Fantastic experience: Dr Frank and his staff are simply GREAT! He's been my dentist for over 20 years, and I can't imagine going to any other dentist. His office always has the latest, most modern equipment for safety and your comfort, and his staff are always friendly and super-efficient. I love my dental hygienist Cherish! 5 stars isn't a high enough rating. I give Dr Frank and his staff 10 stars!

Fantastic experience: New to Bakersfield after 9 years away. Needed to find a dentist, Yelp helped.LOL Had an access near a crown and bridge. I read the reviews, were from a couple years ago however very positive. I called to see if I could be seen , Maria was so hospitable and friendly. Brought me in as an emergency. I was so grateful. Very nice communication. Emails and texts. Once in the office it is so clean and beautiful, such a nice place to wait. However the wait was not long! Jill a RDA, called me back as soon as I finished a health form. Did some X-rays in a new way to me. Easy peasy. Met Dr. Frank, such a nice gentleman. He was concerned with my tooth. He thought a lot about what our next step could be. He came up with an excellent plan. Maria gave me the estimate, explained everything to me. Extremely pleasant environment! I am Extremely please. Fantastic experience: My dad hadn’t been to a dentist in decades because of anxiety and some bad past experiences, so finding the right office for him was incredibly important to me. I live in a different city and help manage his care, so I spent a lot of time researching to find a place that would be patient, compassionate, and willing to communicate with me as well. Choosing Dr. Thomas Frank’s office turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. From the very first phone call, Maria at the front desk was a true blessing. She went above and beyond to walk me through my dad’s insurance, explain all the options, and make sure I knew exactly what to expect at every step. She was incredibly patient, never rushed me, and treated our situation with genuine care and understanding. My dad shared that his first appointment went smoothly and that everyone in the office was kind, respectful, and mindful of his anxiety. They took their time with him and made sure he felt comfortable. When he was referred to another facility for extractions prior to getting dentures, Maria still took the time to help answer my questions about the other facility's process — even though it wasn’t technically her responsibility — which meant a lot. Throughout the denture process, the staff made both of us feel heard and supported. They answered our many questions, explained everything clearly, and always made my dad feel like a priority. It’s rare to find a dental office that is not only professional but truly caring toward both patients and their families. Knowing my dad is in such good hands gives me real peace of mind. I recommend this office a hundred times over.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my visit to Dr. Frank’s office. His staff is always friendly and efficient. The hygienists are excellent. My experience today with Kat was especially good because she always explains exactly what she is doing. I also like the fact that Dr. Frank never does any procedures that aren’t necessary—he assesses my teeth and decides what really needs fixing. I appreciate his expertise and his honesty!

Positive experience: My first appointment was today. I am impressed with the level of care they provided. I moved to Bakersfield from a small island, Kauaii, where I had one choice, ONE, of dentists my insurance covered. I received the dental basics only there so the choices here are are wondrous! Dr Frank sat and listened to me and made sure all of my questions were answered. I've, in the past, only received discussions with the dentist after the Dental Hygentist had done all the work and the dentist rolled in and has done the fillings etc. So having him come in, check the X-rays,, discuss all the options, and checked my teeth closely by himself was awesome. He has a great chairside manner and I'm looking forward to seeing him again soon. The only negative I can think of was the cost of the X-rays.

Fantastic experience: If I could give a rate of 10, I would. Dr Thomas Frank is the best dentist I have seen all my life ( I am 82 and a retired physician). He had a fantastic office, from secretary to Jill, who explained the whole process of Dr Frank’s office procedure. On first consult, complete X-RAY of my teeth done, swab for cancer cells, swab for mouth bacteria by Jill. Dr Frank then came in and examined my teeth and gum’s carefully and then painstakingly explained my problems with a rational plan of treatment before I receive radiotherapy in 2 months. He is a very professional dentist, ahead of his time, excellent bedside manners. I was so impressed so referred my own husband to him. I will recommend him to all my family and friends

Jill, Dr. Frank’s assistant listened very carefully, relayed it to Dr. Frank, and he came out to the waiting room and went over “our game plan”. No pressure. Dr. Frank ALWAYS treats his patients with kindness and as a patient of his for 29+/- years and a day or two should tell you what kind of a man he is. His staff is always pleasant and you never ever have to wait. If your appointment is at 10 A.M., you are invited back to get started at 10AM. 2025 Fast forward a couple of years and I am still one of Dr.Franks biggest fans. He has always treated me like a genuine friend. We catch up and get down to business. He is the best. I trust him and am blessed to be his patient.
