Fantastic experience: I came in for a consultation for getting my teeth taken care of. I had been struggling with tooth pain for a long time and had been to a previous dentist in the area who was extremely rude and was just not on the same page with me about what I needed done. Today I met with Dr. Sanchez who took the time to address all of my concerns. He and his assistant April put my mind at ease and set up a plan of attack for the work that needs to be done. I will definitely be back and look forward to working with them to get my smile back.

Fantastic experience: This team is amazing! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I've been waiting 30 years to get the perfect crown on my front tooth and I got it today! Dr. Sanchez went above and beyond to convince my insurance to cover my procedure. He is gentle and kind. Kaiti did my filling, was patient and is very good at her craft. The front desk team is courteous and responsive. I highly recommend them. I won't go anywhere else for dental care. Thank you Advanced Dental! You're the best!

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in over 3 years by the loveliest lady named Anne. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed which eased my anxiety right away. Dr. Sanchez was extremely professional as well as friendly. He directed me towards mouth guards to help with jaw pain. It’s rare to find a team of people that genuinely care for your health, especially when you’re someone with government insurance. Thank you all for the positive experience!

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t write reviews, but feel like I had to. I switched over from my old dentist to this one because they screwed up one of my fillings and then couldn’t get me in for like 3 months. So I came here to Advanced Dental Care and they fixed it immediately. I love Dr. Sanchez and all of his assistants. Seriously great care here, 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Updates : I have had a few more appointments and each one I was treated with the same level of kindness as the first. I had fillings done with Kaiti twice now. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was gentle and explained everything she was doing. I had a crown replaced with Emily she was also very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. I had a cleaning done and while I cant remember her name she was great as well. At each appt. Dr. Sanchez was also extremely nice and explained everything very well. I am confident about getting my treatments done at Advanced. I am extremely happy I found them! Everyone was so kind. Check in with Bri and Shannon was fast and easy. I didnt wait long to be called back and April was excellent at helping me feel comfortable. Usually I have a little dental anxiety even for small things, like the exam. She answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable. Dr. Sanchez didn't make me feel ashamed about what I needed to have done, rather he set me up with a plan I feel confident about. He didn't rush the appointment and took time to explain some things to me. Overall I was really happy with my choice of trying out Advanced. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. They are a wonderful team. Thank you!!

Negative experience: The doctor himself is alright, but the office staff is a total headache. They never answer the phones, I was told they are too busy. You leave a message and hope they call back. Maybe they will, maybe they won’t. God forbid you have to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you’d better just stop by and do it in person because if you leave a message about it, they will say it was a missed appointment and it counts against you. Said I didn’t cancel before the 24 hour mark, which I know for sure I did on the last one because I called the week before. So now supposedly I have to call same day to get an appointment that day, which is impossible to do since they never answer the phone. Too many patients and not enough office staff that cares. So I am moving on to a less busier business. I wish Dr Hartzel had never retired. She was great.

Fantastic experience: I just had Dr. Sanchez and Kaiti fix several fillings today. They both worked very diligently and were always concerned about my well-being during the process. I highly recommend the staff at Advanced Dental Care of Toledo located on Secor Road close to Alexis Road.

Fantastic experience: My experiences on January 14th and January 20th were absolutely amazing. The front desk staff—Shannon, Brie, and Sheena—were so inviting and checked me in with no issues at all. Everyone was wonderful, informative, joyful, and truly a pleasure to be around. They made my experience so much easier and more comfortable. April was my assistant on my first visit, and Emily was my assistant on my second visit. Both of them did an amazing job—they were truly phenomenal. Dr. Sanchez was incredible. From numbing the area to extracting my tooth, he worked with such care and confidence. There was no pain when he took it out and no discomfort at all. I truly, truly appreciate the Dentist and the entire team.

Fantastic experience: Michael, Amanda and April were great in walking me through my care and payment plan as well as the ability to schedule appointments around my work schedule. Dr. Sanchez is the best dentist I have ever experienced as far as making you feel comfortable during your procedure by explaining and preparing prior and during the procedure. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Due to new insurance, I was forced to find another dentist. I was very happy with my dentist and thought I would never find another one as good. Well I was wrong. Advanced Dental Care is the place!! The staff is very professional and friendly. Dr Sanchez explained each detail to me and took the time to answer my questions and fixed my chipped tooth with care. He made sure that I was comfortable during the entire process. Dr. Sanchez was not only professional but also very personal. There is no doubt that Advanced Dental Care is the only dentist that I will continue to go to and i also highly recommend that anyone looking for a GREAT dentist this is the place for you!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sanchez from advanced dental Care. Is very calming when giving novocaine shots, drilling teeth, and he's a great dentist all around. All the assistants are very sweet too. Fantastic experience: Had my new patient appointment/cleaning here recently and I have to say I’m very impressed! The staff were super friendly and kind, the dental hygienist who did my cleaning was very gentle and was also super friendly. The office itself is also very clean, it doesn’t smell like fluoride like most dentist offices do, which makes me sick to my stomach. Instead it just had a fresh clean smell which made for a more pleasant experience. The office atmosphere is also very calming which I appreciated since I do still get nervous being at the dentist. Overall I give this place a 10/10, clean and calm environment and very friendly staff. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for my six month checkup.

