Fantastic experience: Every visit I have here is amazing. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. From the front desk, to getting X-rays, to the hygienists and dentist, everyone makes the whole process fast and easy. The office is always very clean and I love that there’s always good music playing too. During my last visit, Samantha, Kiera, and Sonia were all awesome and made the experience even better. I really appreciate how kind and professional everyone is here. Definitely one of the best dental offices I’ve been to!

Fantastic experience: Green Valley Smiles has the best staff! I had my 6 month appointment yesterday and was so impressed with Sam the Dental System who was friendly and knowledgeable during my visit. Dr. Santoyo did my dental exam and was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. If you are looking for a dental practice that really cares about their patients, plan on visiting Green Valley Smiles. They are open on Saturdays as well which makes it very convenient.

Positive experience: The staff members are consistently friendly and patient. The facility is always maintained clean during our visits. My children and I have been coming to this location for a couple of years. The dentists here are always professional, making us feel comfortable and readily addressing any questions I may have. The only area for improvement is communication with the office staff regarding insurance coverage for procedures. Despite my attempts to follow up twice for my son's case, I have not yet received a response.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 would recommend!!!!! I’m a little new to scheduling appointments for myself, so finding the right dentist was hassle. This place was referred to me by my family and the reviews looked great so I figured i’d give it a try. Booking online was super easy and they made sure my insurance was taken so I had no issues and normally when i get checkups the environment is so dark and moody so it was super refreshing that everyone was friendly, smiling, and so welcoming. They checked me in right away and they saw me within 5 minutes of my arrival so the process was super smooth and I felt comfortable the entire time. My dentist gave me an abundance of info and i’m so satisfied with my visit that I had to get everyone’s name. With all that being said huge shoutout and thank you to Kiera, Dr. Santiago, Kim, Megan, and Amanda for making my day!!

Fantastic experience: Came in 2 weeks ago for 2 retreat root canals with Dr. Brad. First time at office and everything went amazing. From front staff to assistants to the endodontist. Everyone was so nice, place is clean and welcoming. Ended up reaching out to them this morning to do the permanent fillings from root canals. They got me in today and got everything taken care of. Dr. Amadi was great! Once again, fantastic experience! Dimmy and the other ladies at the front are helpful, informative, and nice. Totally recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Last month one of my molars developed a crack causing horrible pain. The team at Green Valley Smiles Dentistry were able to fit me in for an emergency visit with Dr. Santoyo. She was professional and compassionate. Coincidently their Endodontist, Dr. Radlosky, was present to perform a necessary root canal to the cracked tooth. The root canal brought relief to the terrible pain I was in and I am so grateful for how quick and painless the procedure was. Dr. Santoyo then proceeded to create and fit a crown over the tooth all in the same visit. Her care to ensure the crown fit properly for brushing my teeth and future cleanings was GVSD’s approach to modern dentistry, impressive and appreciated. I have been coming in for years with Dr. Velayo as my primary and Sharmane as my hygienist, diligently doing my cleanings. Things here just seems to keep improving!

Fantastic experience: I found Green Valley Smiles Dentistry the evening of Jan14,2026 due to having a semi-dental emergency. After explaining my dilemma to the scheduling agent, Desiree, she calmly helped me put my situation in perspective, quieted my hysteria and booked me an appointment for the next morning (the office was closing in ten minutes). I hadn't been to the dentist in many years due to previous traumatic visits; therefore the person walking into the appointment was the "terrified child" who had not been treated well in past experiences. Thru fearful, frustrating tears I was able to share my concerns with staff. I felt heard. Each staff member was kind towards me, extremely patient handling "my inner child" and helped me feel safe with each facet of my visit. Kim who did my x-rays was kind, gentle yet professional. She even alerted me when she thought the next procedure would cause discomfort; yet because she took her time and was deliberately gentle there was no major discomfort. (thank you Kim) Dr McCormick, (dentist) was also extremely patient, compassionate, and helped me feel safe. (Thank you Dr McCormick) And Dimmy patiently detailed the complexities of the financial aspect of my visit, by making it easier to understand my insurance coverage etc. The staff including the front desk, helped me leave my appointment feeling triumphant that I was able to walk thru my fears w-their support, rather than leaving feeling ashamed, humiliated and further damaged. Thank you all again.

Marcos, the dental assistant, was really nice and took the time to talk to me while going through everything, which helped me feel comfortable. Kiera, the hygienist, was amazing—super friendly, explained each step, made it painless, and checked in on me the whole time. She explained what she was doing as she went along and gave me long term tips for better dental care. Brenda, the office manager, and the front office staff were very understanding and helpful. They explained the pricing and different options clearly, checked my insurance with me, and made sure I understood everything before charging. Based on their reviews I picked this dental office and hit the jackpot better than in the casino! Keira was awesome on my deep cleaning. No pain, super numb. Still cant feel half my face and normally im a pain to get numb. Emily is always great. Doctor Chris has been thorough in explaining details of my particular condition and proposed course of action. He patiently addresses my questions and concerns. He and his staff are friendly, efficient and considerate. The office assistant manager, Dimmy, provided cost details and payment options in advance of my first treatment to ensure I was clear on choices and could select what was most comfortable for me. Fantastic experience: Everybody at the office is very nice from the reception to the x-ray technician and ultimately when you see the dentist, the dentist is nice too. What really stands out for me and the reason for my returning over and over, is the dental hygienist Chloe who is truly a professional that loves what she does because she really makes my experience much more pleasant for sometime otherwise quite unpleasant thing for me. -This is the dental office for anyone who doesn’t particularly like going to the dentist (like me).

