Fantastic experience: I can say from my experience here that Dr. Ting means business! I’ve only had my braces for a couple months and I used to have very bad crowding. It’s been almost 8 months with my treatment and my teeth are all straight and I smile and laugh everywhere I go now! Hola Dental is the place to go 100% thank you Dr. Ting❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr. Yu is an incredibly knowledgeable and talented dentist. He was thorough in his explanation of my teeth, and did a phenomenal job with my root canal and a filling. My molars are hard to numb and I’ve had dentists give up on me. He didn’t. He found a way to work on me with zero pain at all. My crown looks amazing! I’m glad I found this type of talent that’s so hard to find in Las Vegas. He takes a lot of pride in his work so your teeth are in good hands. Also, I want to point out he has amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had before even making my appointment.

Fantastic experience: I usually don’t leave reviews but this is my second time going in for a clean up and Clarissa the dental hygienist remembered me from my first visit. She asked me how things with school which I shared on my first visit. Clarissa is so nice and helpful, she thought me how to take care of my teeth better and my second visit my teeth made a huge improve. I highly recommend coming in and asking for her.

As I said below from the first time it's still true First visit: I hate going to the dentist. Sorry but true. Hola Dental was great. Put my fears to rest. Took breaks when I need to. First root canal that really didn't hurt like hell during or even afterwards. And that right there speaks volumes. All the Staff great, super nice and friendly. Office staff on the ball with insurance and offering a payment plan option. And since I travel ( truck driver) and had to leave by a certain date n time the rushed the crown for my tooth. They worked with me. I think I finally found a dentist I like and won't mind going to ( no anxiety)

Negative experience: It's been over 2 years since I went to this RATCHET place, and now my son's Orthodontist referred him here. I tried to make an appointment and as I guessed it they are still HORRIBLE. I called my Dentist and told them HELL NO, give me another referral to somewhere else because AINT NOTHING CHANGED with these people except the date.

Fantastic experience: I arrived to pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Michael Yu, DDS made me very comfortable since dentist have always made me nervous. He was very gentle extracting a tooth. Made sure I felt no pain. Will use again♥️

Fantastic experience: From start to finish I have had a stellar experience with Hola. Dr. Yu and his staff delivered topnotch service. Fear and pain of past dental work has caused me to allow my teeth to fall into disrepair,but Dr. Yu has made a anxiety filled appointment a slight blip on the radar. Thank you Dr. And thanks to all of his wonderful staff. My February visit has also been seamless and the efforts by Dr.Yu and his front office staff and back office staff are models for best practices in any industry but especially the health care corridor. July 1st 2025 visit. As usual I was completely satisfied with Dr. Yu and the staff. All were supportive, kind and caring. They answered my questions regarding my oral health and made me feel at ease. Fantastic experience: The best dental office in Las Vegas, the front office staff is outstanding, Teresa and Veronica are very good at what they do. They take the time to get to know you. For example, when I arrive to check in, they know my name. It makes you feel special. My dentist, Dr. Yu is very professional and caring. The hygienist Clarissa is also outstanding. It was the best dentist experience I've had.

Negative experience: Originally my bottom teeth were straightened out at the beginning of my braces journey. A couple months before my braces were ti be removed he bends the wire with his tools and my teeth become unaligned again! Before my braces were removed I told the dentist that my bottom tooth was still crocked. He tried to gaslight me and say it wasn’t probably because he didn’t want to deal with my braces anymore (I had braces for 6 years!!). It’s been years since that day and I’m still upset about it. They don’t care and they won’t fix their mistake. Disgusting.

Negative experience: The service is getting bad each time I go. Like I am scheduled for appointment when I go they said I'm not. Have an appointment for my deep clean and filling ti be done on the same day.. they just scheduled for the deep clean and give another day to come back for filling. They were working on same side. when I booked they told me in would be done at same time not the case.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with Hola Dental. After being a loyal patient for over 10 years, I was promised a cleaning without X-rays — not once, but twice. Both times I showed up to my confirmed appointment, and both times they refused to treat me unless I agreed to X-rays, despite clearly stating otherwise on the phone. This is not miscommunication — it’s a serious lack of respect and professionalism. You don’t promise a service, make someone waste their time twice, and then back out once they’re already in the chair. Unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal patient at Hola Dental for over 10 years, but my recent experience was completely unacceptable. I scheduled a routine cleaning and clearly stated — twice — that I only wanted a cleaning with no X-rays or additional services. Both times I was told it would be fine. But after driving to the clinic and waiting for my turn, they canceled my appointment on the spot because I refused to do X-rays. Why wasn’t I told this was a requirement from the beginning? It was a total waste of my time and showed a complete lack of respect and communication. After a decade of trusting this clinic, I expected better.

Negative experience: I came this lousy place, cause of a toothache. BIG MISTAKE! Never got an invoice, was charged over $1000 through Sunbit plus copays and was told that everything else was covered by my insurance. Four months later I’m still waiting for the crown to come in and now I get a bill for almost $1700, with no explanation of the charges.