Fantastic experience: I've spent years going to different dentist and was never really pleased with them, I just wanted to get out of there, but Dr. Sanchez really changed my mind about going to the dentist. He's really great, he explained everything in detail and worked cool, calm and collected. He has made my progress of getting dentures great. His staff, Bri, Shannon and Emily were so professional (Nice, Kind and Funny).Getting dentures is a big step and all of them are really making this easy. It's nice to meet good people, and it's really nice when you know you get to see them again.

Fantastic experience: Had my too 2 wisdom teeth removed. Zero issues and very quick. The numbing process took longer than the removal. Both were removed in a matter of 10 minutes once I was numb. No swelling, no pain, very patient and explained the process as it was happening. Happy to have a dentist who cares and listens to my concerns as I was extremely nervous. Thank you Dr Sanchez

Negative experience: Appointments are canceled without notification, despite claims of sending confirmation notifications. Unfortunately, I have endured discomfort for an extended period while awaiting medical attention. I strongly advise against wasting time with this establishment.

Fantastic experience: Maddie and Miranda at the front desk was just like a breath of fresh air. They were very nice. They greeted me cordially and answered all my questions and the dental hygienist Anne was quite proficient and thorough in my initial evaluation, and Dr. Carlo Sanchez was the same, he took time out to listen to my concerns. He was quite descriptive of my x-rays and moving forward how I have to deal with Medicaid & Medicare And my overall dental hygiene. Thumbs up for everybody. Fantastic experience: Had an extraction today. Dr. Sanchez was awesome and kind and one of the nicest dentists I've had. Everything went great and the staff was wonderful. I've had cleanings and they are sweet also. You won't regret going there. Julie, Miranda and Anne are great also. I had a filling done under a cap and his injections for numbing were gentle and very little pain. Dr. Sanchez is always concerned about your experience when having dental work.

Also, seems as tho the teams is more personal and personable to its clients instead of me just being another number they have to take care of for the day. 100% recommendation them. Professional and easy going. Update: May 5th, 2025. I had a root canal here and it was 10/10 experience. Dr. Sanchez and his Lead assistant April made it a very comfortable and relaxing experience. The vibe was very chill and easy going thanks to these two. The front desk person maddie was also extremely friendly aswell. Again, 10/10 experience, highly recommend. UPDATE: June 24, 2025; I just got a filling in and the process couldn’t have gone any smoother. Dr. Sanchez and his Hygienist, Kaiti, got me in and out of the chair in under an hour with everything done perfectly. Miranda at the front desk nicely, as always, reminded me of my teeth cleaning date and I was on my way. 10/10 experience, still highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I did not know that I had had bad service at a dentist until Dr Sanchez and his staff. They are professional but still people. They are gentle while working. (No cheek snags and sore gums) My filling are invisible and my bit is correct. He also had to redo a crown and I can’t believe how much better his work is than corner dental. My mouth is pain free and I can eat again! Pam gave me the best cleaning of my life. Unlike other offices she does not have to finish a patient in 15min. My mother thought I had my teeth whitened.

Fantastic experience: I found my forever dentist. I came to Dr. Sanchez for some cavities that developed in my gum line shortly after having my baby. The previous dentist I was seeing wanted to do multiple root canals and crowns - not Dr. Sanchez! He explained that we can restore/preserve my natural teeth with some fillings. Him and Kaiti did a phenomenal job. I can smile confidently again! And the best part - I can eat without pain! He also prescribed me something for chronic dry mouth; an annoying side effect from my ADHD medication I’ve been suffering from for years - finally some relief! I appreciate Dr. Sanchez’s honesty and he’s a great listener when it comes to his patient’s needs - I have never felt more safe and comfortable in a dental office. This experience has really helped my anxiety when it comes to having dental work done. You’re in great hands with Dr. Sanchez. Thank you Dr. Sanchez and your team for taking such great care of me and restoring my confidence and happiness in my smile.

