Fantastic experience: Smile Studios has been my dentistry for years the only dentists I trust. I now have my children go there. They were scared to even go to a dentist & They feel comfortable and safe with everyone there. Everyone is so friendly and nice & explain every step of your visit to you so you are aware of what’s going on. Staff is amazing. The office is cozy and nice. The atmosphere is inviting. They stay on top of your appointment reminders. If you’re able to get in with them you won’t regret it.

Fantastic experience: I dont normally do reviews but for this one i feel like its definitely necessary!! My kids absolutely loved the Dentists, they were kind, gentle and explained things in a way that doesnt make you feel bad about yourself (we have had this happen in the past at other places) and the atmosphere was wonderful, everyone was very kind and inviting. The whole place was VERY clean and well managed. My daughter has always had pretty bad dental anxiety and she couldn't say enough good about this place and how much she liked it! So thankful to have found an amazing dental office.

Fantastic experience: Smile Studios is a great dentist practice. Everyone is friendly, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. From the time you walk in until you leave you feel appreciated. I’ve used many dentists over the years and this office is the only one that gets me right in at my appointment time. Others have made me wait up to an hour after my appointment time, get to get called to the back. I don’t know what they do different at Smile Studios but I love that they get me right in.

Fantastic experience: I just had my first appointment at Smile Studios Dentistry. I scheduled an appointment with them because my previous dental office did not have an orthodontist available and just had not reached out to me to schedule a consultation for braces. I trusted the online reviews and they did not disappoint. The staff was so polite and careful ensuring that my insurance would be accepted, the dental assistant was super gentle and professional, and the dentist that attended me was amazing. He listened to each of my concerns and after reviewing my Xrays he gave me detailed information about each of my questions. I was finally able to be referred to a trusted orthodontist that can help me begin the journey of fixing my smile I look forward to going back in for my teeth cleanings.

I am currently a practicing Dental Hygienist and I had the best cleaning in a very long time and very thorough exam by the Dentist .The office is beautiful and clean. Negative experience: I had some dental work done here about two years ago and used my insurance at the time. Everything seemed fine, everything was supposed to be covered, but recently I got a bill saying I still owe money. It's really frustrating to get a surprise bill after so long. patients shouldn't be getting surprised bills. I wish their billing communication were clearer. The staff was nice.

Positive experience: When I called in, they said that they could pull my tooth out it was no tooth there anymore, except under the skin Broke off to the my gum I must’ve misunderstood because I thought for Dentist said that the surgeon would be in on Friday make an appointment they gave me a referral to go see somebody else, call them they said they did not accept my insurance No, I called someone else. I’m going in tomorrow. So they’ll have to do the same thing that you guys did and I’ll see if they’ll pull the same day

Negative experience: Awful Service, on the dentists part. I scheduled a dental cleansing appointment, and they only took my X-Ray, skipped over the Dental Cleanse, and gave me a note saying that they wanted to remove my Teeth 3? My Molars

Fantastic experience: From the front office to the exam to the aftercare this facility and its employees are all immaculate! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist and everyone was so incredibly kind about it! It was years from my last dental visit and I was so scared I’d need a lot of work! The dentist was so kind and didn’t floss or tooth shame me at all and I only had the minor of minor things repaired (a few old cracked fillings just had to be replaced). The front office ladies are gems and all kind and easy to work with and really fit me in quickly! During my filling replacement they even got me a blanket because they knew I had anxiety they got me in so fast and kept checking in with me the whole time! They really listen and offer really helpful advice! The hygienists are all super efficient and warm and inviting and so good! I wish I could give ten stars! The entire team is perfect! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years because I hate the dentist. But here I checked in, waited maybe five minutes l, was taken back for X-Rays & cleaning. The dentist was in shortly after. She was great, Dr. Ani I believe. Fantastic experience: Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted professionally. The whole facility was very clean. The wait time was minima. Once I got into a room.I was being told step-by-step what was being done and why. The doctor was very nice.

