Fantastic experience: Exactly what I wanted, but better. I researched and visited nearly 10 different cosmetic dentists, and after nearly a year of conducting said research, I chose Dr Hammond. And I’m incredibly happy I did. I was looking for someone who could make my teeth keep their natural, personal look but look like their “best self.” I had ten veneers put on my upper teeth, and they fit my face/skin tone perfectly. I smile at myself in the mirror all the time, and I take selfies just to see my new, beautiful pearly whites. It’s a true understatement to say I LOVE my new smile. It’s been a massive boost to my self image and has helped me adjust to myself as I keep aging, unfortunately. Now, as far as veneers go, Dr Hammond is not cheap. Fantastic experience: Dr. Hammond is the best you’ll find for veneers, especially if you’re looking for a natural look! My biggest fear in getting veneers was that they would look chalky, bulky, or too fake. I searched for the best of the best and my decision came down to a couple of options in West Hollywood and Dr. Hammond and ultimately decided to go with Dr. Hammond. We focused on making my teeth translucent, just like natural teeth, and he has been amazing at ensuring I got exactly what I want. He customized them specifically for me and my wants instead of just throwing in standard veneers.What shocked me the most was how natural they feel in my mouth, just like my original teeth! Fantastic experience: I found Doctor Hammond after doing a lot of research into Aesthetic Dentistry here in Utah. I loved that his website had an option to a free video consultation, so I submitted a picture with my own questions and was surprised to receive a personal response from Dr. Hammond himself. I decided to bite the bullet and go in for an in-person consultation armed with millions of questions. Dr. Hammond and his team kindly answered my questions and even responded off hours to concerns my husband had in regard to my treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I have a very long and sordid dental history, including jaw surgery, torture device orthodontics, and a childhood tooth injury that led to a crown and eventually an implant. My last dentist left me with two thick, opaque, short front teeth that didn’t fit in my mouth correctly and constantly irritated me (implant and crown). After spending so much time and money on them, the last thing I wanted to do was spend more money on my teeth. I bit the bullet and decided to have Dr. Hammond fix my front teeth and put veneers on 8 other top teeth so they’d finally match and I could be done fixing my teeth once and for all (or at least for a long time). I looked at basically every dentist doing veneers in Utah to try to find one that makes the most natural-looking veneers. I wanted pretty teeth, but not pretty teeth that look like an influencer (though the ones that Dr. Hammond does like that are beautiful, too!). He was able to make them fit in my mouth correctly and give me a natural smile line, which was no easy feat since my upper jaw is so messed up. The veneers themselves are very natural-looking. I think having teeth that fit in my mouth well probably makes my face look younger, too, which is a bonus that I didn’t expect. I’m also happy to have a much more comprehensive hygiene routine now. If you’re on the fence, I’d say that veneers are 100% worth it, and I did not make the $$ decision lightly. I’ve seen so many pictures of bad ones, I’d recommend going with an expert so you get it done right. Dr. Hammond’s instagram has so many pictures, and they convinced me that he really knows what he’s doing. The only thing I wish I’d done differently was looking closely at tooth shapes, colors, and opacities, so I could contribute more to the design process. Mine turned out great, but I think being able to communicate what you like and don’t like about your teeth or other people’s teeth would make the process even better.

Fantastic experience: My son has an extreme phobia and severe anxiety when it come to dentists and doctors. However they were able to treat him as a person first and then as a patient! They took their time and made sure he was comfortable with what they were doing and explained things to try to ease his fear. They were happy to answer all of his questions. He was able to go under anesthesia to get all of his work done in one day. His follow up visit went amazing and he was able to do it without sedation. His hygienist Ivy is so incredibly understanding and patient! We will go to her and Dr. Harris for all of his dental care! It was a wonderful experience. I am so thankful we found them!

