Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist was absolutely wonderful. They were kind, patient, and very knowledgeable, making me feel at ease the entire visit. The cleaning was thorough but gentle, and they explained each step clearly while offering helpful tips for better oral care at home. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had.

Negative experience: I'm changing dentists. Back in September, they had a new male hygienist using a tool he admitted he wasn't fully comfortable with and he cut my gums open, which exposed the root and gave me a tooth ache. I wasn't happy, but the dentist fixed it and I stopped caring. I asked my hygienist at my next cleaning (different hygienist) to inspect the area for damage caused at the previous visit and to be gentle. The hygienist called the dentist in who had a lie ready to go! This lady tried telling me I was lucky he cut my gums open as I had a dormant infection that he drained that they could see in previous x-rays. So, either they straight up lied to me, or they're not telling me about infections I have. Either way, I didn't care and I have no earthly idea why the dentist even brought it up. Now I'm uncomfortable with them because I think they're liars.

Fantastic experience: The experience was great the team was helpful everything delivered as promised and on time and at a fair price

Negative experience: Made an appointment for my daughter months ago and today I arrive after taking the morning off from work to be told they moved my daughters appointment to the side because of no conformation what the hell first off is someone has an appointment how do you move it to the side second I selected the option to confirm through the auto text I received. But I will never got here again!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is incredibly nice and professional! Usually hate going to the dentist, but these guys are really great and make it an enjoyable experience.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff. Dr. A is very professional, knowledgeable, and makes the visit a good experience. The assistant and front desk were very kind and treat you like a real person. I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. A assured me and treated me with compassion. I will definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone needing a dentist.

Negative experience: Ruby and Dr Singh were very thorough and helpful in my consultation. However, the following appointment was not so pleasant. The front desk Diamond was arguing, loudly, with a veteran in the front with patients present. My visit was not what we discussed so I requested to speak with the office manager yesterday and have yet to receive the requested call.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough good things about my first visit!! I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to a past experience and today I left with a Smile on face and feeling so comfortable with the care I will be receiving here. Wonderful experience and so happy I looked through the sales ads that came in my mail box <3

Fantastic experience: All Braces and Dental in Killeen, Texas have thought me a lesson on how customer satisfaction can scale up to absolute value in Delivering Quality Care and service. I was greeted by Valeria who checked me in promptly and politely provided next steps on procedures and follow up and my hygienist Victoria who had feathery hands barely felt a touch as she performed the cleaning portion. Lucy was very happy and cheerful and gave us myself and my wife vital information for Massage Therapy and Hot stones for our future Spa treatment. I greatly enjoyed our visit and more than likely refer friends and colleagues along with the families in my circle truly amazing people and exceptional service. Negative experience: Edit: Office manager let me know they do over 500 deep cleans with Concordia a year. Dentist knows them well. Yeah, its a scam for more $. Not an insurance issue. They should have given me the choice to do a regular clean or deep clean. If dentist felt it would be undertreating to do a regular clean and probably not covered, I should have still been given the choice to go elsewhere or pay the deep clean out of pocket. Get a second opinion if they give you a long expensive list. You might be left paying the whole bill for treatment the dentist wasn't transparent about. My husband has his dental covered 100% by the VA. They rushed him through, did more than they should have during visits to complete everything quickly ( he even needed antibiotics in the middle of the work from it all). All his teeth were done. Every. single. tooth. My experience was different.I chose to use my insurance and said I would pay/schedule up to $200 of work each month as to not have a balance add up or put it on credit.That's how I realized what everyone was saying in the negative comments is likely true. My first appointment, they said they only deep clean one half of the mouth first. You have to come back for the other half. (They didn't tell my husband this, they deep cleaned his whole mouth at once). The technicians were very nice. The front desk was very nice. I didn't understand at this point why I was hearing upset people or why the bad reviews. They deep cleaned half my mouth, I paid my portion, and scheduled a second appointment to have the other side of my mouth cleaned. Between appointments, I call to see if my insurance has paid. They say no so I move the appointment to give my insurance more time. What could go wrong, it's just coverage for half a cleaning at this point? I receive a letter from Concordia in April denying the claim because of an incorrect code and am encouraged to discuss the type of cleaning with my dentist (see photo). I call them to discuss the letter and am told to call back later because they are waiting to receive the letter on their end. I reschedule the appointment to give it time. At some point I call them again and get the rudest person you can imagine. I'm told I am responsible for the entire bill, I signed agreeing ...blah blah blah... I have to cut her off to explain, I've already paid my portion I'm just waiting for the CDT code to get worked out. I wanted to hold off on my appointment until the balance was cleared. She said she would make a note for them to call me to reschedule as soon as it was. Clearly, she has a memorized script that she is prepared to say when she thinks an angry customer is calling because insurance has denied their claim. Keep in mind, this was just a bill for cleaning half my mouth. I wasn't stressed ..at all.. I assumed at this point a simple mistake was made that just needed time to be fixed. I never get called back, never get another letter from Concordia, so I call in August. A very polite person tells me it had been resubmitted, they never heard back from Concordia, they didn't plan on calling them, they didn't plan on calling me, they didn't code it incorrectly, that's how they do things. So now I'm here 6 months later. Half my mouth cleaned. Waiting to see if they can correct a simple claim. Waiting to see if the bill for cleaning half my mouth is $500. If they can put me in this kind of position even after I did everything correctly and had the luxury of waiting 6 months for dental care, I believe all the bad reviews. I checked if they took my insurance. I asked for a dental plan. I scheduled what I could pay for. I went in and paid what they said I owed when they cleaned half my mouth. Yet here I am. 6 months later. Half a mouth cleaned. Wondering if I still owe $295 before I can get the other side of my mouth cleaned. It's not rocket science, I'm sure they do cleanings and work with Concordia all the time. They're right down the road from the military base. This feels like a scam they pull all the time. Oh wait, the negative reviews say they do.