Fantastic experience: Really love this group of professionals. They’re like a family and are always and up beat. I had an appointment on Nov 3rd with Dr. Velayo and Yadira wonderful team. If you’re not going you should check them out.

Fantastic experience: I have had many deep cleaning procedures done throughout my 65yrs. Every time the aftermath of the procedure would be agonizing jaw pain and crawling into the fetus position and wanting to be left alone. Their hygienist, Cloe (spelling is correct), she made this whole experience PAINFREE from start to finish. No agonizing pain, none, for the rest of the day. During the whole time in the chair, she constantly checked to make sure I was ok. She is a rock star. I told the office manager, I won't have anymore of these cleanings in the future done there if Cloe is no longer around. You can be good at what you do but not care enough about the patient. I could tell she cared. I'd give her 10 stars, not 5, if I could.

She took extra effort removing all stains possible from my teeth which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely request her for future teeth cleanings. I also have received excellent care from other staff in this practice. The facility is modern, clean, and well run. I give it high marks if you're looking for a new dental facility.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris McCormick is the best dentist I’ve ever had! Like many other people I have dental anxiety, but he truly puts my anxiety to ease. Dr. Chris takes his time to explain his plan of care and checks in with me frequently to ensure I’m comfortable. He’s professional, caring and gentle. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist since I left high school and honestly was pretty intimidated by the whole process. The amazing staff at smiles really put my mind at ease about the whole process and helped me through to the end. Never was there a single moment of judgement or embarrassment from the staff. I teamed up with Cloe and Dr. Santoyo and couldn’t be happier. Cloe was the nicest and most helpful person I’ve worked with in a long time! Fantastic experience: I had an incredible first visit at Green Valley Smiles Dentistry today! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Amanda, Dimmy, and Tia greeted me right away, and the check-in process was seamless (definitely recommend using the e-check in!). The lobby was clean and inviting, which made a great first impression. Kevin and Kimberly then brought me back for X-rays, which were quick, easy, and completely pain-free. After that, I met with Dr. Chris, who took the time to really listen to my concerns and perform a thorough exam. He discovered a broken filling and was able to fix it the very same day—which I was so grateful for! I also had my cleaning done during this visit, which was just as smooth. My teeth feel incredible! Since I had expressed interest in clear aligners, Nadine and Marcos helped me with scans and photos. They were both incredibly kind and made the entire process simple and comfortable. Overall, I’m so impressed with how caring, efficient, and professional this entire team is. I left feeling well taken care of, and I can’t recommend Green Valley Smiles Dentistry highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I want to give a huge shoutout to the team at GVS. Starting with the front desk team Tia, Dimmy, Brenda,Amanda, Megan , and Yanet they make you feel extremely comfortable when walking in and are very patient from check in to when you walk out that door. Also want to say thank you to Dr.Santoyo for making me feel alot less anxious during the numbing process. Lastly a huge huge thank you to Cloe for being so kind and supportive during my deep cleaning and very clear on the best ways to keep up with my oral health , and also to Doctor V for setting me up with a game plan on how we are going to attack my situation with every option possible and supporting on any decision made. Experiences like this help ease the mental anxiety of going to the dentist , 10 out of 10 recommend this amazing practice !

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience at this dental office. From the moment I arrived, the office was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The front desk team especially Megan made the check-in process smooth and efficient. She gave me lots of options and offered me a payment plan. She was also very accommodating with my crazy schedule. The dental assistant Marcos and two other dental assistants (?) that were there on September 6 were very thorough, gentle, and explained each step of the process which helped me feel comfortable. They even gave me water and blanket because I was so cold ! Dr Santoyo (dentist) took the time to listen to my concerns, provided clear explanations about my treatment options, and answered all of my questions without rushing. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the caring approach. The office itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall comfort of the visit. Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of care and service I received and would highly recommend this dental office to others.

Positive experience: I came in as a Transfer from another Smile generation dentist, and they made everything simple and pleasant. I have my appointment in two weeks to get two crowns done, and one tooth extraction after that. The office mgr Brenda and the dentist Ms.S were so welcoming and helpful

Fantastic experience: I went in for wisdom teeth extraction and I couldn’t be anymore please. The Surgeon assistants Analicia was very patient ,throughly explaining the extraction and after care. Thank you Dr.Lee for getting me out of pain.

Fantastic experience: This office is amazing! My daughter Zoey had a wonderful time, front office Dimmy, Brenda, Amanda, Meghan and Tia all greeted her with smiles and complimented her hair, made her feel special. Kiera the hygienist did her cleaning, so friendly, so thorough, and asked Zoey questions about herself to keep her comfortable. Dental assistant Sammy took her for X-rays, and was the sweetest kindest person with my girl. Dr Santoyo and Diego were a great team, kind and interactive with Zoey, making her feel comfortable the entire appointment. Tia gave us pricing and she was clear with fees, and very nice. Zoey got sealants and a filling, and left in smiles! That says a lot about Dr Santoyo and her team, when a patient leaves in big smiles! Overall great experience with everyone!

Fantastic experience: Words can't express how thankful I am for Dr. Santoyo and the staff. Excellent doctor, and couldn't be gentler. I came in with a chipped molar after a LONG time away from the dentist. They worked with me and my insurance situation in a way no one else would. As we work on multiple crowns, again, they're working with me. Amazing. Change dentists now, trust me.
