Fantastic experience: very sweet group of people, I went in there crying bc I was terrified and the receptionist was trying her hardest to make me feel better and the blonde nurse i had was an absolute angel of a person who did everything she could to distract me, she kept asking about my tattoos, offering me ice cream and a t shirt. she let my dad stay back there and hold my hand while the needle went in too. she was very upfront about what was happening, which I appreciate. the doctor was also very helpful with my anxiety, telling me everything about the procedure was gonna be very routine and told me I was gonna be okay. all in all, if I ever have to have oral surgery again, I will gladly go back to billings oral surgeon. the nurse also made me laugh because she let me take my teeth home, best part tbh lolll

Positive experience: I had a very good experience with Billings Oral Surgery. The doctor and staff were very prompt, even called to move up my apt, professional, attentive and caring. My only criticism would be my med Perscription was called into a pharmacy in Cody, Wy instead of Sheridan. When I called the after hours number the on call doctor was very prompt and rectified the situation. I am pleased with Billings Oral Surgery.

Fantastic experience: Kyle Tracy gets superlatives across the board. I would rate him higher if possible. This was a walk-in clinic referral to the on call oral surgeon after my regular dentist office closed for the week on Thursday. I'd never heard of him before, but it was my good luck that I drew him. His office called to schedule me shortly after I left the walk in after 5 on Thursday, and got me in at noon Friday. They sat me right down, numbed me up very well, gave it plenty of time to take hold, then put some longer-lasting novocaine over the top of that, looked over the x-rays and CT scan with me, walked me through what he intended to do, then went to work. I didn't even realize the bad tooth was gone until he started working on cleaning out the abscess, which he did with great vigor. He took the time to instruct me of my necessary aftercare, and Monday afternoon he called me to inquire about my progress/recovery. This guy was really good! My previous experience with extractions was probably 50 years ago with the original Dick Prill shooting me up and then with no delay pulling all 4 wisdom teeth in one sitting, occasionally putting his knee on my chest for purchase. This experience was much better.

Once the local anesthesia was in effect he had my wisdom teeth pulled out in less than 10 minutes. Three days later, I'm virtually pain free without medication. This is The Guy for Oral Surgery.

Fantastic experience: My experience was nice, got in there quickly, went through my chart and plan, the dental hygienists were so sweet, and helped a lot! The dentist was professional and put the I.V in, luckily first try! He put me under (I got my wisdom teeth out, and an additional tooth) When i woke the hygienists helped, gave me ice cream/ a cute t shirt! Then I went home, procedure took forty minutes if that! 10/10 What a great staff. Now I’m healing, and my mouth feels comfortable! (Surprisingly enough I was coherent enough to walk out of there, with help of course!)

As soon as me and my parents came in we were immediately welcomed by the lady at the front desk until the nurse Ally, came to take me back. She was amazing as well, and did a great job of walking me through everything since I was super nervous, and giving me my IV. She also gave me a T-shirt and ice cream which was pretty cool. :) Dr. Tracy was also a pleasure to meet and speak with. He did a wonderful job of explaining his plan of action to me and got the job done quick, easy, and gentle. When I woke up, there was Ally, who gave me as much time as i needed wake up, get into the wheelchair, and get to the car. These guys sure are the way to go for any kind of oral surgery procedure you may need. Keep doing what you’re doing Billings Oral in the Heights!

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing. My daighter like a lot of kids is absolutely petrified of needles and gets so nervous she makes herself sick. So the thought of her getting an IV made me very nervous. But the lady that did it was so fast and so good it was over before my daughter even had time to get worked up. The doctor explained everything clearly and was happy to answer any questions I had. She had 4 teeth surgically removed and it was done so quickly and so well it was amazing. And they told me not to hesitate to call with any questions or concerns. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone especially for children.

Fantastic experience: I went to Billings Oral Surgery for an emergency extraction, I was referred on a Friday and they got me in the following Monday afternoon. There was a slight miscommunication about insurance/payment before the appointment so we ended up paying unexpectedly. Aside from that I was extremely happy with how professional the team was, their clinic is very clean, all of the staff were kind and showed great care. My oral surgeon was firm but not rough at all with the extraction, I usually don’t do well being awake with extractions but they consistently checked with me to make sure I was alright and explained everything they were doing as they were doing it. I greatly appreciate how they handled my care, despite the miscommunication and will certainly be recommending them to family and friends in the future.