I highly recommend this office for excellent service and care. 4/21/25. I had a permanent crown put on today. The staff assisting was wonderful. Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my visit to advanced dental Maddie and Miranda at the front desk were very courteous. Dr Sanchez and the hygienist/assistant Kaiti were very easy going yet still very professional. My hygienist Pam was very thorough and professional. This is one of the best dentist offices I have visited so far. I recently returned for another visit. You're probably not going to believe this but I actually started falling asleep during a root canal!

Fantastic experience: When I go to the dentist it’s usually in fear of being judged because of my teeth but from the moment I stepped into this building the fear went away everyone was nothing but nice to me and reassured me that they just wanted to help me fix my teeth! All of the receptionists were really friendly and Anne the one that cleaned my teeth made me feel at ease and talked me through what she was doing to my teeth and was very personable. Fantastic experience: March 19, 2025: Just got done with another great appointment. Pam the hygienist was awesome as usual. She is always careful to make sure I'm comfortable. She also lets me know the particulars of what she is seeing and how I can improve caring for my teeth. Today she saw a problem with my lower front teeth so she got my complimentary toothbrush out of the package and showed me exactly how to brush. It was very helpful to have it demonstrated. I have a badly cracked molar and the whole staff, especially Miranda, have been doing the best they can to try to convince my insurance company that I need a crown. They kept denying it so Miranda kept re-submitting it, trying different things to get approval. She even got Dr. Sanchez involved to write a special letter, but to no avail. Now I have a new company so they are going to submit all over again. Pam took new pictures today to try to get an even better view of the cracks. I'm sorry they've had so much trouble with the insurance company. I know Miranda has my case flagged for special attention and I appreciate it so much. Maddie was great as usual. Her proficiency and kindness the first time I ever called are the reason why I made my first appointment. She really stood out among all the different offices I called. I'm so glad I chose Advanced! August 6, 2024 appointment: I had been having trouble for a while finding a new dentist after mine retired. When I realized that a tooth cracked, finding one became a high priority. I called quite a few offices but there weren't many who took my insurance and those who did were scheduling out many weeks. I feel fortunate that I finally got in touch with Advanced. I knew right away that they were my top choice. On the phone I could tell that Maddie was experienced and highly competent and also very nice. When I got to my appointment, I was happy to see that the other people working there shared those traits. Maddie and Miranda in the office are great. I don't remember meeting Michael but I'm told he's the office manager. Great job, office staff! Ann F. was my hygienist and she was super - very skilled, thorough, concerned, and friendly. I felt the same way about Dr. Sanchez - that I was in very good hands. It was a great experience overall! Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. This is the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to. The wait time wasn’t long at all. Dr. Sanchez is very knowledgeable, patient and listens to my concerns. Pam, the hygienist is such a sweetheart and is down-to-earth who was very gentle during my teeth cleaning. The front team, Maddie, Miranda, and Veronica greeted me in a friendly manner. They also have a good sense of humor. Overall I’m am very pleased with this place and is looking forwards to coming back. :-)

Fantastic experience: Great first experience with this office from start to finish! My daughter hasn’t been at an actual dental office since before Covid, so she was very nervous. Dyllan and Dr. Sanchez both did everything they could to ease her fears and make her comfortable!

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit to Advanced Dental Care of Toledo and I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly, and Pam was extremely thorough with my cleaning, and keeping me informed every step of the way. High recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: Came in yesterday for an appointment with my 9yr old for a cleaning. She has always gone to a pediatric dentist and this was her 1st time at a "big person" dentist. We seen Pam. She was AMAZING so kind caring and patient. She put my daughter right at ease and made her smile even that much prettier. Great visit yesterday thanks Pam and Advanced dental

Positive experience: Front desk people were very friendly and courteous. I also like Anne the Hygenest, I have been going to her, a few years now. Dr Sanchez, seems like a nice guy, so far. Only thing I don't like, about this office, is their location.On the corner, of Secor, has parking that goes directly onto Secor. Sometimes difficult, to pull out of. I try to park, on side of building, can't always park there, due to lack of spaces. Overall people are friendly there. Update: I am not sure why it takes so long for insurance to give estimate? I have been waiting since September to get cap replaced. Now it is barely hanging on. They sent another request for an estimate, today. They said give it 2 weeks. If no response said I need to call insurance, myself, to get them to consider it. Not sure how often they followup with insurance, if at all?