They care about you, your family and having healthy teeth. I had a health scare and Hola Dental saved my life. Negative experience: Avoid this place, I took my son to get a crown, I’ve been there 3 times and they can’t get it sized correctly, now they want to charge me more money for their mistakes, not to mention that it took 20 minutes to get checked in……..avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Hola Dental(Cheyenne & Civic Center) is by far the best dental office I've ever been to. Your comfort begins with the front office team, those ladies are awesome! They're knowledgeable and kind with great vibes. Once your in the back, you'll be greeted with care while everything is explained to you in detail. The Doctor & Dental Assistant were both great. My tooth was pulled in less than 5 minutes. My appt time was 2pm, I was finished by 3pm walking out of the office. As for the pain, my level after anesthesia wore off was about a 7. At the time of me writing this review it's now over 24 hours later. I feel great with no pain just a dull ache which is to be expected. Overall, my experience with Hola Dental was great! Check them out for you or your family's dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I have to say this dentist was a very pleasant experience. I was not expecting that! Dr. Yu worked on my teeth and was a referral from my husband who has been seeing Dr. Yu. for the past year. I absolutely loved how Dr Yu didn't try to up sell me. Gave me a plan for exactly what I was hoping for, not a bunch of stuff I don't need. The staff and front desk were amazing as well. Very friendly, simple and straight to the point. Negative experience: They scheduled me for an 8 am, yet their door says they are open till 9 am. I confirmed appt at 8 am with their system. I've been knocking on door and calling for 30 minutes and no 1 is in the office. I know there is a $25 cancelation or no show charge, do we get a $25 refund for no dentist or staff being in office? I took off morning from work for nothing. As valuable as their time is, so is ours!

Fantastic experience: It’s been a year sense I’ve been going here for my braces..the orthodontist is very nice and understanding, he listens to your concerns and strives to do his best. The dental assistant are very nice and friendly and the front desk receptionist are very kind. In the past i was late on payments for my braces, the front desk staff helped me put together a payment arrangement and was very understanding. I believe her name is Priscilla, she’s so sweet and understanding BEST LOCATION!!

Fantastic experience: My hubby broke his tooth and they got him in immediately and stopped his pain!!!! After rescheduling due to insurance issues, Theresa and Cindy were able to get me back in for an infected tooth right away!!! With me and my husband back on track and in working order we were able to get all the kids seen and Clarissa did a great job of cleaning the spots none of us can reach!!! Dr Yu is so personable and honest about what's best in the long run for your teeth! All of the staff go above and beyond at taking care of their patients! So happy we found our forever Dentist, finally! Big smiles all the way around!

Negative experience: One of the front desk ladies were rude. My daughter was told her gums looked great from one person and then told they did not look good by another person. They wanted to charge me 800 for a root canal, when we were told by another provider it was just a small cavity. Thanks but no thanks we will not be returning for any sort of treatment. However I do thank the other front desk lady that was very nice and helpful. So because of her I will give them a couple of stars.

Negative experience: They were ok at first but now they are just trying to steal people’s money by billing for things they shouldn’t. I contacted my insurance company and they have told me they have paid them but they keep sending me bills. If u want to avoid the headaches just go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: A special THANK YOU for taking my daughter, who is a patient at your other location, for an emergency tooth extraction!! Sat in the lobby, maybe 10 minutes, and she was being called to the back!! In and out, now we're home. Now, I can get some sleep!! The staff was awesome, very nice!

Negative experience: Update this year 2024 they are always long wait when you have a dr. Apt. At least 1hr or more. Today i have a apt. At 8am no one is in the office called left a messsage never got a call back. There sign says they open at 10am. Why put me on a 8am schedule for? My son ortho stop coming to the office they called us but didnt call back to schedule my son on the other location I have to call and tell them someone has called me. There is only one dentist but so many staff the wait is super long.

Negative experience: I called yesterday, and said I can do walk in because I am experiencing toothache pain and this morning I came in the receptionist was discriminating over insurance. So here’s your receptionist has to say, hello I’m doing a walk in, I called yesterday and they said I can, she said “what is your insurance? Liberty Medicaid..oh we’re overbooked and short staffed just because I’m on Liberty! I hope one day you won’t have a toothache and would be discriminated over insurance. I won’t recommend your office. So if you guys are on Medicaid, stay away from this place. They’re not about service, they’re about Money!

Negative experience: I am sorry I have to leave a negative review. I began seeing Dr. Yu after moving to Las Vegas. I liked the care he provided and had my wife and daughter begin to go there as well. My first negative experience came when Dr. Yu was doing a root canal on me. He didn't have the proper tools he needed in the office. He kept sending his assistant to other rooms attempting to find the proper size Burs for the procedure. Unfortunately, due to the location not being stocked properly his tools were insufficient, and he had to improvise. My root canal failed. I was sent to Dr. Tai. Since insurance had paid for the first root canal, my benefit was maxed out for the year. One more root canals later, and another $1,240 out of my pocket, the tooth is still not sufficiently fixed. I should have just had it pulled and got an implant. Less money. I pay for two dental insurance plans. I went in for a cleaning. Due to insufficient coding by Hola, insurance wouldn't pay for the cleaning. The same thing happened at my previous dentist. When I called the insurance, they advised me to have the dentist use a different code. When the code was changed, they covered the service. Hola refused to change the code. I had to pay Hola for the bill when I had insurance. After explaining that I could not keep accommodating extra bills, Hola still would not help me. As a result, my family will not return to Hola dental. We will have to find a practice that is a little more accommodating.
