Fantastic experience: Great doc, great staff. Nicole is my hygienist. Super friendly and gentle with my cleaning. We always have a few laughs and I always look forward to going there!! Weird, right? I book every 6 month cleaning with her. Dr. Faye filled in 2 areas on my gum line that were sensitive due to exposed root/nerve from brushing too aggressively - I never even felt the poke when he froze me. Let me repeat, I never even felt the needle poke. That is a first. Highly recommend this entire team.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience in spite of the lengthy procedure. I had to have an old filling drilled out and a new substance put in. My mouth needed to be numbed. Dr. Terry was so gentle and continually asked me if I was doing ok. Five star treatment.

Negative experience: My Husband and I have been going to Fay Dental for over 5 years, the service was always nice the hygienist was always nice, but the last few times the receptionist has no personality, won't return phone calls. I had asked for a estimate on crowns and once I get the estimate it was over a $1000.00 difference then what the insurance pre-determination was. I had to call twice to try and get a price on how much it would cost and she still couldn't give me an answer. She actually hung up on me. I would not recommend Fay Dental to anyone. Also when you leave and go to a different dentist all you get is "okay" no can we help you or what have we done wrong, just "okay". So that goes to show that they don't care about there patients. Very unprofessional.

My hygienist took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend Fay Dental!

Fantastic experience: Because I hadn’t had dental insurance, I hadn’t been able to go to the dentist in awhile. Instead of being condemned, I was reassured by the amazingly kind dental hygienist that I would now be getting back on track to the dental care that I needed. She answered my questions and the dentist came shortly afterwards to explain the protocol necessary to fix my dental issues. Both were kind and informative.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! Just had a molar crown. One day! Done! No sending to lab. All done in house. Dr Fay and Dr Long are cutting edge in service and technology! I am in the best hands in Northeastern WI for dentistry!

Negative experience: Not happy with experience. Didn't care for hygienist Claudia. I was 10 min. late which she pointed out a few times. She mentioned at least a dozen times that she didn't have my X-ray's from previous dentist which I explained to her that I figured they would do their own X-ray's and if they needed them then why didn't they contact me so I could have them transferred over. Before I left she said her feelings would NOT be hurt if I seen a different hygienist next time. To say the least I was shocked at that comment. It wasn't because my teeth needed a lot of cleaning, she was just mad because I was late and didn't have my X-ray's. She definitely says what is on her mind, not professional at all. Hygienist asked a Sondra (insurance coordinator) whether my insurance would cover X-ray's and she said no. After I left office I called insurance company and was told the X-ray's would have been covered. I called dentist office and no one answered like always so left message. Next day after leaving another message I finally receive a call from Sondra who said my insurance would not cover X-ray's. So for second time I contacted insurance company over chat and again they confirmed insurance would have covered the X-ray's so I emailed Sondra the screenshot of chat. To say the least I never received a phone call or email reply to apologize for Sondra's stupidity. Sondra did say they talked to Claudia about her behavior but she won't change, you can't train an old dog to do new tricks. No one ever answers the phone. A business that SCREENS calls apparently doesn't care about their patients. Front desk receptionist has zero personality. She can't greet you, smile or anything. Receptionist is supposed to friendly and welcoming. You definitely won't get that here. Website shows their hygienist but some are former employees and their new employees are not listed. You have no idea what hygienist work there. I can't believe the great reviews. I will not return. And before the dentist office says they have no record of me I will say I am not using my real name but I am sure they remember me because I let them know how disappointed I was. And of course I never heard from the dentist, another lack of un-professionalism. Reply to office comment: I don't need OM to address anything because it is too late to fix your screw up. Not that is any of your business but I am using an alias because I don't care to have my personal information listed. You must not be living in the real world if you can't understand privacy. And no I am not creating a new Google account so you can identify me. You want to who I am then look at 4-2-25 10am cleaning with Claudia. And yes I am absolutely positive I came to your office. I never forget a bad experience. Besides I have the EOB as proof.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my experience at Fay Dental Care. I chipped a front tooth and called to get an appointment to have it fixed. I was given an appointment the very next day. Dr. Fay suggested that a crown was the best way to go, but there was no pressure. Dr. Fay’s office has the technology to make crowns on the spot. In just two hours I was out of there with my new crowned tooth. Dr. Fay is very personable and makes sure that his patients are well taken care of. I highly recommend Fay Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: Dr fay knows his stuff. Where I was unable to open my mouth he knew it was a bigger issue and referred me to a specialist. Also got a steroid to help with my inflammation and pain. I thought it was a cavity/root canal problem. I also ran into my ins that works there which was awesome to see

No matter what dentist or hygienist I have, I am always comfortable, aware of everything happening, and they usually have me laughing through out my whole appointment. For cleanings I am in and out in 30 minutes, they are so thorough, and I leave with my teeth looking and feeling so clean. 10/10 slay

My carrying case for my retainers broke and even though they don’t stick any extras, they called a near by orthodontist office and found me a replacement. They even offered to reheat my coffee after my cleaning! They go the extra mile and that matters! The dentist listens well to patient concerns and does not push work that isn’t needed. Creative and collaborative problem solving when problems do arise. I recommend them to anyone!

Positive experience: I scheduled this appointment months in advance, but when I arrived I learned there was no dentist in the office. Although I received multiple texts reminding me of my appointment, the office didn't see fit to warn me that I would not be seen by the dentist, only the hygienist. I was not offered an alternative, and it took 3 followup calls to get a reading on the xrays taken. Even if both dentists had an emergency (which was not mentioned), this was an inappropriate way to handle it.

All individuals I interacted with were friendly and professional. Visit time was normal at about 60 minutes. Jess did a great job with the X-rays and cleaning. Dr Fay was friendly and talkative. If you are new to the area or looking for a new dentist Fay Dental will take good care of you!!

Fantastic experience: I was between dentists when my crown cracked. Fay Dental fit me in the day I called to check out the tooth and repaired my crown 2 days later. Needless to say, Dr. Fay is now my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly. Well appointed waiting room with WIFI. I barely sat down and the hygienist brought me to the exam room. The new dentist, Dr Dingbaum, is very kind and thorough. He suggested a repair to a tooth and the staff checked my insurance immediately and found that it is covered by insurance. Very family oriented office and happy staff.

I need a root canal and a crown and he said he can save my tooth. I like that. It was a very good experience for my first visit.