Fantastic experience: The care is top notch, I feel that my dental health is in good hands there. There's no shaming if you haven't been there in a while, they are just happy that you are there. I truly trust them. There's just one thing that would help and that is in their presentation and I only mention this because I want them to be successful. The previous dentist's yellow almond walls in the waiting room are awful, very dated and would look so much better in a soothing color of a pale aqua or powder blue. The carpeting could use a good cleaning after winter is over, no biggie. But none of this has any impact on the great care that I get there. It's just that the waiting room is ugly and not a good first impression.

Fantastic experience: Pam was very thorough and informative. She took the time to do a great cleaning and made me feel very comfortable and cared for! Dr. Sanchez also did a great job at looking at my teeth and was also very informative.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carlo Sanchez is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about your oral health. He takes the time to explain procedures and ensures you’re fully informed, which makes a huge difference. Pam, the dental assistant, is also amazing—she’s always friendly, professional, and makes every visit more pleasant.

Fantastic experience: My elderly aunt is a customer of this dental practice. I was with her last week for her cleaning/checkup appointment. Pam and Dr. Sanchez were incredibly patient and kind! Such a blessing! Highest recommendation!

Fantastic experience: "I had an exceptional experience at Advanced Dental Care of Toledo! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile by the friendly receptionist. The entire staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel at ease. The Dr. was outstanding! He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Their expertise and attention to detail are truly impressive.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to say that hygienist by the name of Pam that did my cleaning today is amazing. Not only did she walk me through everything and did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth, but she was so kind and genuinely cared about my dental hygiene. She even went as far as making sure I knew how to properly brush and floss for the best results. I really appreciated it and am looking forward to seeing her again for my next cleaning!

Fantastic experience: I must say, every time I’ve been in for an appointment it’s been a very pleasant and friendly experience. Miranda and Maddie were great at the front desk. Kaiti, Anne and April were fantastic and quick with all procedures. Highly recommend going here.

Assistant April I believe her name was is outstanding She is so nice super caring wants to make sure that everything is to your liking I'm talking to the t. Emily is outstanding she did so well with me and my needs She just amazing .Dr Sanchez is a super caring excellent The one of the most best doctors when it comes to dentistry that I have seen This man has tools that I have never seen in my life 3D imaging with computers and such and not only that he cares You can actually tell the man cares about what he does He wants to make not only the best experience for you but make sure that your dental work is the best that you can get I will never go anywhere else. I wish I was able to give this place 10 stars!!!!! If you have a terrible dentist or even a dentist that you feel like maybe you want to get a better one run I mean run to these people The best most caring nice people that do not pass judgment in any sort of form or fashion. Super great people !!!!!!!! Ps. Thanks again so much. You guys definitely out preformed the quite of few dentist I have been too! I will always return to Advanced Dental on Secor rd.

Pam the hygienist was very thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and sweet. Dr. Sanchez was professional, polite, and welcoming. Emily was also very informative, knowledgeable, and kind. It was such a a great experience. I would highly recommend them. I'll definitely be returning!

Fantastic experience: My son had a great experience getting a filling with Dr. Sanchez and Kaiti today. He is 15 years old and on the Autism spectrum. They were both very sensitive to his needs and clearly explained everything since it was his first filling. My son was very calm and comfortable which has not always been the case for dental visits. Much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I found this office for my children to start going. I liked the service so much that I scheduled myself a new pt appointment. The ladies at the front desk always have a smile on their faces and the hygienist is very thorough. She explains everything in great detail. The dentist is also very pleasurable.

Fantastic experience: This was by far the best dental experience I've had. As someone who has had some complex dental issues in the past, Dr. Sanchez and the hygienist Anne treated me with care and were amazing. Very happy that I found this office and excited to bring my children for appointments.

Fantastic experience: I love the entire team, from the front office gals Maddie, Miranda, and Veronica at check in, and check out. They are such a warm welcoming presence. Then there is my amazing Dental Hygienist Pam. She is the sweetest person. She talks to you, and plays music,and before you know it she's done. I kinda wanted to say to her " wait we're done?" She is so gentle, whether it's cleaning your teeth, flossing, or the polishing. SHE DOESN'T HURT YOU. Pam even showed me a better way to brush my teeth. Dr. Sanchez is awesome. I've had a lot of dentists in my lifetime,and I can honestly say he is the absolute best . He has such a warm calming presence, and he makes sure you're not having any unnecessary pain. He is the best dentist I've ever had. I've recommended this great dental team to a couple of people already. If you're dentist leary, you need to go here!!!

Fantastic experience: Pam is the first to ever give my 7yr old a successful cleaning! Amazing job making my daughter feel comfortable. Couldn't of gone any better! Even better than the referred special dentist, kids see when they won't let drs look at their teeth.