My prior dentist wasn’t comfortable with the complicated procedure and Hammond Aesthetic seemed the best equipped to handle the job based on online reviews. I lost my job and didn't have insurance so I thought I should change to a dentist that was less expensive that fit within my current budget and situation. Fantastic experience: Amazing wraparound service! I saw Dr. Hammond and his staff for some chips on my front teeth that I have developed over years of teeth grinding. Not only did he beautifully fix the chip and asymmetry in my front teeth, he also used a little bit of laser gum contouring to fine-tune my gum line, leaving my smile much better than I could’ve ever imagined! He also created custom trays that I can use for teeth whitening, and to protect my teeth from grinding at night. His staff is exceptionally warm and kind, meeting me at the front door when I arrived and walking me to the door at the end of my appointment. Dr Hammond and his staff provide a personalized kind of service you don’t see very often anymore. I wish I could give them more than a five star review!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! We didn’t love our dentist, so when we moved across town I decided to switch to Dr. Hammond because of his good Google reviews, but does anyone really love the dentist?? That was my state of mind at first.. my kids and I all needed cleanings but my 5 year-old had been complaining of a toothache so I wanted to get her in ASAP. So I called and even as a new patient, they got me in that very day! He looked at her tooth and saw a big cavity. Now, this little girl of mine has MAJOR dentist anxiety and was so stressed to even have him look in her mouth. He was SO kind about it, and after seeing her big cavity and her anxiety, recommended that I take her to a pediatric dentist that he takes his own children to, and didn’t even bill me for the visit — totally free just because he didn’t want to exacerbate her fears and wanted her to learn to love the dentist, even if that dentist wasn’t him! Later that week the rest of us came in for our cleanings and it was such a great experience. My other kids all loved it; the hygienists were so sweet and the kids room put them all at ease. When my 8 year-old found out she didn’t have to come back for 6 months she actually cried from disappointment! Then a couple of weeks later, a spacer that my 8 year-old had put in by our previous dentist started coming loose and was hurting her. Once again Dr. Hammond squeezed us in the same day, popped it off very quickly and didn’t charge us for the visit. Seriously so kind!! A couple of other highlights: beautiful lobby with lots of complimentary snacks (huge hit with my kids), instead of a cheap toothbrush I got a new Sonicare brush head that I will actually USE because I have a Sonicare toothbrush, we’ve been there 4 times now and I have never once had to wait more than a couple minutes for anything at all so it seems like they run a very good schedule! At my old dentist I felt like every step of the process I had to wait 10 minutes which added up to so much of my time wasted and appointments that would take hours. So, when I thought that it wasn’t really possible to love a dentist, that was before I had been to Dr. Hammond. The office is gorgeous, the staff is fantastic, and you can tell that he truly loves his job and his patients. Absolutely floored by the level of service we have received there — we will be patients for life!

Fantastic experience: This review has been a long time coming, but maybe it's important for prospective patients to understand that Dr. Hammond and his staff's hard work stands the test of time. My dental health has been an issue for most of my life. Almost 3 years ago I had 8 crowns installed and it transformed my smile. My overall health has improved too. You can do your own research on that. I was nervous my chompers might look unnatural or cause further dental problems but Dr. Hammond's expertise is unparalleled in Utah County. His work somehow managed to make me feel like myself again. Beyond that, and probably the most important part: I've been using these puppies practically 24/7 ever since I got 'em. I feel confident eating crunchy food again, and in a scuffle these biters will leave quite a mark. They're just as perfect now. Finally, Dr. Hammond's staff are especially helpful and understanding- they truly leave judgement at the door. Whether your hurdles are hygienic or financial, they are earnest in finding you solutions. They've helped me through weekend toothaches/emergency appointments, gum health improvement, and one tumultuous break up. Fantastic experience: I researched cosmetic dentists for 4 YEARS while working up the courage to fix my teeth. I had consults with 3 of the best in the industry, one being Dr Hammond. After finding him I was so thankful I waited and did my research. Flying out of state to get to him is worth it 100% What sets him apart is his work. No one does more natural looking, beautiful teeth consistently. Every case he