Positive experience: 5 stars for Staff and for Dr. Arbi. Issue was with Dr. Ismailyan. Previously during a root canal, it was beyond painful and she was unprofessional with commenting on me enduring the pain. A little Ruthless. Present, broken molar, she agreed to extraction until she suggested I get a bone graft for $600. I said, I can’t afford it and I was starting to feel the pain. She said she highly suggests it. I said it is my decision right? She said yes. I declined the bone graft, so she decided not to pull my tooth. I feel like this is my mouth, money and pain. I am low income and could not afford a procedure. I am in remission from pancreatic cancer. Ever since a my Pancreatectomy surgery, my teeth have been deteriorating. I know that the inevitable is coming about me losing all my teeth, but I’m highly disappointed in her for not extracting my tooth, just because I declined the bone graft. I will not be returning back to Smile Studios. I have referred several family members about here and I’ll be telling them my issues with SS. I have already found a new Dentist. I will miss the staff at smile studio and Dr. Arbi. They were beyond pleasant.

She is SO sweet & I know if you seen her, you would just love her too! I struggled with even making a phone call to the dentist after many hard years and now I go with excitement and comfort knowing whatever my problem is, she always finds a way to make it better & help me feel better in the process. I appreciate and am so grateful for Dr.Ani and the staff at Smile Studios. She and the staff have truly gone above and beyond for me. Everyone is so kind, patient, and ready to help you. Your treatment is explained in depth, and always in an easy to understand way. It’s a very calming experience from the flow of the office to enjoying seeing the staff treat each other (and you) like family. You’re not just another patient here, you’re a person. I had crowns and bridges placed to recreate my smile, as well as other work, and I will forever be thankful to Dr.Ani & the staff for making the biggest part of my dental journey an easy one even during the challenging stages. It was a lot for me to go through physically and emotionally and they helped me feel better the entire way. Fantastic experience: I went to Smile Studio for the first time today. All of the staff was so friendly. The dentist and hygienist made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable. The treatment plan was broken down into order of necessity which made it feel less overwhelming. Fantastic experience: The best dentist I have ever been to in my life. I had a traumatizing dental experience last year that left me deathly afraid of the dentist. I found this place and decided to test my luck and SO glad I did. Everyone is so gentle and kind and I feel heard. They really want the best for me and my teeth and their work is the least painful I’ve ever experienced. The office is also BEAUTIFUL. It’s clean and decorated creating a comfortable environment. The best dentist in bakersfield and in this area. Words can’t express my satisfaction with this facility.

To be honest, I thought they were giving her special attention, until I walked around and saw they treated everyone the same. Just so kind and gentle. Patient helpful and very informative. Fantastic experience: The morning cleaning and exam revealed a cavity in one tooth and an old filling damaging another. I was able to get an afternoon appointment and both teeth were repaired. The dentist and staff are so friendly and caring. This is my third year and at 81 they are like family.

Fantastic experience: I called the dentist office around 1130 am asking for an appointment today because of tooth pain. I was in the chair at 3 pm and the dentist was with me in minutes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He set out a plan and ordered medication to reduce the infection. On Thursday, I will be having the tooth removed.

His staff is very freindly and knowledgeable. They can help you with insurance issues and will formulate a comprehensive treatment plan for you and your family.

Fantastic experience: I would like to think the staff at Smile Studios. Today was not my first visit, but I left feeling as though the smallest act of gratitude would be to leave a review. The doctors are competent, considerate, compassionate, and provide confidence in the continuity of care. As someone who has been highly uncomfortable, for a lifetime, going to the dentist; I mean it when I say-the entire team puts your comfort at the forefront of their expertise. Dr. Arbi, Ani, and Zara are a GIFT to Bakersfield. Brenda, as well as the entire staff, goes above and beyond to treat your family like family. I might have used all “C” words to describe Smile, Studios, but as a teacher; I would give them an A+.

Fantastic experience: I travel from LA to Bakersfield to see my favorite dentists at Smile Studios! Finding a dentist you can trust is so hard which is why the travel is worth the quality work I get done on my teeth. The office is always clean and has top of the line, up to date equipment. All the dentists who work here are knowledgeable with current practices. Their dental hygienists are absolutely amazing! They always take their time to clean my teeth with so much detail. I always leave the office with pearly whites :D The front desk staff are SO nice and accommodating! I highly recommend Smile Studios!
