She was able to get through X-ray and exam thanks to their patience and care with her. We are more than greatful and highly recommend this office for your little one!

This dental office does SDF. Don’t know what it is? Well after coming here, you will! You’re in good hands here. Dr. Kyun Kim DDS, is the only pediatric dentist we trust, and will ever see for our son. From traumatic past dental visits at another dental office, to full on rage screaming and exhibiting severe dental anxiety…. to counting down his days until his next appointment here at this very office! Dr. Kim is the only pediatric dentist who is able to make dentist visits fun and welcoming for kids of all ages. She does not rush appointments, and does not judge. She will explain everything to you thoroughly from her findings, to treatments and preventative measures. She does non-invasive treatment, and even during treatment, my child is content, calm and cool as a can of beans! Dr. Kim is passionate at what she does. It’s no wonder why kids are so comfortable and LOVE her! Allison is the office operations manager, and she welcomes every child in with lots of excitement and enthusiasm! She makes kids feel like they’re right at home! She knows EVERY KID by name!! Allison loves her job and it shows. Morgan is a newer addition to this office, and she is nothing short of wonderful. She is so sweet, kind, caring and mellow. We love her!! Any questions, concerns that you may have is always well taken care of by her. She is typically the one to answer the phone when you call. Morgan is wonderful and it’s so easy to tell that she LOVES what she does! Also shoutout to My Kids Dentists and Orthodontics for stopping by my son’s elementary school to teach kids about the importance of brushing, flossing and oral hygiene!! SO AMAZING!! Let this office take care of your child, and put your mind at ease with their $99 new patient special! You’re in good hands here. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. Negative experience: This office will have you sign an estimate for a set of services, then perform different or additional services without providing you the estimated cost beforehand. They’ll then bill you for the additional services and tell you that you’re required to pay. They won’t negotiate costs with you, and they’ll partner with debt collectors after 30 days to get you to pay for services you were never provided an estimate for. They’re legally required to provide a “Good faith estimate”. When you inquire about why they didn’t provide one, they basically shrug it off and say they didn’t know the dentist was going to do additional services. Billing and medical staff don’t communicate at all with each other.

My insurance was going to charge me because I accidentally scheduled my appointment too early, but the front desk caught my mistake and called to reschedule saving me money. They are so amazing with my kids. My kids can’t wait to go to the dentist.

My daughter felt comfortable right away, and that says a lot because she usually gets nervous about dental visits. Dr. Kim took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole appointment fun and stress-free. The staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and professional, which made the entire visit smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate how caring and attentive they are with children. You can tell they genuinely love working with kids and want them to have a positive experience. Fantastic experience: We have had our kids coming to this location since they were 3, our oldest is now 8! Love the service and how sweet and kind the staff are towards always. We’ve also had to chance up our appointments last minute and they have been nothing but accommodating. The waiting area is clean and inviting and in such a central area. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: It’s so adorable and cozy here, from the chairs, to the decor of it, although i’m a teenager I don’t mind coming to a kids dentist office like that, all of the staff are extremely nice and sweet. They’re very patient aswell, and whatever I need, they have no problem.

Today was my first appointment with them and the staff were so great. Everyone was so friendly from start to finish. The dental assistant Amanda was so friendly and kind my kids love her. Dr Kim really took her time to explain everything to me and was also so kind and friendly. It’s so hard to come by such great practices nowadays & im so glad we came across such a great caring team.

She took the time to listen, provided the guidance we needed to move forward, and made us feel genuinely cared for. That same level of attentiveness has continued throughout our time here. Both Dr. Kim and Dr. Megan are exceptional dentists—professional, compassionate, and thorough. The entire staff is equally wonderful, always treating us with kindness and respect. Dr. Kim’s husband, Dr. Huang, an oral surgeon at another location, was also incredibly helpful during our situation. His expertise and support made a stressful experience much more manageable, and we’re so grateful to have had his involvement as well. We’re now working with their orthodontist, Dr. Kwok, and everything is progressing smoothly so far. Kudos to the entire team—you’re all amazing, and we’re truly thankful for the care you provide! Always a clean facility and always detailed.

Fantastic experience: My daughter *was* terrified to go to the dentist. *Terrified* in the past tense. She hated going to the dentist until we came to the office. Jenna helped to calm her down before the cleaning, and afterwards she was greeted by Allison who turned her experience from something scary to enjoyable. My kiddo now actually enjoys going to the dentist! She can't wait to go back! I would recommend this office for anyone, regardless of age. 10/10. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Our 8yo daughter had an emergency on one of her molars, but thankfully we found an appointment at My Kid's Dentist for the following day. My daughter knew that an extraction was likely, so she was pretty scared, but Dr. Megan and her staff were amazing, kind, and took care of her tooth right away. We are truly thankful for their help!
