Fantastic experience: The staff were kind and respectful. They made me feel welcome and cared for. Absolutely delighted with my whole experience. The $75 deposit for the initial appointment reassured me that they valued my time as much as their own and that my appointment slot was treated with respect.

Negative experience: I went in as a new patient and was not happy with my experience. Dental hygienist Heather 'diagnosed' me with gingivitis (something my previous dentist always told me was just sensitive gums) and felt the need to over explain flossing to me even after I told her I floss daily. When I couldn't get my lip rings out for the 360 xray, i asked if that was okay and she said 'it's not, but i'll tell them your diagnostics are obstructed.' I never even got to meet the dentist scheduled for my appointment after i was told that with the 'diagnosis' of gingivitis my cleanings would cost more. I overheard Heather telling the woman helping her with the computer 'when she comes back, schedule her with someone else because i've done what i can do'. I would not recommend Bellevue Family Dentistry. their ads about always listening and never judging didn't apply today apparently. I've never walked out of an appointment the way I did today, but I didn't feel comfortable staying.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist is a pro! She is very careful to do a detailed cleaning while keeping the patients comfort in mind.Love that she went the extra step to check out my insurance coverage One of the Best!

Negative experience: My experience here was unprofessional and frustrating. They require a $75 deposit just to book an appointment, yet still brought me back 15 minutes late. The office manager - not a hygienist - worked on my teeth and made me uncomfortable, focusing more on spelling my condition than discussing real options. Even though I expressed multiple times that I could not afford a $10,000 treatment plan, that was the only option they offered. When I followed up by text, the "alternative plan" they sent was vague at best, and they told me I'd need to pay for another appointment just to go over it in detail. They also claimed they had no cleaning availability until July, so I got a cleaning elsewhere and even then, they insisted I'd need another one with them before they could proceed. After I told them I was going to another provider they tried to claim it was just a misunderstanding and I was confused even though I asked plainly and was told the opposite. Overall, the lack of professionalism, clarity, and flexibility made me choose another provider.

Fantastic experience: From the start they were all friendly and hospitable. I have some work to get done and they didn't make me feel like I was getting scolded for my bad oral routines.

Our son recommended this practice when I experienced a dental emergency. The moment I walked into the clinic and met Dr. Sara and the staff, I knew I was home. I felt valued, I felt that they truly cared. Every person from Dr. Sara's assistant, Abby, to the hygenist, to the office personnel were warm and welcoming and were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I have found my Dental Office! Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in until after you have been with hygienist and/or the dentist you feel so good about yourself. They make you feel so comfortable, whatever your needs are, and they are so friendly. They don't berate you about your teeth or brushing habits. They tell you exactly what they will be doing and if you have to have any additional work they tell you what the procedure will be, how much time will be needed and help you with any insurance questions. They get information to your insurance company in a if timely matter. Everything about this location and Personnel are fantastic.

Negative experience: Whenever I see the commercial on TV I laugh. The first thing the dental hygienist asked me during my initial exam was " Is there a reason you don't brush your teeth? Which I do but enough said. End of story...

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience from the receptionist, to my hygienist-Marlo, to Dr Bob. I have had extensive oral work over the last 5 years, including a mandibular resection. Marlo and Dr Bob took their time with me and answered all my questions keeping my best interests at the forefront. I would highly recommend this Dentist office. They are kind and state of the art. Fantastic experience: Everyone you meet in the clinic is great and friendly, you can tell they all love their jobs. Angie is the best hygienist I’ve worked with. She remembers things from past visits and makes the cleaning process easy. Dr. Bob and Dr. Scott are great as well. I have not seen Dr. McKenna yet but I’m sure I will soon.