does he pours his heart into and tweaks it to perfection. Fantastic experience: Ok, being able to write this review is actually really emotional for me. I had my final veneers put on last week. I had braces growing up, and thus had straight teeth. But…my teeth were really small for my jaw, and I also had a very gummy smile. This made me self conscious of my smile, but I didn’t know there was anything I could do about it. I had a consult with Dr. Hammond and we initially tried laser gum tissue contouring. Helped a little, but I still wasn’t super happy. He recommended 10 porcelain veneers. Fantastic experience: As you walk into the office of Dr. Hammond's lobby they do not have a front desk/receptionist like other offices, no kidding, you immediately feel special because they greet you and already know your name! For me, that shows preparedness. They have a fridge along the cabinets filled with water and goodies, that feels like it is your home. Tracy is very welcoming and inviting. Fantastic experience: This review may be a few years late in coming but here goes.... I've been going to Dr. Hammond for more than 20 years. These guys are the very best at what they do. I can't say enough good about them. And i've seen and been involved in every type of dental situation. From emergencies, to routine cleanings, to replacing all of my metal fillings, to crowns, to having all of my children experience their first and ongoing dental visits. When my daughter needed special dental care, they said that they could do the work but recommended a specialist instead. They have always put my family before their own practice. I'm happy to say however that 99% of all of our needs have been serviced by Dr. Hammond and his wonderful staff over the years. During one challenging procedure, many years ago, I can even remember one of the staff holding one of my family members hands during the procedure. Another very impressive thing to me has been to watch, over the years, how the staff have continued to improve their dental skills and modernize their equipment. They have, and use, the very latest in dental techniques and equipment. But the friendly and professional staff are the real reason why this is such a great Dental Practice. Fantastic experience: I love going to Hammond’s dental office! I originally started to go to him for veneers, I knew someone that had veneers done by him and loved them. I wanted them for my wedding but wasn’t sure If there would be enough time. When I first reached out, they got me in right away and always made me feel taken care of. Every member of his staff has that contagious energy. They are all so friendly, kind and genuine! You can tell they are all so educated and actually love working there. They got me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers for my wedding. I wish everyone could experience their dental office! I always leave feeling so happy! With all of that, they are also so talented. My teeth and gums were originally in a rough position and now I can’t be more pleased with my smile. Dr Hammond really transformed my gums by getting them healthy and did some gum lasering. Fantastic experience: Dr Hammond's office is a great place to have dental care. They always discuss every procedure with me, including pros and cons. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are immaculate, and the service is A#1! Andrea works with me each time and that makes me feel comfortable and welcome. Floss every day, brush at least twice daily, wash your hands, keep socially distanced, and wear your masks. When we don't have to wear masks anymore, we'll have beautiful teeth to smile with!

Fantastic experience: I started visiting Dr Hammond when I was just 19 years old and off at college. I’ve since been, married switched insurance and moved several times, and I always make it back. The office is beautiful and everyone is both fancy and professional, but what really matters is that I get amazing dental work with Dr. Hammond. After going to a cheaper dentist in Orem after I got married, I eventually went back to Hammond and had him redo several fillings and a crown. Never get a dental referral from someone who hasn’t actually had dental work. I have beautiful teeth and horrible genetics, and Hammond keeps my teeth looking and feeling great. He also refers me to the best specialists in the valley instead of doing root canals and other procedures himself. His referrals have been amazing, and I trust all things from Hammonds office. Today we drove from Park City and bring all 4 kids for this first rate service. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I came to him first for an opinion on two teeth I lost on an accident. Amazing people, made me feel really welcomed: they had a soft and pleasing way of speaking as well as had good humor. Chose to take care of surgery and all somewhere closer to home, HOWEVER, they still called me later to see how everything went with surgery. Really good folks, highly recommend regardless of not doing any procedures with them.

