. Do not ever leave them alone. I would give these people 0stars if I could. That lady should NEVER be in practice. She needs to be FIRED and never be allowed around kids!!!! Shame on you and shame on this company for allowing this even after I complained. She is still in practice..Shame on you!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The office got me in within the hour of calling and my problem resolved within 3 hours. Going to the dentist is never fun but I was pleased with the assistants and the dentist I met on my first visit, which happened to be an emergency.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Some dentist offices are very sales oriented and don’t always have your best interest in mind. That was not the case here. This office armed me with information and empowered me to make the decision I felt was right for me. They were not pushy, only informative, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: New to the area and boy, let me tell you I am so glad this Dentist office was recommended to me. The care I have received has been top notch! Came in looking to replace a porcelain crown that was off in color and much larger than the teeth surrounding it. I had never been satisfied with the crown - done by a completely different office in a completely different state. After a few relatively painless appointments I now have my new crown in and could not be happier! You can’t even tell it’s a crown. Thank you Brewer Dental for restoring my smile and confidence!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Honaker was very patient with his patient and my probing questions trying to understand the procedure and making sure it was necessary. We ended up doing the root canal and crown. It was a pleasant experience inspite of the unpleasant experience. I mean...who really wants to go through all that drilling??? I have been going to BDC for about a year now and I think they're great.

No breaks? Really. I have a friend that works there, I would NOT waste my time for such disgrace. I really have thought of going elsewhere for the principle of this. Greed!!! Negative experience: Please beware if you live out of town or further then a few minutes away this is not the dental group for you!!!!!!!!! You will be stuck with wasted gas and time!!!!!! Worst scheduling ever!!!!!! Canceled one appointment me the day before when I have three for the same day to avoid driving as I live an hour out of town. Reschedule it as they told me I would have to wait 2 months if I did not take the 7 am the next day. I made arrangements to get my children to school and made it work, showed up at 6:45am and was told it to was canceled. That they had sent a text out and sorry for any inconvenience. Well then they continued to tell me of all the open appointments available when the evening before there was nothing for two months. This is not the first time this has happened. I will be changing dentist for sure. Dentist are amazing but not worth the wasted time over the years.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shemway was amazing! He removed a cavity below a crown, took the crown off, injected medicine and a temporary crown. As he put the permanent crown on he was always asking how I was feeling and took great care to make sure I had very little pain. It's the first time I've had a crown put on that fit without making several adjustments.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth pulled this week, and I am deathly scared of teeth work and being awake! Long story short I was supposed to be put to sleep and have teeth work done but got pregnant and my tooth got worse so I went in to Brewer dental who got me in that day I wish I could remember the name of the guy dentist that pulled my tooth but he was fantastic he made everything my decision it was all what I was okay with, kept me very comfortable and made it a very very easy day for me! I usually have seen the dentist I grew up with but considering completely switching with how kind everyone was there, from the moment I walked in till I left! Thank you for being so kind patient and caring.

Fantastic experience: Always had a good experience here. Low pain and they deal with it well. Crowns look very well. Both their support staff and their dentists have always gone the extra mile for me. They can be a little more expensive but their in house program helps immensely. If you just want your teeth fixed here. Do it.

Negative experience: This is the worst clinic I've been to, they don't ask any questions, they have you explain what hurts, then assume they know exactly what's wrong, they rush you way too fast out the door, wasted money and time here only for them to cause me pain and annoy me for $90. Never again.
