Fantastic experience: Haidee and Victoria were very nice. And Dr Oweis is great.

Negative experience: I started coming here a few years ago for myself and my 3 daughters. It was great at first but these recent months it’s been ongoing issues. Long story short they gave me a quote I went elsewhere for a second opinion and they gave me different options and better quote. I called to talk to them about it and I was told I would get a call back. I never got your call. I decided to cancel all my future appointments. My daughter got her braces there and I wasn’t told that they only have ortho there 2 times a week and most after school appointments are taken. So now I have to have her miss school to attend her appointments and I have to miss work. Now she being on treatment. I called to reschedule and it’s impossible to get an appointment. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating. I think clients should be warned beforehand that their ortho availability is VERY limited to avoid these issues. Now I’m trying to see if I can take to a different Ortho but it’s not that easy.

Fantastic experience: Paula, one of the front desk staff, was very friendly and helpful. Once I was checked in, my wait was minimal. Brigette, was also very friendly while taking my X-rays. Shortly after the X-rays were completed, I saw Dr. Owen’s. We discussed what was most important to me regarding my teeth. She then did a complete exam. Next she reviewed her treatment plan with me, and we discussed options. Once she and I finished up, she told me I would meet with Jonathan to discuss the costs of the different treatment options. Fantastic experience: Amazing dental office! The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the dentists are very thorough and take time to explain everything. They offer great payment plans and truly work with you even without insurance to make sure you’re taken care of. Jade was absolutely wonderful… I left smiling and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: The dentist was ok. Unfortunately, the front desk experience with Jonathan felt like I had personally inconvenienced him by existing. If eye-rolling were an Olympic sport, he’d be bringing home gold. A little customer service training (or basic human warmth) would go a long way.

Fantastic experience: After a previous dentist office visit, I left with more damage to my teeth than I walked in with. I chanced google reviews on Union Village Modern Dentistry and made an appointment. I was nervous going in because of my prior dentist experience. When I tell you that this office is the best dentist I’ve ever been too, I am not exaggerating. They went above and beyond with bedside manner, communication, empathy, efficiency, answering all my questions, and most importantly, expectations. The reassurance they gave me from start to finish was top notch. Dr Julianne was my dentist and Keiara assisted her during my procedure. Even the cleaning tech was great. They checked in on me every few minutes. Said what they were going to do before they did it. They were gentle and kind. Everyone in the office is kind. Their technology is modern and accurate making X-rays and fillings quick. Their office is also very well kept and clean. My wife had to tell me to take a breath because I was ranting and raving about how fantastic they are when I got home. That being said, if you’re looking for a dentist, you absolutely have found one in Union Village Modern Dentistry. They are open 7 days a week. Call now. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I found this place through a search for who accepted my new insurance! Well this place was great! They got me in immediately like within the next hour. I was then consulted to the endodontist who was awesome! Everyone from the receptionist John on the phone to the tech who took my X-rays, Ashley to Paula at the front desk to Courtney the dental hygienist and Dr Recto, they were all amazing and crushed my anxiety of going to the dentist. While their office is pristine and the dental care is top-notch, it is their humanity and kindness that truly sets them apart. I have been going through cancer treatment while in braces, and the team has been my biggest cheerleader. They have been incredibly flexible, working around my chemotherapy and oncology appointments without hesitation. I also caught a glimpse of their wonderful internal culture recently; I arrived early for an appointment and watched the office manager greet every single employee by name as they returned from lunch. That level of respect and positivity trickles down to the patients. If you want an orthodontist that treats you like a person and not just a patient, this is the place."

Negative experience: I was incorrectly charged a $100 no-show fee even though I canceled my appointment several days in advance. I spoke with someone at the office about this issue, but I am still receiving payment notices. This appears to be an internal error, and I should not be responsible for a fee when proper notice was given. I hope the office improves how cancellations are documented and handled. I never leave a bad review but this just wrongly

They had a Christmas Toy Drive deal going on that gave us $100 off for every $30 toy we brought in up to 3 toys. What an amazing deal. Toni brought us back to the room that my daughter was having a root canal done. Toni is amazing, friendly, and professional. She explained procedures and answered questions while Dr. Ludy was finishing up on another procedure. Toni was on top of her game making sure everything was clean and ready so the procedure could kick off quick. Dr Ludy performed our procedure today. He is an extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly professional. We enjoyed a great conversation during the procedure. While we talked he worked on the root with ease. My daughter never complained or seemed to be in any discomfort. From start to finish the whole procedure was quick but I could tell that Dr Ludy proved quality service. Union Valley Modern Dentistry is a clean, well organized, and welcoming environment. Staffed with people that care. We are so happy that we switched over to their office.