Fantastic experience: I hope they never go out of business, I will miss the hospitality and kindness that the receptionist displays and possess, I cannot say enough about Dr. Singh and 5 stars are an understatement, not only she is great at what she does, which is unbelievable and amazing !!! While putting in my crowns, I can hear and feel her perform her duties professionally, but what really assured me that I was in great care, she was constantly sharing her knowledge and mentoring her assistant that was working with her, I mean helping them grow up in their new and near profession, she actually have that leave no one behind attitude, i apologize, im a veteran and team building with respect is my passion, so whoever works under her authority, yall have an absolute Winner!!! Thanks a lot to the Receptionist that actually sets the tone and the staff that up holds the standard.

Fantastic experience: Came into this facility not knowing what to expect, coming from VA not having the best experience with most clinics. All Dental & Braces was very welcoming, fast, and attentive to my needs as a patient. The staff and ladies (Jamie & Jasmine) who handled my exam were amazing, thorough with procedures I would need done, request they were making, and a plan for treatment. I would highly recommend this one stop shop for all your dental needs!!

The outstanding service starts with the two young ladies that checked me in and scheduled my appointment. I have had deep cleaning done in the past that were brutal. Negative experience: Everyone there was nice, but the steal. They made me pay for my insurance company’s part. Told me I would get a check when the insurance company paid it. It’s been paid over a year ago. So they got paid from me and both insurance companies. They owe me almost 400 back and I will take action if I don’t get it back

Positive experience: I like the dental work and they do an excellent job. What I do not like is the front desk. While polite, these people continuously on 3 separate occasions now do not seem to get the billing correct. I have been so far as to sit in a chair with my mouth open for them to tell me of unexpected charges. $20 extra for fluoride is a bit extreme and is optional but why so much? And why can’t they get the insurance correct and in the system to charge correctly. I do not need my teeth cleaned every 3 months as 1 x per year is enough for me but somehow they insist I need this. I will discuss their with the VA and Tricare as well. As a Veteran I see this place as a money grab for them providing services that are not necessarily needed to milk the Government out of a few extra dollars.

Fantastic experience: Fast service, friendly staff. Went for a crown and it was done all in one visit, no temporary until actual crown is made. Also office open on Saturdays and that is great.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service which starts at the front desk and goes all the way through the procedure and finally check out. It was a smooth easy process and the dentist was thorough and efficient in getting the work done on my mouth.

Negative experience: One of my front teeth that has a crown on it, completely broke off at the gum line, tooth still inside the crown & root in the gum. This happened on a Friday evening of course....I saw this place was open on Saturday's until 12:00, so I called them Saturday morning and asked if they could see me as it was an emergency my front tooth had fallen out, they were able to squeeze me in at 11:00, so far so good. I arrive at 10:45, fill out all the necessary paperwork, get taken back to the chair around 11:20 and explain my situation to the Dental Assistant. I was crying and she was sympathetic that I was upset. I had my crown with the tooth inside a zip lock bag. Dr. Singh doesn't roll in until 11:50, asking what my issue is, patronizing attitude, didn't even sit down, stood over me with her hands in her pocket looking at my X-Ray and told me there is nothing she can do, rest of the tooth needs to be removed and an implant placed, other options would be a bridge or temporary fix would be to have a ''flipper'' as it's 1 tooth missing. I asked about the flipper, she said it will take 2-3 weeks for it to be made once impressions are made, I asked what is the solution for now? I don't have a front tooth.....? There was none. They printed me out a payment plan for the services needed and sent me on my way. So I went there needing help for a missing front tooth and came out no further forward, complete waste of time. I honestly believe they didn't want to be bothered with my situation as it's a complex one, plus I didn't get seen until 10 minutes before they were closing, even though I arrived at 10:45.