Fantastic experience: I had a baby tooth right in the front, and have always been self conscious about it. Everyone said you couldn’t notice it, but I could and it bothered me so bad! I used Google to find the best cosmetic dentist close to me, and Dr. Hammond’s office came up with so many amazing reviews. We scheduled a consultation so easy, his staff is so kind over the phone and in person, and they greet you at the front! I was glad to see that Dr. Hammond saw what was bothering me and made every effort to help me feel better. They treat you like family and really do want the best for you. We went over my options and Dr. Hammond made me feel confident and I trusted him and his opinion because he was so knowledgeable and confident as well! His staff remembered me each time I came in, and genuinely seemed to care about my personal life and my smile. Dr. Hammond worked so hard to create the perfect veneer for my tooth, and it looks more than amazing. He did such a good job with the shape, color, and matching it with my other teeth. I love that he pays attention to every little detail and works with a group of highly-trained professionals to make it look exactly how I would want. I cannot recommend them enough and would go back in a heartbeat. His assistant even got emotional with my mom and I because she was so happy to see me so happy with the results and the final product. They are so caring and made me feel at ease through this whole process. I love Dr. Hammonds office and hope to see them again soon.

Fantastic experience: I can't remember if I already wrote a review. I know I tried once, but I don't know if it ever posted. :) Regardless, I love Dr. Hammond's office! I have a somewhat unusual health condition that causes some odd symptoms. Due to some of my health things, as well as not seeing a dentist for years, I am basically a dentist's worst nightmare! Fortunately, though, the people in Dr. Hammond's office are very skilled, kind, accommodating, and incredibly patient. I guess I haven't actually met everyone in the office, yet, but those things are definitely true about Dr. Hammond, Dr. Harris, London, Julie, and Paula. I especially wanted to thank Dr. Harris, the other dentist working with Dr. Hammond. Dr. Harris has been taking care of my numerous teeth problems and he has been doing a marvelous job! My health issues cause neck pain and regular migraines. The inflammation from my migraines cause more teeth pain. My gums also bleed with a simple touch, and I have dry mouth. Unfortunately, my issues really make things difficult for a dentist. Due to that, I needed a dentist who was accommodating, skilled, and patient. Dr. Harris is all three! He gives me a pillow for my neck, tinted glasses to block out the light (bright lights trigger my migraines), and he gives me a bite-block to help hold my jaw open. (Yeah, I have jaw weakness too.) Dr. Harris gives me breaks when I need them and he's very careful to make sure that I am comfortable. London has been his dental assistant and she is just as patient, competent and helpful. I have really put Dr. Harris through the test! Even with my health stuff to complicate the dental care, Dr. Harris still does an excellent job on my crowns, cavities, and cosmetic work. My teeth look great! I trust him and I highly recommend him as a dentist!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Hammond and the entire team at Hammond Dental. For the longest time, and despite having braces, I’ve always been bothered by some of my teeth. Mostly regarding the shape, size, spacings and color of a few of my teeth on the top row. I began looking at the option of porcelain veneers. After doing some research, I come across Dr. Hammond’s fantastic work on social media and after reading numerous 5-star reviews online, I decided to schedule a consult in person to have some questions answered and see for myself what his dental practice was all about. Arriving at my appointment, I had never set foot in a dental office quite like it. It was like walking into a calming and pristine spa. There is no traditional front desk and receptionist setting like at every other dentist’s office you’ve been to. Instead you are immediately greeted by name by a team member. I could tell immediately that this place was different. During my consultation, I met with Tracy, who could not have been kinder or more helpful. I had a lot of questions and a few concerns regarding veneers, and she spent all the time in the world listening to me and answering them. I felt completely heard and she never for a second made me feel rushed. I also met with Dr. Hammond, who just by walking through the door, immediately put me at ease. I felt confident in his expertise as he described to me the process, specifications for my teeth, the cost, and answered my questions and concerns. When I walked out the door, I knew without a doubt that this was where I would be going for my veneers. A few months later, I returned to the office ready to go forward with six veneers as we discussed. We then set up a records appointment, where molds and specific calculations were made of my teeth, before pictures were taken, and the design work began. It was at this meeting that I met Demri, who was so helpful through my entire veneer process. She explained everything to me every step of the way and made sure that I knew exactly what to expect. Temporaries went on a few weeks later, along with some laser gum contouring, and although the temporary material and color aren’t anywhere near the quality as the permanent porcelain, they already looked great. I had them on for a few weeks and in the meantime, made