Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this location since I moved to Las Vegas, I always get fun and friendly staff and help me find the best plan that’s quick but doesn’t hurt my pockets. Dental care can be uncomfortable and pricey but they are always so helpful. I am now four years in and still coming for all my dental needs. Staff is also so sweet and easy to talk to.

Fantastic experience: Probably the best dental care I’ve experienced. The front desk staff, hygienists and dentists are very friendly, compassionate and professional. They always have time to answer my questions about procedures, billing and dental care. I never feel rushed or anxious while in the office. Zero judgement while being uplifting and kind. They seem to use the latest hi-tech equipment, too. I would recommend this office to everyone. Update: I’ve continued going here since my original review and my experience has stayed consistently excellent. Appointments run on time, communication is clear, and the quality of care remains top-notch. Still highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Called the phone as a new patient and they were able to schedule me in the same day —- I chose this place based on reviews —- lived in Vegas for 9 years and haven’t really found my dentist but I think I found them today—- very knowledgeable staff , clean place, and the staff were very nice especially Nissh and Dr Park—- I had the pleasure of working with Dr Park and she was great all around and she provided one of the best cleanings I’ve had —- I will return back here

The amount of x-rays required is a bit overkill,( like you’re gonna be inside my mouth) But it’s whatever, do what you gotta do. This place is 5 for 5 STARS. Dentist was not pushy, gave me all of my option and didn’t judge. Would recommend this spot for sure.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely LOVE this dental group. They are very attentive and gentle for those who aren’t to fond of having dental work done. I’ve had everything from cleanings to root canals and even extractions (unfortunately ) and every procedure/visit is handled perfectly. The staff is very welcoming and friendly as well, and there are usually programs going on that help with cost. I would not choose another dental group.

Fantastic experience: I’ve never been a fan of the dentist. I have been terrified of going to the dentist since I was younger. I had to get a deep cleaning done after not properly taking care of my teeth. I talked to Christina before at the front desk and told her how nervous I was. She talked me through it and told me everything would be okay and even checked on me during the process. Erica did my deep cleaning and talked me through every step. Before starting she checked my blood pressure and was gentle with the numbing and the entire deep cleaning. She was really nice & patient. I appreciate that especially after how I felt about my previous visits to the dentist. Erica was truthful and honest and I don’t feel as nervous going back to the dentist. Thank you Christina & Erica for being so kind & not judging me.

Negative experience: Tooth pain only antibiotics and can’t see a specialist for 3 weeks for extraction go else where they just want to charge your insurance

Negative experience: Dentist Dr Lin at Henderson Dental Group was honestly the best dental experience I ever had in my 50 year life. They laughed at my nervous jokes, patiently put up with me frequently changing my mind, too afraid of comitting to getting my procedures done and they were never ever rude nor dismissive nor pushy with me, a POC. I had complete control of my care plan and never felt manipulated at all. I dont know any of them, but as a new patient with my new United insurance, I got 2 fillings ($50 each copay) and a partial overlay replaced ($750 all self-pay). It was the best dental needle injections I ever had, never even felt any of it, literally. The whole time, they kept repeatedly checking in with me, by asking if I felt pain or scared during the drilling and stuff, and they talked me through all the pricings and dental work options very well too. I never felt I was being "upsold" nor rushed. Only minor negative thing that was true from other reviews was the suctioning saliva was not enough but they prolly just dont want to be gagging us all the time haha, no biggie I do not even care about that though lol. Also, the $100 basic laser cleaning did not include polishing the teeth, so that was true too. But polish is messy and doesnt last so dont care about that either. But I will dispute that the cleaning was weak, because Dr Lin is a petite young asian lady, with Barbie doll like hands, delicate fingers, HOWEVER let me tell you she got after my teeth cleaning with that metal hook thingie surprisingly well! She cleaned my teeth with that little hook like she was digging for gold haha! It did hurt a little bit, but the whole time I was just thinking how I was glad she was getting under my gumline to clean out any plaque gunk so I was happy she was digging in like a boss during my cleaning lol. I just wanted to leave my good review under the 1 Star review section so all you other cynics like me can read my current August 2025 experience and not get scared off like I almost was reading others 1 star reviews. Because seriously I did need the preventative work they recommended, and the waiting room candle smelled good and its nicely decorated and clean (no tv though haha) and the staff are friendly and I will go back again. So yall quit giving these nice folks a hard time, they do a good job, well I had a great experience anyway and I am a difficult patient to impress as a nurse and also as someone afraid of dentists, they did great!

Negative experience: Been going there for many years and now new dentists. The last 4 visits I am constantly being upsold on things I don't need. I feel bad for the hygienists as they are good, however the new Dentists is chasing off clients with their upsell scam. BEWARE they will make you feel like you must have extra work done and upsell constantly. Look for another dentist when you can. Went to a new Dentist and they didn't upsell me on one thing and actually had no issues and a very simple visit. Makes me wonder how much I was upsold that I never needed. Sad

She explained each step clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Easy to talk to, answers to all my questions were on point. She was different from my usual hygienist, but I didn’t mind since she was good at what she did. Highly recommend her for anyone!

Fantastic experience: I always hated going to the dentist. It was always a painful experience, but coming here is fantastic. Not only are they very transparent about what is being done, but they really work with you. It’s not a painful experience either! Jasmin is really nice, and will tell you exactly what is happening in your mouth. Erica always does a fantastic job when i go in for cleanings and gives great advice when brushing your teeth in between each cleaning. Coming to this office is truly the best experience and i no longer dread having to go to a dentist in fear and leave in pain.

Negative experience: As a new patient, I found it completely unacceptable that they didn’t tell me that I would be sitting in the chair waiting for a cleaning for 3+ hours. Appt at 9:30 didn’t leave until 12:30. I waited and waited hours, with nobody explaining that It would take that long. I would have left but they already charged the copay and took my scans. The Doctor does the cleaning as well, NO POLISHING OR FLOSSING, which is included in a cleaning. I think she skips over that because they are so backed up. What a waste of time. I now need to take my scans back to my old dentist.