Fantastic experience: Dental assistant was welcoming and very into her job. She was a listener and very gentle. Will definitely recommend

Negative experience: I left a review for this place several years back and now my review is missing. I only found out because somebody was complaining about them on a local Facebook group and their experience was exactly like mine. I came back to see my review and it's missing. So anyway, this place is a total scam. Doctor is rude and cold. They lure you in with a $99 cleaning coupon they send out in those mailers. Don't waste your time though as you'll come in for this and it'll never even get done. They waste 2 hours doing nothing but x-rays and then they tell you you need all this work done. They basically scare you so you will schedule an appointment quickly. They even offer you the next day appointment. Do not rush into it. Get a second opinion. I repeat, get a second opinion! All this work they told me I needed I didn't even need. They told me I needed a deep cleaning and that was a lie too. Then they tried to charge me a cancellation fee for canceling the appointment they scheduled for the very next day because they said I didn't cancel within 24 hours but canceling within 24 hours was not even an option since they scheduled the appointment the day before while they had me in the office. They will try to get you for every penny you have. They aren't about taking care of people or doing right by patients. They're only about taking your money and your insurance for everything they can get. All those five star reviews have to be fake. If they aren't fake then they are just naive people and I feel sorry for them. Do not go here.

Fantastic experience: Estevan and the front desk staff along with the Doctor were amazing. They were super sweet, and were exceptional with my kids. They made them feel so welcome and at ease!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of All Dental & Braces Clinic for about 3months now, the staff & employees there are very nice & professional, I am very satisfied with the quality of their work up to this point, I have no complaints. Fantastic experience: New to this practice but the dental assistant Ruby was so knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable,and I HATE going to the dentist. Was so much fun and I forgot what was happening. Dr. Singh is so knowledgeable and her staff is so solid. I'm looking forward to completing my treatment plan. This is the most Tech level office I've ever been too. Crowns In a day, while u wait, and AI to assist In treatment planning, they walked me through everything and the whys. 5 stars

Negative experience: When we first scheduled a visit 7 months ago, we were told they can see and treat toddlers and even babies!! I'm not gonna lie, our first visit was very good but maybe because we didn't saw the same people we saw yesterday. I came out from that office in tears because of how the DENTIST treated my 4 year old on the spectrum! Thank God he is so innocent he didn't noticed. The way she judged how poor I managed his hygiene, which I do every day and night (he doesn't like it and bites the toothbrush etc but we do it, as we can) . She said " +Kids like him- should not go there. Also it Is super strange that this same office saw my kid 6 months ago and said his teeth, gums etc were perfect and then, this visit she said "HE HAS A HUGE CAVITIES". Doesnt make sense and makes me feel they missed one last appointment. I'm leaving 2 stars because the hygienist are super good, friendly 10/10 but If it only were for the Doctor I would leave zero if I could. I'm changing all my 3 kids and myself out of this office

Fantastic experience: Huge thank you to Dr. Singh and her office for donating to our elderly Veterans during the holidays. So many people were blessed by the contributions and so many smiling faces. Due to privacy of the Vets their pictures can not be posted but they were greatly appreciative and grateful to be thought of during the holiday season when most times they are not. Thank you again!

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. The level of professionalism and care provided by Dr. Singh and the staff with the exception of Anna has been exceptionally poor, and I have never encountered such a lack of concern from a healthcare provider. It seems that once payment is made, patient care becomes secondary. I visited the office to get new retainers and had impressions made for both my top and bottom arches. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the mold for my bottom retainer, but I was not informed of this problem until I followed up days later. I was told that I would need to visit their Clear Creek location (I was originally a patient at the Trimmier location) for a new impression, despite being told initially that switching locations was not an option due to their scheduling policies. It’s perplexing that I was able to switch locations to accommodate their error. When I went to pick up my bottom retainer, it was handed to me in a plastic sandwich bag, with no effort to ensure the fit was correct. Despite knowing there were issues with the mold, the office did not bring me in to confirm that the retainer fit properly. I then had to schedule another appointment to address the fit, only to be told what I already knew—that it did not fit properly. After three attempts, they finally got it right. The only positive aspect of my experience was the care I received from Anna at the Clear Creek location, who was the only staff member who seemed genuinely concerned about my concerns. Dr. Singh, however, only saw me once at my initial appointment, where she looked at my teeth and ordered the assistant to take the impressions and inquired about my previous retainers. Overall, I am frustrated with the time wasted and the challenges in working with this office. It has been an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I would not recommend this practice to others.

