I had a very large bump on top of my right teeth luckily it was my 6 month cleaning so Denist looked at it did X-rays he saw that it was infected gave me prescription for antibiotics and sent me a referral to Endodontics. I am thankful for Meadows Dental.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a difference! I had an emergency extraction while out of the country and have been struggling with a painful recovery. A few days ago, I visited another dentist hoping for help, but instead they spent two hours trying to sell me procedures I didn’t need. All I wanted was to have my stitches removed because they were causing discomfort, but they refused. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. Today, I came to Meadows praying for a better experience—and that’s exactly what I received! The nurse and dentist listened to my concerns, immediately recognized that the stitches needed to come out (since they were trapping bacteria and slowing my healing), cleaned the area thoroughly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The difference was truly night and day. I just moved to the area, and now I know where I’ll be going for my dental care. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: A dentist is totally dependent on their staff making a good first impression on new patients. Every staff member I came into contact with gave me a smile and confidence that I was in the right place. I may or may not have a minor aversion to dental work, but if I did have this aversion, the staff was great! I mention this because our experiences here in Vegas haven’t been that great with staff in other places. The dentist, Dr Lu?, was very pleasant and thoroughly explained what was going on and what he felt my options were (extraction or future agony). My extraction went very well and I surprisingly had absolutely no pain after the numb juice wore off. I apologize because I don’t remember anyone’s name due to the afore mentioned aversion that I may or may not have, and the resulting nervousness. Final comment: I would suggest this office for great dental care and a pleasant staff. And no, I’m not a friend of the office manager or anyone there. Just had a great experience I wanted to share.

Fantastic experience: At my most recent visit on February 1st I received the crown that completed my implant. I was comfortable during the placement of the crown. And I am pleased with the feel and use of the finished product. The staff at this office are all professional and friendly.

Negative experience: I was disappointed in my experience with this office. My daughter just recently turned 18 and could no longer see her pediatric dentist. So I found this Meadows Family Dentist right around the corner from my house. when I took her in for her appointment we filled out the new patient paperwork/background health information, I wrote she has thyroid issues, so we get back into the room and the hygienist sets her up for x-rays, I had to ask the lady to cover her neck because she has thyroid issues. What’s the purpose of me filling out the paperwork and answering the questions about health conditions if you’re not even gonna read it. And they must not communicate effectively with each other because she actually got her teeth cleaned twice(i guess that’s a plus) The dentist tried to tell me my daughter had two cavities in the back on each side, one of them was big and that she was gonna need them fixed and she had several small cavities starting. I was shocked and I even let him know that she seen her dentist regularly, and that she was just seen six months ago and her teeth were fine. I called my insurance company to find out if I could take her for a second opinion and they said that I could, so I took my daughter for a second opinion and they didn’t find any cavities. I even got her pediatric dentist to look at the treatment plan and her x-rays I got from Meadows family, dentist and implants and he could not see any cavities either. I feel like they were doing this to try to just get money from me and my insurance. They were really going to unnecessarily drill in my daughter‘s teeth just so they could benefit monetarily from it. I got 2 separate options from 2 complete different places and they both said the same exact thing. I felt very uneasy when I left that place and I just thought they were lying to me, just to get more money. very unethical and shady and fraudulent!!! I would not recommend this place at all. I only gave it one star because I couldn’t post this without giving it a star. If you’re thinking about going here, you need to think again

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin with this one? As a patient, I could talk about the clean and quiet atmosphere, common in any medical setting, but I won’t. I could talk about the friendly staff and the skilled doctors who work with patients, but I won’t. I could talk about the quality care and how my mouth felt cleaner when I left than when I arrived, but I won’t. All of those things are excellent, but I feel that no matter what I discuss about this dentist office, my words alone would not do it justice. That is how good this dentist office is. The service that Meadows Family Dental & Implants provides to its patients is something that needs to be experienced first-hand. Only when you have that experience will you fully understand why words alone will fail when describing the service this place offers.

Fantastic experience: This place used to be Dr. Staple’s Dental Clinic for several years until the covid19 pandemic. Meadows Family Dental Clinic took over and good thing they did. Friendly and very professional dental staff. The office has a homely atmosphere. The staff are cheerful and pleasant to interact with on any questions or issues regarding a patients insurance coverage and other health questions. The hygienest, assistance, and doctor are all kind, courteous and very professional! The location is ideal and accessable, and away from busy and congested traffic. Highly recommended for everyone especially young families and seniors.

