Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Galleria Dental, from the time I called for an appt until the Appt date. The staff are super kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Great Hygienist, Austin and Hygiene Asst, MJ. Dr V is wonderful and we had a good conversation about my diagnosis. I had a good consultation and will go through with my diagnosis and treatment there. Enjoy meeting Destiny and Diego this time. They had a service dog/emotional support dog there this time, named Teddy, such a joy and cutie! Thank you all, very much!

The technology is top notch and very impressive! The color 3D photos allow me to see my teeth in detail and understand their treatment recommendations better. They explain insurance coverage and out of pocket costs so I can make informed decisions about treatment options. Best dental experience I have ever had!

Fantastic experience: This is the place to go,especially if you've had bad experiences elsewhere! This was my first visit knowing I needed extensive work. From the front office staff to the assistant to the DDS himself, they were kind,caring and were actually concerned about me. They listened,explained, asked me questions about my needs and wants. They did a thorough examination and didn't push me into anything I couldn't afford or need. I'm excited to start my journey getting a new lease on life with a smile I can be proud of with these kind souls.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Galleria Dental for my first ever visit. Every single team member were so attentive. Destiny was my first contact. Jose at the front desk was very welcoming. Kersee cleaned my teeth and was very thorough and knowledgeable with all the amazing diagnostic tools they use in the office. Dr Valladeres heard my concerns and gave me the pros & cons regarding my care and prioritized what he suggested. Overall, I will definitely be seeing them again as I move forward with my dental needs and they are now my new dental team.

I followed through and I am back on track with my dental health. Through every procedure I report I had 0 pain! Dr. Valederos and the team is very professional and did I say no pain! Very gentle and work with care and compassion. I would highly recommend this dental office. Six month follow up! Cleaning was great! Back again and the cleaning went well. Jasmine is an awesome dental hygienist.

Negative experience: Horrible Place and Dentist. The dentist decided I need a crown as the tooth filling was no longer working. He grinded my tooth down and had a trainee put a crown on it. The crown did not work as the Dentist left old filling under my crown and now I need a root canal less than a year later. I told the dentist to pull the tooth and he refused based on his morals(what?) and tried to make me feel bad. The Dentist acts holier than thou, talks down to clients and had some male trainee with fat fingers do all the work and crown. I was in pain and the people that work the front are not helpful and act as victims because they cannot communicate properly. I don't want to go to a dentist and give them my insurance money and pocket money to have sub par work done and treated like I should be greatful for it. Had to go back 4 times for one crown. Horrible professional dentist, process, and decisions. Dentist also said I needed the back tooth right next to it replaced. My new dentist just checked it and It does not need to be replaced at all (no pain, no issues with that one smh). Horrible people who make money on others doing mediocre to low level dentistry work. If I could give negative stars I would.

Fantastic experience: I don't know if most people feel the way I do about going to the dentist, But I totally dreaded it to the point that I caused myself to have anxiety! I had to find a dentist because I cracked my front tooth & broke the tooth next to it. I had seen three different dentists before I found Dr.V and his staff. The front office staff greeted with a warm welcome that right away you felt comfortable and his back office assistants all have warming dispositions about them. John & Bob are two of Dr V's assistants, work very hard at what they do, very professional making sure that everything is just right for Dr.Vs procedures and first & foremost that you are comfortable & relaxed making sure that all is perfect with your new crown and bridge before it becomes permanent. I'm very happy with my new front crown & bridge, No Anxiety, No Discomfort! Yay! Honestly if you're looking for a new dentist check out Dr. Valladare and his staff, I promise, it's a win win all the way!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Valladares has been great from start to finish. Two years ago, I showed up to his office with a locked jaw. He advised me what to do and sent a referral to get my wisdom teeth pulled. We then decided to start my invisalign journey. He has been very helpful and got my smile looking right! The staff is also very kind and friendly. Johnny is awesome, and very helpful as well.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient, but my experience here today made me feel like I had been going here for years. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. It seemed like I was part of their family. I felt comfortable and relaxed. I loved everything about today's visit!

Fantastic experience: I followed this dentist from his previous office. My husband has severe dental anxiety, Dr Valladares was very kind as he helped my husband through his dental issues. They are also very clear about pricing, and they don't push anything unnecessary on you. They give their recommendations but understand that everyone's timeline is going to be different depending on what you can afford.

Fantastic experience: I moved across town and it takes me 35 minutes to get here but I am willing to drive here because I have been going here for many years. They have the best staff, especially MJ, Bob, and of course Dr. Valladares. Everyone here is very knowledgeable and friendly, they made sure the day before my appointment that they checked on my insurance and before any procedures they explained everything thoroughly. I am always happy going to my dental appointment for cleaning and other procedures. They are fast but also take time to make sure you are doing okay throughout your procedure. Thanks Galleria Dental for always giving me the best experience.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always hated going to the dentist. Poking. Scraping. Them not caring if it hurts, or is uncomfortable. Not here at Galleria Dental! They made the experience one that made it worth going. In the past I would have not gone back, after the bad experiences, but I have been back twice since my first visit here. The staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. DEFINITELY recommend this location.

