Positive experience: Good dentist but check your dental insurance prior to your appt. I think now they only take delta because of this my relative who was a patient for years had to switch to a different dental office

Fantastic experience: I just had my first visit with Warren Family Dental today. Let me just say this ... I'm one of those people for whom meeting a new dentist can be a bit ... traumatic (and that's just a little bit hyperbolic). I'm the person who has gone back to a country I used to live in primarily(?) to visit my dentist ... just because I was comfortable with him and he was good. Part of the reason is because I get a bit apprehensive (shall we say) lying on that chair. I never used to think I minded going to the dentist but ... that was because I did it like clockwork and flossed daily! So, if there was a problem, it was caught early. I recently found myself in a situation where I had (what was to me) a fairly big problem for a (fairly) long time. I saw a dentist here in Madison earlier and she strongly recommended Dr. Warren. Of course, I could've gone to her as well but ... she works with an organization that assists people with limited means. Thought I suppose I technically qualified as such, it didn't sit well with me -- taking from those who truly have so little. I knew my insurance would be coming through in a few months so I decided to wait (an aside -- healthcare and education should be human rights... my opinion having lived overseas for decades). Anyway, the long wait was worth it. Today was the day. MY APPOINTMENT FINALLY CAME! Everyone was very kind, patient, friendly, and skilled ... even with (grown) babies like me! I don't think there's a person alive who LOVES going to the dentist (even this one)! If there is, I'd wonder a bit about them! ha ha ha If you have to get work done though, from what I've seen thus far, this is the place you'd want to get it done. I've been around the block a few times and I was asked many questions by Dr. Warren that I had never been asked by any healthcare worker before. It seems they really want you to be comfortable and taken care of. From the questions they ask you and the assurance they give you that THEY welcome questions as well. It may be a little white lie to say I look forward to my next visit :-) but ... I don't fear it (especially not like I did today's). So, that's HUGE. Thanks for that. Until next time -

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic place! Dr. Warren is the best dentist I’ve ever had—not only my opinion, but my wife’s as well. We have recommended him to several friends and family members. My father, Nilvio, also had Dr. Warren as his dentist when he lived in Madison, and he always had great experiences. If you’re looking for an excellent dentist, Warren Family Dental is one of the best options out there. I used to be a patient of Dr. Warren, but since moving to Monona, I chose a dentist closer to home. However, I have to say—I really miss Warren Family Dental! I plan to return this year as soon as they have an opening.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with front desk staff. Had booked my 2 children's cleanings and mine back to back. When I arrived I was told my appointment as well as my son's was 1 hour and 50 minutes after my daughters. When I asked how that could be, I was told they could change it the next time we scheduled so there wasn't a gap, this time they wouldn't be able to change it. I received a call 25 minutes after we left to ask if we were coming to our appointment. I said we were at 2:50, the time given to us (twice) by front desk staff. They stated they were wrong and didn't communicate clearly, asked if we could come back to which I said we could. Upon arrival we were told there wouldn't be enough time for the cleaning and would need to reschedule. I pulled 2 kids out of school and took off work and because the staff made an error, I now have to make arrangements again to remove them from school and take off work? As the girl provided dates and time with openings, and as most of them wouldn't work due to work obligations she asked, "do you have any days off work?". Yes, young lady, today. I asked if she had weekend hours, obviously not but I can come in at 7am. To which I replied that wouldn't work as I am in route to work (my commute is 45-70 minutes one way). Beyond frustrated with their error I left. The blasé attitude, unwillingness to accommodate and lack of apology are enough to move my care elsewhere. It's unfortunate because the assistants and dentists have been great. I would encourage front desk staff to be better trained on handling their errors or simply find a better fit than dealing with the public.

Negative experience: Made two appointments they couldn't help me with my insurance so I went back to Bryce Warmen. They found it in 2 minutes. How does this place have a 4.9 with so many one-star reviews?

Negative experience: I have had many dentists over the years and none have made me feel as unimportant as this practice has. Beyond poor service. Please avoid this dental practice if you’re looking for genuine, customer service based care. I am beyond frustrated. Dr. Warren has personally refused to call me back for over 6 months now. He has personally refused to acknowledge that the practice has an emergency treatment option for my private medical need and will not see me. I was lured into this dental office with a false sense that the business cared about me as a customer. Last time I saw a dentist here they literally looked in my mouth for less than 15 seconds. No poking around, no sense that I was being properly assessed. I fear for my next dental appointment at my new dentist because I can only hope that no issues have been brewing under the careless watch of this practice. I will not be going into specific detail about what happened to me as I value my medical privacy. Long story short - don’t get fooled into coming to this dental office with a dog and pony show welcome visit/exam. Your teeth/health are far too important to be trusted to this nonchalant and uncaring practice. My one kind thing to say about this practice is I enjoyed and got to know my dental hygienist. She was phenomenal, and if she is reading this - please know you were the only positive piece of the experience.

