Fantastic experience: My daughter was being super difficult and the doctor and bri clamed her down and were Abel to cover her cavities

Fantastic experience: I really do love this place! Both of my daughters have autism and this staff takes such great care of them! They tell my kids what they are doing every step of the way and even let my youngest touch the suction tool to show it wasn't going to hurt her. They take their time with them and I really appreciate it! My oldest daughter was traumatized at her first dentist experience so when you have nurses and doctors that know how to treat kids with special needs I appreciate it so much!!

Negative experience: This is the worst dental office ever lake Mead and Civic center they are horrible they don't keep up with their records they tell you one thing then they do another thing they schedule you for appointments and then cancel them and don't let you know if I could give negative points I would

Fantastic experience: It is the best place for kids and adults

Negative experience: After seeing all the good reviews about this place I almost am hesitant to be disappointed in our very first visit. Now I am very aware it is important to be punctual , however life is very unpredictable and we have to adjust accordingly . After driving from other side of valley (40 min) traffic was bad and when we knew we were going to be a little late , my sons mother did call to let them know traffic was worse than anticipated and was told to continue . @ 8 to 10 min after calling them we arrived and there were 3 people in waiting room and we were told we needed to reschedule. We were 20 min late but arrived safely with our precious cargo . Was disappointing and a waste of a Saturday , fuel and stress from trying to get there on time . We will find a new Dentist as there are plenty of them in the Valley . Wish I could of had same great experience like others here did

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for a while for my child’s teeth , and all my other interactions were great but today sucked. I drive from pahrump to Las Vegas because I like the doctor at this location. I have called the office in the past like hey I’m going to be late and they have let my son be seen within a decent time frame. I explained I’m coming from pahrump and my phone is going to die I’m going to be a little later, they said come but because I was a minute later then the time I said I would be there they wouldn’t see us until after 1 pm. The receptionist wasn’t understanding and probably more worried about a paycheck then helping a Single mother out I asked to talk to the doctor and she said he’s busy. I won’t be returning

Fantastic experience: The doctor here is always so patient with my toddler. Since they are so patient and kind every time she now sits thru her visit without any crying and trust them.

Negative experience: Honestly I tried to give them another chance, I really did. The fact that i have to wait 1hr just to see if my child is okay is not right. Why dont they let parents back there for a minor. My daughter is 4years old and does not like going anywhere without me. They told me to finish the paperwork then i can go back there with her. Then when i finished i asked if i can go back there w her and they said they would see if that was allowed, (mind you, other parents were allowed to go back there and they're kids looked to be older around 10-15 years old) the receptionist came back and told me I could not go back there as they were doing her x-rays and would come get me once my daughter was back in the room. My mom had gone back there bc she had to use the bathroom and she said my daughter was in the room and when she asked what they were doing they told her they were cleaning her teeth but was about to get her x-rays done in a bit. My mom had came out to told me and i wasn’t even a bit surprised that they lied to me since they did it the first time. I had to wait another 30 mins just to get called back there, at this point when i went with my daughter in the back she was scared and looked to had been crying. I am never bringing her back here. Honestly the WORST!

And I am glad they final did away with redoing yhe while packet of paper work every 6 months. That's a lot when you have 5 kids and yourself. Positive experience: I would say the wait was a little long but when my brother go his braces off he said it kinda hurt and a couple months ago he went for his 6 month teeth clean and check up and they said he still had glue though he got his braces removed when he was in 4 or 5 grade and now he is in 8th
