Fantastic experience: Dr Kosik is so nice, so professional and really cares about his patients. When I have an appt, it seems like I’m his only patient of the day because he takes time with me and makes sure he does a thorough job. Nothing rushed. Can’t say enough about Dr Kosik! He’s done a lot of work on my teeth and I trust him completely! He’s really smart and really nice and always lets me know what he’s doing and why and what the next step will be. Also very gentle because he’s concerned with my comfort. He’s great!!!

Fantastic experience: In a recent visit, November 2025, to Dr. Brett S. Pelok & Assoc. Family Dentistry, it reaffirmed my gratitude for my dentist Stephen D. Kosik, D.D.S. caring expertise. Especially, in crowns. My previous crowns (made elsewhere) never felt to be a good fit. In particular, four of five crowns. When again, one of the four crowns fell out, I then discussed this with him. As the crowns had reached a point where something needed to be confronted. It's in the confrontation process of the issue I recognize, yet again, why I value this dentist's specialized care given for patients and, most importantly, his attention to the finer details in dentistry; of which, my crowns are an issue. Stephen D. Kosik, D.D.S. made temporary crowns that feel like a part of me. As if they're my own natural teeth.Thank you so much! I know my permanent crowns are great too!

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to the Pelok/Kocik practice since 2004. Everyone is cordial and good at what they do. And they are very accomodating to changes in insurance over the years. And I tolerate all the Ohio State paraphanalia.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment. I was in the chair at 11:00. I was treated very well. I had a difficult tooth to work on so it took awhile to complete the work, they made sure I was as comfortable as possible and gave me breaks when I needed. Very professional. Good job!

Not only diagnosed but took additional time to repair problem. Everyone at office were very accommodating. Very impressed and grateful for attention given to my problem.

Debbie only fills in at various Dental Offices in the area for various Hygenists who need time off. I hope she fills in more frequently at Dr. Pelok’s office. Fantastic experience: My visits to my Dentist are always a good experience. Dr. Brett as well as Dr. Kosik are exceptionally good at what they do. If for some reason I cannot get into see Dr. Brett, I will choose one of the other Two Doctors. All three doctors can do the same thing, so if I want to get in quicker I will choose one of the others. The nice thing about that is, there is no hard feelings with any of the doc’s. If there is ever an issue with anything, I usually present it to Dr. Brett and he will take care of it. I have been a patient of Dr. Brett’s for a long long time, and there is no reason for the practice to have a bad reputation. I would recommend this dental practice to others that are looking for a dentist. I had a new Hygenist today. The new hygenist, Debbie was very very nice and seems to be a very good asset to the practice. I do enjoy my visits to my dentist. Jodie U A long time patient!!

Fantastic experience: Love my dentist. Communicates appointments via text. Answers text messages quickly. Hygienist does a thorough job going over health history, cleaning teeth, sharing any concerns or problem areas. Dentist further inspects her work and gives further instructions as needed. All this is done in a timely manner. May I add, no pain or discomfort at anytime during my cleaning. You can't go wrong visiting this dentist practice.

Fantastic experience: Been a patient here for over 15 years. The office itself has been all remodeled and is clean, bright and calming. But most importantly the staff, from the front desk to the hygienist to Dr Pelok, they are all 5 stars. Smiling, pleasant and efficient, and always on time. Fantastic experience: Dr. Pelok fixed an old filling. After a couple of days the tooth was painful. I saw Dr. Kosik who ordered an xray. He indicated there was a nerve that was giving me the trouble. It may settle down but if not I would need a root canal. At my cleaning, I mentioned to Dr. Pelok that the tooth was a bit sensitive but not painful. I reminded him it was recommended I may need a root canal. He agreed. Last week the tooth was very painful. I called the office to schedule a root canal. Today I went to the office for the root canal, and saw Dr. Bealmear. To my surprise, I was scheduled for a crown. After she took an X-ray, she said I needed a root canal and gave me a referral to an endotontist and sent me home with a Rx for an antibiotic. The tooth looked infected. I called for an appointment with the endodontist, and just to see the endodontist she recommended for a consult was $300. The practice wasn't in my dental network so I would have to pay out of pocket. I went home and am now questioning the efficiency of Dr. Pelok's office.