Positive experience: They are nice people but its really expencive. I webt for my bottom front tooth and for the MR they chqrce $140 and i vanted to extraction she said it can heal a few week wait but i said i wanna get rid of this i cant handle this pain then gave one week later apoopintment which is so far. I was gonna pay also $200 for the extraction. She advice me painkiller till that time. I went anotder dendist and MR+extraction it was $120 both. And he said why she didn give you antibiyotics its infection amd its not possible to heal its broken and he allow me tak mr foto to show them. As you can see its really broken.

Fantastic experience: Polly is just the best. Dr Robb, you’re pretty ok, too — but you ain’t no Polly! Joking …. you’re both the best. And so is the whole practice. They have treated me and my family so well, including a TMJ treatment for me that has relieved headaches, jaw and face pain, and even mellowed my mood. We came to Warren Family Dental for their thorough care, and two years later we stay because they’ve become a valued part of our lives.

Fantastic experience: Dentists, hygienists, and staff are very friendly and professional. I only had routine appointments here and I thought they did a good job. They are good at signing you up for routine appointments and reminding you when your appointments are coming up. I had an issue getting a referral bonus for someone who recommended I go here but the issue was resolved after a few reminders. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental office for over 30 years. My family and I stayed when Dr Warren took over 16 years ago. We have always gotten the very best of care for any service. Care, compassion and utmost professionalism is what everyone gets. Every time. Today I saw Teresa for a cleaning. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dr Robb for over 20 years, so that's a big indicator of how I feel about the people and the service here. It is apparent that it's more than a job...they are family with mutual respect for one another and their patients. During my cleaning or invisalign visits, we talk about our families. You can tell there is a genuine interest. Going to the dentist is not of any concern for me. Everyone is so friendly...from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Robb himself. He's always so upbeat! I wouldn't go anywhere else, which is why I was ecstatic when they started ortho invisalign services.

Teresa clearly explains anything she may see regarding my brushing and flossing of my teeth explaining what is going on in my mouth as well as any health concerns she may have. Fantastic experience: I am a combat veteran that suffered injuries to my front teeth both upper and lower. They were cracked, broken and worn from normal use over the years but aggravated by my initial injuries. Dr. Robb and his staff - using the most modern equipment - took 360 degree images of all of my teeth and all of the damage became readily apparent. He found two other areas that my regular dentist missed and I had those teeth fixed by my regular dentist. Then Dr. Robb and his incredible staff made 8 veneers for my damaged teeth - color matched the veneers perfectly and I am now the proud owner of a spectacular and perfect smile. I couldn't be happier and satisfied by an entire process that entailed just two visits and was entirely pain free. AMAZING !! If you want to put your trust in a dentist - Warren Family Dental is the place to go. Their motto is " We Cater to Cowards " and I can't recommend them enough. 150% satisfied.

I've been dealing with pretty severe TMJ issues that cause me a lot of pain day to day sometimes it's unbearable and has affected my life a lot. Before I went to Warren I had been to ALOT of dentists and doctors and felt extremely dismissed and like no one really cared ,and they usually seems overwhelmed by the amount of discomfort I'm in and my fragile mental state because of it . By the time I got to Warren I was really broken down about it. I was literally in tears talking to them and felt extremely vulnerable. They were SO nice and compassionate. For someone to simply acknowledge that what I was experiencing was real was really uplifting for me. I'm sure they are like that with everyone and probably really didn't think much of it because that's just how they are. Sometimes you aren't even aware of the effect you have on people in a positive way. That's why I'm writing this review because I just want them to know that their kindness and compassion affected me a lot and really helped me that day.

Warren Dental was able to see us on the same morning I called even though we are new, non-local customers. We appreciated Dr Peters' thorough care. She ran a full assessment and ruled out infection, nerve damage, and other urgent issues. We are satisfied with our care plan moving forward... simple pain management and instructions for monitoring a developing wisdom tooth. Additionally, we received digital copies of the x-rays for our records in case we need follow up with another dentist. We felt so welcome at the clinic. Terrific staff. Fantastic care. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. They are safe and follow strict sanitizing guidelines. I highly recommend them. I have their dental membership. My husband and I are both on Medicare. We use their yearly membership plan which covers more than the other per month plans. Since we're older our teeth require a little more care so this really works for us. For those without dental insurance or on medicare I'd definitely check it out.

They really tune in to your comfort level and your needs to create your treatment plan. Absolutely no judgment. No pushy sales pitch for cosmetic procedures or things you aren't interested in. I would recommend this clinic for hesitant patients that want to feel good about going back to get dental care and anyone that has had less positive experiences in the past. Fantastic experience: I just got my tooth pulled for the first time this morning and I have pretty bad anxiety in the morning. So that with tooth pain, I felt like I was never gonna take it out and or just live with the pain. They made it super smooth. Made sure I eas perfectly numb and even offered nitrous, to make sure I was super smooth. Honestly the most caring dentist I've met.

Fantastic experience: I have severe dental and medical anxiety and I have been putting off the dentist for years. I reached out to Dr. Warren and he tried to put my mind at ease, however when I got there I felt like I couldn’t go inside. So, Dr.Warren conducted the majority of my appointment (other than the actual dental work) outside until I was comfortable enough to go in. Because of this I was able to go inside and get X-rays even tho it’s a fear of mine. If you have dental anxiety I highly suggest you go here and let them know before you go, so they can do there best to make you comfortable!