note of some of the little changes that I wanted, like shape, corners, length, etc. The day finally came, and the final veneers were placed! A few bite adjustments were made, a few tweaks to the shape and lengths here and there, and now I can say that I love them! The biggest thing that I wanted was for them to look natural—and they do! I still look like myself, just enhanced. That’s what I love about Dr. Hammond and his team’s work. I’m sure that there are other places you can go for veneers with a lower cost. But I would much rather spend more for higher quality—by an expert who you know you’ll get phenomenal results from. You get what you pay for. I’ve heard of other people going the cheaper route and then having disastrous results that they have to replace anyway, thus spending way more than they would have originally. So, I'd do it right the first time! Dr. Hammond told me that there are veneers he did 20 years ago on patients that still look great and have had no problems whatsoever—and that was twenty years ago, with the materials and techniques not being as advanced as they are today. It’s an investment, but one that is well worth it. All in all, I would not trust anyone else with my teeth. Dr. Hammond and his team are professionals in every sense of the word. Whenever I have an appointment, I am treated like family, and they’ve become like a family to me! My teeth look fantastic and I’ve never felt more confident with my new smile. For anything general dentistry-related or cosmetic, look no further than Dr. Hammond and his incredible team. Fantastic experience: Let's start off with how I ended up at Hammond Dental in the first place. I hopped online and looked at reviews for dental places. Most, if not all dental practices said their practices were closed or very limited to emergencies. I looked up Hammond Dental and while they were limited to emergencies they were offering free virtual consults - that was pretty novel given that I couldn't find anyone else doing that. I uploaded a couple of photos of my teeth as recommended and Dr. Hammond responded within 48 hours giving me a video of his assessment of my teeth...personalized. So I thought, ok these guys are professional, they care about their patients but they also care about people who don't have access to dental advice during a pandemic and they are using their time at their own expense to help others. I understand its a good business practice but after my experience with the staff at Hammond Dental, I imagine that they give the best quality advice and make it accessible to all knowing that most won't turn into clients. I was impressed so I booked a visit. They scheduled me for a visit right after they legally could because of COVID-19. I show up and they help me fill out my patient paperwork, get me back into the dental chair and ask me about how my teeth feel, what i'm looking for and then ask a couple of follow up questions. They take detailed X-rays, clean my teeth and then Dr. Harris walks in with my X-rays. He broke down the state of my teeth very simply and concisely. His bedside manner was excellent. Very understanding, patient, observant and attentive. He told me I needed two root canals and then proceeded to tell me what they were, how they worked and why he recommended them. He also said that he didn't do them personally but knew an endodontist that was the best that could do them. Being sensitive to my time and my anticipated worry of cost he explained that they recommended the best because this endodontist had produced the best outcomes for other patients of theirs. I took his recommendation and he had his staff schedule my appt for me. Dr. Harris was a rockstar that hit that recommendation out of the park. It says something about a professional when they have a network of people that can also deliver for their patients. I went back to Dr. Harris after my root canals and I was in and out with two crown moldings, x rays, temporary crowns, etc all within two hours. He offered me headphones to listen to my own music while they did the work on my mouth. I didn't feel a thing and Dr. Harris made sure that my bite was just as comfortable after the moldings with the temporary crowns as it was before I had had any dental work done. His skill with his hands and his attention to detail gave me confidence in his dental recommendations. I left his office kind of excited about my new crowns, their look and their feel. Later that night Dr. Harris texted me personally to check in on me and asked if I was feeling well, if I had any issues and all I could really respond was that I had no complications and felt perfectly comfortable. Fast forward to today and Dr. Harris put in two crowns that were translucent and the perfect fit and color. I kid you not, they look perfect, they feel perfect in my mouth too. I'm not just saying that for everyone who has made it this far in reading my review - i'd upload a pic so you could see them but i'm actually eating right now on those very crowns which feel great. Long story short, I had an awesome experience with Dr. Harris and his staff. They were personal and personable. They are professional, attentive to detail, friendly, understanding, very talented and have a knack for creating an experience that is comfortable to you (like me being offered headphones to listen to my music while they worked both times). Usually comfort and dentistry don't belong in the same sentence but as a patient of Dr. Harris I can confidently say that both of those words belonged in my experience in working with him as I expect they have belonged together in the experiences of all his patients.
