Positive experience: wanted a place close to home so I started care at the Fort Apache location, but I had to drive 35 minutes to the Craig one multiple times anyway. Need to fix their check in system because while I had been waiting in the lobby I heard staff in the back complaining about where I was, and about to send me a text. Need to fix their autopay system too because I got a text almost every month saying my payment didn’t go through, but when I went on the website and used the exact same card on file it only took 1 button for it to go through with no problems at all, what’s the point of autopay at that point

LOL beautiful office, clean, smells wonderful. which sets the mood for your visit. everyone has a smile, speaks to you, makes you feel welcome and is willing to listen if you have questions or comments. you can tell these ladies work together very well and run a tight shift. i would 10/10 recommend! if you're thinking of braces but worried about the cost, they have an amazing payment plan lady who works magic! dont hesitate to get the smile you're dreaming of!! come see dr. chen! shes so so sweet and thoughtful! helps you pick the best treatment for you but also makes you comfortable and confident with her and your choice!! Dr. Chen was so friendly and warm she made us feel like we made the right choice. Nicha (sorry if I misspelled your name) but she was amazing! My daughter had so many great things to say about her!! She made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the process of getting her braces on. Before we left my daughter was given a cheer by the staff for getting her braces on. I wish I took a video but I was too busy enjoying the moment too :) I am extremely impressed with the experience today and well pleased. Thank you Dr. Chen and staff for an amazing first experience!

Fantastic experience: I don't write reviews very often, but I wanted to make sure everyone knew my experience at Significance Orthodontics, particularly the Craig Road Location. From the moment I received my braces to when I got them off and entered retainer status, everyone was so kind, professional and thoughtful. As an adult I had multiple questions about the process, was I doing things right, etc...and they always made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. If you need and orthodontic work, I can't recommend them enough.

With the braces treatment, I am noticing a significant difference in my bite and I’m noticing my tmj issues slowly improving. 12/20/24: I am so excited to get my braces off today!
