Negative experience: I was there today as a new patient, front desk young lady was horrible and rude. Teach the attitude toward people and manners first. Before seeing a doctor, we see these people first.

Fantastic experience: Great people - great dentistry. Highly recommended. They treat you right. Something to remember though is that dentists don't work for free. If you have insurance (it is YOUR job to provide it) then it will be less expensive. If you don't have insurance then you will have to pay. They have the best hygienist I have found. Truly pain free and very pleasant.

Negative experience: Came in for a cleaning and yearly X-ray as a new patient. They spent 45 minutes X-raying my teeth. I was X-rayed 4x times (yes, my entire mouth FOUR TIMES) which is not good for you because of the radiation. It was painful and clear that nobody knew what they were doing, especially because it was the first time this person had ever done an X-ray. After that the dentist came in telling me I had a cavity but didn't show me my X-rays. Then I was done, they wanted me to schedule a separate appointment for a teeth cleaning. Absolutely pointless and waste of time. Will never be back here.

I am so grateful I discovered Killeen Dental on my way home from yet another disappointing dental appointment with my previous provider. And even though I did not have insurance they were able to find some for me where it made all my procedures affordable until I was able to get some on my own. Fantastic experience: We had to search for a new dentist because our old one no longer accepted our insurance. So we checked online with our insurance and stumbled across Killeen Dental. My husband and I are so pleased with our new dentists and their staff. I cannot tell you how happy we are with all of them. Dr. Harris got me in early because a filling had fallen in between my back teeth causing me pain. I also had a cracked back tooth that he put a filling in. I’m almost 50 years old and this is the first time that I felt at ease and confident with a dental visit. Dr. Harris’ demeanor just naturally put me at ease. My anxiety is usually very high during appointments. Mind you, my appointment was just for an exam, but seeing what my situation was, he went above and beyond to help me. My husband was also pleased with his dentist who fixed his filling right away. All the dental hygienists and staff were nonjudgmental, kind and knowledgeable. We felt so welcomed. If you are on the fence, please try this facility. They are not just kind, but do their work very well.

Negative experience: Worst place ever! I had a bad experience with both dentists about my tooth. They don’t know what tooth’s it was, even with ex-Rays ( took them twice). Had to call my insurance and they told me to go to another dentist and when I went there the dentist knew by one ex-Ray what tooth’s had to be removed! All about money. The receptionist very unfriendly.

Fantastic experience: My family and I switched to the Killeen Dental Group with Dr. Michael Harris. We have received the absolute best dental care. I just had tooth extracted about a week ago. Dr. Harris and staff went the extra mile to get me to relax and not be afraid. I did not feel any pain during the extraction. That was my biggest fear. After the nova Caine wore off there was some discomfort but very little. Dr. Harris is the best Dentist that my family has been with hands down. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend the Killeen Dental Group.

Fantastic experience: I had seen Doctor Harris since I was a child back when he was in Temple. I had neglected going to the dentist for several years because I had severe anxiety and really couldn’t find anyone as good as Doctor Harris. I had gone to another Dental facility in Temple and wasn’t impressed. When I tell you that he truly cares about his patients he does. Today I had gone In for severe wisdom tooth pain!!! I know I should’ve had them out years ago but at 40 there I was!!! I was thrilled to find out that Dr. Harris was working back in the area and knew right away that I would gladly make the drive from Killeen to come to his facility!!! He had worked around scheduling and took out all four of my wisdom tooth today!!! The other dentist that had done the extraction was amazing too!! He had talked me through everything!!! Great people here!!! Definitely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth!!!!

Negative experience: I've gotten my teeth pulled out. It was jam pack. I careless how the long i waited, they could of seen me last. IDC. I'm a patient individual. It was how all the staff members at the front desk was extremely rude towards new comers and some what nice to the usuals. Should of, would of, could of recorded. Shame on me for not doing it. Anyways I was close to the last to be seen. After my teeth gotten pulled out. The dentist told me to see the front clerk/receptionist to retrieve more gauze. So I ask and they ended giving me one. Really one, after I had my three wisdom tooth pulled out. I guess it takes one gauze to stop the bleeding. Never again I'll be coming back. Btw some of the reviews that claim that they are great. That's a lie. Those individuals who claims this and that. They are just made up to boost whomever owns that business. If you know your doing something wrong don't do it. Hopefully they get what they deserve. No stars would of been a plus. Have a great day.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this place. I was referred there by my Orthodontist for some input on my future care with her and I am SO glad she did. The staff here is absolutely lovely, they treated me and the other patients that came in with so much care. I love how ALL the staff took a genuine interest in everyones care whether they were directly working with them or not. I came in with a bit of a dilemma and confusion about a few things and the ladies at the front desk immediately went beyond their call of duty to quickly resolve with genuine concern and real common sense approaches to the issues. I will most definitely be back, the customer service there is outstanding and my visit with Dr. Durnin was a real pleasure as well.

I am having 2 implants done and yesterday (March 23, 2023) was my first appointment with Dr. Harris to continue the work needed to complete the process. He and his Assistant (Bobbie) were superb in everything they did to make this appointment a totally positive experience. I am scheduled to return in April once the crowns for the implants have been made by an outside source. Both Dr. Harris and Bobbie have made this whole experience an example of total professionalism and of people who love their craft. Kudos to them both!

Fantastic experience: Went in to do 2 fillings got it done in 30 minutes and a real friendly experience with the dentist and dentist assistant. They did the anesthetic really good didn’t feel a thing besides a tinge of discomfort but what do you expect when you are getting a tooth drilled out. The fillings where done very well don’t even feel like I got fillings done besides my jaw being a bit sore but that tends to happen when you have it open for a prolonged time so 10/10 rating would recommend going

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars, I most definitely would. Pain lasting months after work being done, being lied to by saying the incompetent dentist who did the painful work was gone, making an appointment and showing up only to be told that they didn't schedule me correctly but I could still be seen aaaaaand, lo and behold, who is the dentist that will be seeing me? You guessed it, the one that 'was no longer there'- no thank you. In pain and headed to another office in hopes of better service and more competent staff and doctors.
