They do a great job with kids, always trying to make it a good experience, even with one of my difficult ones (that didn't make their job easy). The office wait can take some time but they usually have something good on TV and there is a jack in the box in the same parking lot

Negative experience: My mom came here for dentures and they gave her teeth that were obviously way too big and then screwed up the fitment so they don't stay and refused to let her come back in until insurance cleared her for a relining. Overall, this dentist came across to us as being focused on the insurance payout rather than helping people, so I'd suggest finding another place to go to. We ended up at a different place where the dentist indicated they were so obviously wrong he encouraged us to reach out to her insurance provider and the state to complain. Best of luck if you choose this place, based on the other reviews I really don't know what went wrong.

Negative experience: don't bother come to this place got a referral from my dentist to this place to do a root canal on my son went in and they just did a ex ray wanted to referral me to different clinic customer service is trash specially the guy receptionist with the earing on he rude and should not be working in customer service.

Negative experience: 100% Do Not Waste Your Time coming here go somewhere else!!!!!!! First of all, they're late to their appointments. An hour plus later than when you're scheduled time. Secondly, they don't have any patient rights posted anywhere. So you have zero recourse, when they do you wrong. Third, when you bring up the fact that they are running an hour plus behind your scheduled appointment time.They then blow you off and give you a medical release form.Telling you to go, get medically released from your primary doctor or your cardiologist.In order to further your dental cleaning, not even a procedure.I highly disrecommend this facility and would not ever suggest anybody ever come here.I cannot believe they have 4.8 stars. They completely wasted my time as an out of town patient.I am furious.I'm actually going to contact my insurance company and try to get them not to pay for the half.A** services, they've rendered, which I felt was basically them committing insurance fraud. Shame on thus facility and for all you patients who just review them, five stars right away

Negative experience: What a nightmare. There administrative staff are just INCOMPETENT!! Since February, 2025 of this year, I have been trying to get 2 teeth orally removed. I have a HMO and first off they referred me to an dentist that only takes PPO's. I have an abscess on both teethe and I'm in constant pain. So, the referred office they sent me to only excepts PPO's and that I needed to go back to my main dentist (Healthy Smiles) to have them send me to an office that takes HMO's. I called Healthy Smiles and let them know that I needed to change ortho dentist to an HMO one. They told me okay, no problem. I set the apt with an HMO ortho office that I requested to go to, I have been to them before and for sure know that they take my insurance. A month later and two days before my ortho doctors apt, the office calls me saying they don't have the referral or the auth # to see me from Healthy Smiles. So, I call my insurance to see if I could get it all changed around to the correct office. They stated I needed to go back into my main office to get a new referral, since my other referral expired. So, I did. three weeks later. I went in to Healthy Smiles, had my teethe reevaluated so, they could send my referral to the ortho doctor that has seen me before and I know they take my insurance They gave me a referral card. Which I took to the referred doctors office . Set my next apt for over a month away. I think all is well. The day before my apt, I get a call from the ortho office that they still had not received my auth# to see me. I then decided I would call my dental insurance company again, to see what was going on. They told me that my Auth # was no longer valid again and that I needed to go back to Healthy Smiles to get reevaluated for another auth# again. Mind you this whole time I have an abscess and my two teethe hurting. Now, I'm pretty upset. So, I call Healthy Smiles and complain about all that has happened. They had the nerve to tell me that my referral was sent to a totally different office all together. They gave me the new ortho dentist office number to call and see if they had my referral and auth number to complete the work needed on both teeth. Healthy Smiles also stated that it was my insurance who decides on where I go on referrals not them. I call this new office to have them check to see if they have my authorization referral. I got hung on. NOT GOING TO LIE. IM LIT right now. Its been months with this abscess. I don't recommend this dentist office at all. I will be switching to a new main dentist. Update - Same day: Received a call from Healthy Smiles from the man who was trying to help, however really didn't help - about my one star review. So, I explained everything that happened and in the middle of our conversation, a women jumped in - didn't get her name. She jumped in not to apologize, just to say they did there part. In my opinion, both Healthy Smiles and my insurance company Liberty did not communicate to each other or myself. She also stated that she was glad that it all was fixed. The only office that was on it was Kern Dental Specialties. FYI - I had to call Liberty again and had to get on with a manager to fix it all. Finally, someone who actually helped me get everything straightened out. He extended my referral for another 6 months and made sure that it was sent to Kern Dental Specialties. Key to point - I spent my time calling all parties to see what the heck was going on. It was 4 hours total. I pay my dentist and my insurance money, so I don't have to do that. All in all my original one star still stands and I will be looking for another dentist office. What a horrible experience. I will be also reviewing Liberty as well.