Positive experience: I returned to this clinic because my first experience with Dr. Singh (I may have spelled her name wrong and I apologize for this in advance) was exceptional. She was meticulous, thorough, and took the time to explain my treatment plan without any pressure, which I really appreciated. Her professionalism earned her a solid five stars in my book. However, I’m giving 4 stars for today’s visit on October 6th due to my experience with the dental hygienist. Although my appointment was scheduled for 10:20 AM, I wasn’t called back until nearly 10:35 AM. I value efficiency and punctuality, as my time is just as valuable as theirs. Once called back, I mentioned concerns I had shared previously, but noticed the hygienist was on her personal phone, engaged in a conversation unrelated to my care. To add to the irony of my experience, there was a sign directly in front of me that read, “Please do not use cell phones in appointments.” This went on for a few minutes before I felt compelled to speak with the front desk. The hygienist then quickly reappeared and said she was ready for me. Despite this, the actual cleaning went well, and the hygienist apologized for her earlier behavior. While the cleaning was done professionally, the initial experience left me with concerns about the clinic’s respect for patients’ time. Overall, I still recommend this clinic due to the excellent care from Dr. Singh, but I encourage others to advocate for themselves if they encounter similar issues. Patients’ time is valuable, and it’s important that this is respected on both sides.

Fantastic experience: Mrs. Ruby was a consummate professional and very knowledgeable of her profession. Her chairside manner was very reassuring and made me look forward to my next visit. I am exciting about the plan the she and Dr. Singh has so eloquently and diligently put into place to resolve all of my dental concerns. Today’s dental visit has definitely changed my perspective and given me hope and encouragement about my overall dental health. Fantastic experience: I almost canceled my appointment out of fear. I'm glad I didn't. Everybody was very nice and professional. My dental assistants name is Ruby. She answered all my questions and made me feel calm. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I forgot my Dentists name but I think she owns this place. She is also a nice person and set up a very good sounding plan to fix my dental issues. I have been to a few different places locally. This is definitely my favorite.

Fantastic experience: I had to change dental clinics due to my insurance changing. So far it has been good. Ruby was super sweet and kind. She made me feel comfortable. The only compliant I have is they do not do cleaning and X-rays same day. So it was an inconvenience to have to do both separate. I didn’t know that when I made my appt.

Fantastic experience: Don’t listen to the negative comments . This place is AMAZING! You can see it’s an old employee who’s upset they can’t keep a job due the spamming. Luci was very attentive to my concerns prior to my wisdom teeth removal and the cleanliness is superb. Every instrument is sterile and rooms are very clean. Kasey and Dr. Singh were very sweet and made sure i was comfortable and best believe EVERY INSTRUMENTS IS STERILE . 1000/10 Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Booze was absolutely amazing with my daughter. My daughter has autism and it's very difficult to find a dentist that she feels comfortable with. However, Dr Booze and her assistant Jamie took very well care of my baby girl. Dr Booze answer all the questions my daughters asked and made her feel so comfortable and that alone is a blessing in disguise

Fantastic experience: All Dental Braces did a phenomenal job, was professional and knowledgeable while providing comforting office during dental care. I highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: The staff is rude, and unprepared it was a bad experience. They clearly need some more training with how to treat others and fix their attitudes. Not somewhere you want to go for your children or family and they cost too much they don’t care about the patients.

Fantastic experience: The staff are amazing at this location. Especially the Dental Assistant that worked with my Dentist. Very attentive to my concerns and always making sure you're doing okay before, during and after each treatment. The Dentist was very thorough and knowledgeable, and plus perk she's great, quick and precise with my treatment. Hopefully all my dental referral will be sent here in the future.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Booze was AWESOME!!! I have sensitive gums but she was careful and ensured I was comfortable throughout my procedure. If you have ever had a bad experience I highly recommend coming to see her and she will make you feel so much better and confident about coming to see the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Great establishment! Always greeted with a smile from the staff. My crowns look AMAZING and I am so happy that I can finally smile confidently. My tri-monthly cleanings always have my teeth and gums feeling wonderful! Much thanks and gratitude to the Doctor and her amazing staff! Fantastic experience: Dr. Singh and her team are professional and friendly. I had a broken crown previously done at a different dentist. I called last min on Friday and was seen the same day. The environment was clean, comfortable and everyone in the office was so kind. I was able to get a new permanent crown done the same day that looks 10 times better than the one before. Dr. Singh was transparent, focused and did amazing work! Thank you for everything.