Negative experience: This is the worse dental office I ever been in my life! I went in for a regular check up and cleaning. They insisted on getting and full X-ray which I didn't think was necessary but ultimately agreed. After being examined the dentist went on to say my teeth was so bad that I needed a deep cleaning and was not covered by my insurance, also he went on to insist I need to replace a couple of crowns and put in an implant etc etc so many procedures was mentioned and I didn't believe it, I insisted all I want is a regular cleaning and nothing else, the dentist went on to say that if I didn't go along with his suggested treatment I was on the verge of loosing all my bottom teeth, he refused to clean my teeth and actually kicked me out of the office treating to call the police because I challenge all his bullshit, I actually have a video footage of the incident. They never clean my teeth but still had the nerve to send me a bill in which I paid to avoid being harassed. Fast forward a week later I went to Boston Dental also in Henderson and they were shocked to hear what went on, the dentist there performed a regular cleaning and said nothing else was needed and my teeth was nice and healthy. Galleria Dental is all about a business trying to get as much money as they possibly can. PLESE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET ANOTHER OPINION BEFORE GETTING SCAMMED AND THIS PLACE.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!! If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. I have Ben going to this dental office for years. It appears it was sold or something because the dentist is different and the staff is different. I got a procedure done, I was explain prior to my appointment what I had to pay after insurance so I paid it. I then received a bill for $900 because they claimed my didn’t cover it. I was never explained this was a possibility. I was made to believe the breakdown I got was final. I called and spoke to the billing department and then finally the manager who told me she was going to remove my balance and I wouldn’t owe anything as it was a training mistake. This was months ago. Now I’m getting a bill for $452! I called them and their billing department told me the manager had discounted the bill. Once again I was lied to. I’m going to the BBB. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a dentist. Stay away.

Negative experience: So they won't tell you if the procedure they're doing on you is approved by your insurance company. So low and behold you get a bill for over $300. Beware.

Negative experience: They try and up sell you on anything and everything. I plan on switching dentist if they continue. Just stick to the cleaning!

Negative experience: I am visiting Las Vegas for work and experiencing a dental emergency requiring a root canal. I called this office in the morning and explained my situation: I have three heart conditions, a pacemaker, and a knee replacement. I also mentioned that I've been dealing with an infection and am currently on antibiotics, stressing the urgency of my situation. I asked for pricing and was told I could book an appointment and someone would call me with pricing information before the appointment. No one called, and I ended up wasting half of my day waiting. Now, I have to go somewhere else and couldn't get in until Friday—today is Wednesday! For most people, an infection might not be a huge deal, but for me, it can be life-threatening. The lack of professionalism in handling a potentially dangerous situation is unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this office.

I am less anxious when I go in for an appointment and have her work on my teeth because she genuinely cares about how I am doing throughout the process and I leave smiling. Also, Dr. Valladares has been very supportive with words of encouragement while he works on my teeth. Every place has their ups and downs, but as long as I have MJ and Dr. V working on my teeth, I’ll be happy!

At my age, I need Dental Implants and he insisted that as my best and only option, surrendering any opportunity to do more billable, yet marginally beneficial work on my teeth He is a good man and a wonderful Dentist

Fantastic experience: this place is so much better than my previous office. The staff is really nice and accommodating. The Dental Assistants and hygienists are incredibly knowledgeable and nice. I’ve been taken care of by 4 different one’s in the 2 years I’ve been going here. All of them are personable and friendly. The specific doctor that works here is soooo good. Super friendly, he likes to crack jokes but they’re in good taste. He took my 4 wisdom teeth out and it took a total time of like 3 minutes. Super efficient and didn’t hurt. He also did a couple fillings for me and again, they didn’t hurt. At all. As long as the same team sticks around, I’m not going anywhere else. Danielle and Destiny are the best front office team and super friendly.

Negative experience: Don’t get fooled by the fake reviews. I wish I could give O stars to that place. I had my cleaning and few fillings done there. And I am glad i didn’t do more. They called my insurance before the job was done and after the job they started charging me extra fees what i paid. They supposed to tell me about it before they start. Now after 6 months of service they send me another bill of 54$ Poor service and poor customer service. I wanted to go back there just for the cleaning but found out that the hygienist left that place. Save your teeth and your wallet and avoid going there. Otherwise you will have bad surprises !

Negative experience: No one cared for returning my voicemail that I was in pain from previous dental work received at this office. Good luck if you go here, have never felt pain in 30+ years of dental work, until I had procedures here. They also neglected to tell me my insurance wasn’t accept, cost me over 1k out of pocket, buyer beware!

Negative experience: To expensive, I can’t eat normally after the procedure, messing up my partial, gap on my teeth hard to chew, needed to wait next year to do next procedure, I already spent >$3K for this mess. Not a happy customer.

Fantastic experience: We came to Galleria Dental by way of our dentist joining their office. So far, our visits have been great. Cleanings, fillings and crowns have all been great experiences. I've been fighting with a particularly wily tooth after a filling replacement. Dr. V has been happy to adjust it a couple of times to get it just right, all without charging for the work. I definitely recommend Galleria Dental.
