Negative experience: Very last minute! My time was wasted because they didn’t verify my information or my insurance after I uploaded all Information 2 days before my appointment. When I got to my appointment I was told they didn’t have my card information and I would have to cancel my appointment! Was didn’t anyone call? Why was coverage verified the day of?? Never again!

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment today at 1:00 pm for a follow up and cleaning. I arrived fifteen minutes prior and was seen promptly at 1:00 pm. As always everything went smoothly and I was in and out within an hour. Once I was done getting my cleaning, another lady came in and double checked everything with a second exam. I wasn’t expecting that but, it goes to show the professional quality and care here given at this dentistry! A+++++ Service and and top notch treatment..

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeff and his staff are outstanding!!! I had an incredibly painful toothache. He took the time to expain my options and answer all my questions with care and empathy. His assistant was great as was his entire staff. The procedure could have been painful but I honestly never felt any pain including the injection. Such a wonderful surprise to find a dentist who actually cares about his patients and takes the time to get to know them. Best dentist ever!! My insurance kicks in January 1st and you can bet he will be my dentist!!!

Simple and easy check in process with only a few minutes of waiting before I was taken care of. Very friendly staff, with quick and easy check in/out. The hygienist was gentle, thoughtful, friendly and thorough. Dr. Jeff is a great dentist who does the overall exam and makes sure everything is good. Over the many years I’ve seen Dr. Jeff, I’ve had many different treatments all of which were handled exceptionally well by Dr. Jeff. They also make a follow up appointment before I leave. Fantastic experience: Today was my second visit with elm ridge. I sent them a message the day before for an emergency appointment for a toothache. They set me up to come in asap. I have a phobia of going to the dentist because of past experiences that caused me to avoid it at all costs. After many many years of avoiding a dental appt I finally had the strength to go in a few months ago because I knew I needed new teeth. And let me tell you. They made me feel so at ease and calm. Yes my heart rate was up every time i went there but it went away when they treated me with care. Everyone from the front desk to the assistants to seeing the doctor. Everyone who took care of me in there all deserve 5 stars from me. Thank you Elm ridge for making me feel comfortable. Thank you for being gentle with me and understanding. I look forward to the day I come in for my surgery. And 10 years ago, you would've never hear those words come out of my mouth. So thank you. Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a dental clinic with a kind, compassionate, caring, supportive and understanding staff, Elm Ridge is the dental clinic for you. You walk in are greeted by receptionists with a kind smile and a friendly ”hello”. I’ve had some pretty awful experiences with other local dental clinics, and had all but given up looking for one I would return to. That is, before I found Elm Ridge. I chose Elm Ridge based on their reviews and ratings, and I’m so glad I did. The only downside… I didn’t find Dr.Jeff and his clinic sooner. I’ve never been so relaxed and comfortable while having x-rays and a dental examination done. It’s my opinion that you will have to look long and hard to find a better Dental clinic in Killeen or, for that matter, Bell County! Update: After my first visit, Dr. Jeff sat down with me and explained in detail what he thought my situation called for. I’ve returned three times and found nothing changes. I had a long oral surgery done today and through out the entire procedure he explained what he was doing and many times he check on me to make sure the numbing medication was still working. So I stand by my original review. Elm Ridge is, hands down the best dental clinic in town

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was thrilled with my decision to choose Elm Ridge Dentistry. Drs Jeff and Kayla are amazing as are the entire staff. I was not unfamiliar with Elm Ridge before I decided to use them for my dental needs, I was my parents primary caregiver for the last 5 years of their lives. My Dad was an established patient of theirs and I would bring him to his appointments. I took notice of how well he was treated, and when the time came for me to seek treatment for myself, I naturally picked them. 5 stars and A+ all the way.

Fantastic experience: Incredible experience! After waiting 10 years to return to the dentist out of fear, I'm so happy I came here! Dr. Muszynski patiently answered every question I had in great detail with compassion and professionalism. After researching multiple locations in Killeen, I decided on Elm Ridge due to their Christian background and their websites "about me"; which emphasizes family and service as opposed to a list of accolades and accomplishments in the industry. I had 2 teeth extracted and let me tell you, the man's a magician. Don't get me wrong, I've never had a "fun" tooth extraction, but at Elm Ridge I experienced the absolute least amount of pain I've ever experienced ever; and 1 day later no pain at all. I couldn't be happier and I can't wait to come back!

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Rachel made my dental cleaning so pleasant. She listened to all my concerns and then informed Dr. Jeff about my concerns. He was very nice after my exam and set my mind at ease. He and Rachel made me feel so comfortable. My anxiety was through the roof when I sat down in the chair. But after talking to both of them, I felt so relaxed. My teeth cleaning was awesome. Even my blood pressure was really high when Rachel took it. But I know it had gone down before I left. Thank you Dr. Jeff and Rachel for calming me down and being attentive to my situation.