Negative experience: I brought my kids here and asked the dentist a simple question about my sons jaw which ended in her calling me uneducated. I stormed out but had to call them back to get a doctors note. I called twice and both times they said they would send it to me. I have not recieved it yet. The indian female dentist the one who saw my kids, I dont remember her name because that was our very first and LAST visit there. She is very cold and lacks tact and interpersonal people skills. She is a frigid woman

Negative experience: I am highly upset this place said I needed so much work on my teeth. I went to another dentist and come to find out I need a filling replaced and another one. This place was saying I would need a crown and two partial crowns and some fillings. Totaling to be alot of money. Do your research before going someone where because if I didn’t trust my gut I would have spent 1500 unnecessarily. They say it’s because they have advance technology but all they did was take a basic xray and did nothing fancy when doing so.

Negative experience: The dentist lady was rude . She clearly only wants the money . $12,000 for all the work then claims I couldn’t do one tooth at a time which any other Dentist will fix what you want fixed first or what is bothering you like be for real !!. Claimed she had to pull 5 teeth at once including a root canal. Then said basics all my teeth needed caps . Went to another dentist and he said I didn’t need any caps and my treatment will only be $4,000 that included wisdom teeth removal & a root canal . This lady only wants money you can just tell she add work that doesn’t need to be done . Then she talks to you like you’re dumb . Nothing she was saying sounded safe let alone reasonable. I’m sorry but if you want a place to really care about your needs and not steal your insurance money or yours . Please look else were.

Negative experience: Child had a broken tooth. We were instructed to go buy paste to put on the tooth and to comeback in 2 weeks. Child was still in pain. They didn't help at all and then wanted 500 for a root canal even though I have 2 forms of dental insurance. Go somewhere else this place is a waste of time and energy. Wish I could take the 1 star back.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff at the desk, they take the nervousness away! And I was nervous when I got there but that went away quickly. Dr. Singh and her staff are very professional, always asking if I’m comfortable or have any questions. I’m in the Army at Fort Cavazos. The dentist team at the base sent me out here to get my tooth fixed. I broke my lower back tooth and had pain from that. Dr. Singh was able to fix my broken tooth and placed a crown all in the same day! Dr. Singh and her staff are a treasure here in Killeen. Thank you Dr. Singh!!!

Fantastic experience: I just moved here from Virginia and had to take my sister here for her monthly adjustment on her braces and Im not seeing why they have so many good reviews. She has had a couple appointments prior to today and from what she’s told me, none of them have been great. Her dental assistant today Casey or Kasey needs to work on accountability. My sister asked if she could adjust the wire on her bottom row, because when she closed her mouth it felt like it was cutting her gums. The assistant instantly caught an attitude, telling me sister “what are you talking about, it’s fine”. My sister had to proceed to tell her when she closes her mouth it’s uncomfortable, so she proceeded to fix it. Later in the process, as she was applying the rubber bands she snagged my sisters lip which obviously caused her to jump and say ow. The assistant proceeded to say “what’s wrong with you” and my sister informed her that she snagged her lip. Instead of apologizing and moving forward she says “ I wasn’t by your lip I was on your teeth” and walked away asking a fellow assistant to take over. As if her lip was no where near her teeth and that couldn’t be a possibility…..Maybe she was over the day because it was 4pm (shouldn’t matter because the appointment was scheduled a month ago & you knew all day the appointment was that late in the day) but you should treat every patient with kindness and respect. Will be speaking with my parents about looking for other offices. ***UPDATE**** It is now December and after a month or two of not returning, my parents decided to give them another try after seeing they reached out to try and resolve issues. When my sister came back (with my mother this time) Dr. Sing pulled them in her office to address and apologize about everything that happened during the visit in my original post. I’ve come with my sister 3 additional times since my original post, and I will say…..this is a completely different office/staff. This new staff is very welcoming, engaging, and respectful.Thank you Dr.Sing for not only apologizing, but following through with said changes you were going to make (in order to better the office)!