Fantastic experience: Great, friendly customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I have frequented to Meadows dental office more times than I’d like to admit but they have been very consistent with good customer service and even better work. I haven’t had any complications or discomfort following the dental procedures. Plus they play a nice variety of throwback music, so that’s a bonus.

She knew a lot about my dental history, Like that I have tmj and sensitive teeth so use warm water not cold etc. Front desk staff courteous as always. And the male receptionist that answers the phone (Justin I think) ALWAYS makes me smile he’s so friendly and clearly has people skills!

She is very personable - very compassionate and genuinely cares about her patients . The staff is great there also . Everyone is very friendly and knows who you are. It’s nice to go to an office and not be seen as a chart but as an individual . Excellent dental service and the ladies who have cleaned my teeth are the best there as well .

Fantastic experience: I had to send my young son to his appointment with my 18 year old daughter rather than taking him myself due to my work schedule. I was a bit nervous as he was having some work done that would require his mouth to have Novacaine, and I wasn’t sure how he would handle that. The dentist was so gentle with him. When I picked him up after the appointment he talked about how gentle and kind the dentist was. I was more than satisfied with the 5 start treatment they gave my baby.

Fantastic experience: It was a great experience from me walking in trying to get seen earlier and the receptionist Summer was so nice and helpful to work around my busy schedule. She also broke down all the financial talk with me concerning my insurance. I met the hygienist Trish she was amazing she did an absolute phenomenal job with my teeth I originally thought I needed a deep cleaning but it was a regular clean I needed and she was so so detailed and showed me how she was doing everything and what she was doing. I then got to meet my dentist Tiffany she very nice and helpful in helping me understand her plan and the outcome and what was potentially going on with a root canal I had a while back. Overall it was an amazing experience I have already recommended them to others.

Each time I go, I have had exceptional service and they do a great job. Fantastic experience: Meadows Family Dental staff is very welcoming and kind when you entire and Gallegos and the back staff are very friendly and answer any questions you have! My 8 year old daughter got cavities filled by Gallegos and I 100% recommend her. My daughter wasn’t nervous because of the kind staff and came out smiling.

Fantastic experience: Let me first start out by saying when I came into Meadows Family Dental it had been a long time since I had been to the dentist and I was feeling pretty embarrassed about that but not for long! When you walk in your greeted by friendly faces at the desk, and every time I have walked in since that first time, I have been greeted by name and with amazing energy. Even every phone call is a pleasant interaction. All of the hygienists and dentists are fantastic and friendly. They quickly made sure that I wasn't embarrassed about my teeth and made me feel comfortable and talked me through everything. The pricing was up front and they made sure I understood everything. Never did I feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything or that I was getting something I didn't need. From beginning to end my experience has been 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I found Meadows Family Dentistry from a posted reference on Nextdoor. I have never had a good experience with dentists for a myriad of reasons until now. Dr Shari Claros and the entire staff at Meadows Family Dentistry are head and shoulders above the rest. Dr Claros and staff go over every detail before any work is done and continue with necessary follow ups . I was never in pain or suffering through the appointment. Fantastic experience: This is a great place to take care of your teeth. I also have implants. My lower implant broke in half the team was very professional with examining and providing solutions. They were able to fix my implant quickly I was able to keep my smile same day. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They have a positive approach and collaborate to address immediate l dental concerns. We were not made feel pressured or self conscious about our oral health. They made sure our insurance was accepted and also mention they can work out payment plans. All 3 of my children are happy going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I love this family dental location. I wish I could give more than 5 stars everyone there is so much positive atmosphere and calmness, professionalism once you enter. It was my first visit there 2 1/2 weeks ago and i was able to get through with my visit in a breeze. I was cared for and they understood my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable. Fantastic experience: We have been to many Dentists over the past 60+ years and take alot of pleasure highly recommending the entire office at Meadows Dental. Calling and chatting with their office is a pleasant, friendly, welcoming, and caring experience. We highly recommend treating yourself to the best Dentists and dental care Vegas has to offer.
