Front desk Tina is always friendly and always took the time to explain everything with insurance and my visit. She is super sweet and helpful. My dentist Dr. Dhanda is absolutely amazing and truly knowledgeable in what she does. Don’t look any further, I definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a great Dentist place to go.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency tooth infection over the holiday. No insurance. Scared, and in pain. I just dropped in to ask a few questions, next thing I was being seen within the hour. And at a very, very reasonable price! I'll be back to get my teeth fixed. Thank you so much to Tina and Carla for being so kind and sweet when I walked in, in tears.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely had a wonderful experience at this dental spot and with the Dr. James Kim. I came in very nervous not knowing what to expect even though it was explained I still had this uneasiness over me and anxiety but he had such a wonderful team that put me at ease and talked me through it answered all my questions and even had small conversations with me which made me stop worrying so much. I trusted them and they took care of me and I had an amazing experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. I 10000% recommend this surgeon and spot ti anyone looking to get this procedure done.

Then the same with doctor dhanda I have never liked the dentist or had good experiences until now i 100% recommend this office. Everyone so kind friendly and willing to help understand.

Negative experience: Had a cleaning scheduled for today. They left me a message I called back and they said the hygienist had to leave early. I explained I waited a month and took time off to make the appointment. They come back on the phone and say you need scaling done and will be 215$. Keep in mind at my exam the dentist said my teeth were fine. I connected the call with my insurance to verify the co pay, and when my insurance explained to me it was indeed not covered. Carla on the phone snapped at me “did you hear that!”. I don’t know how it went from a routine cleaning, to the hygienist had to leave early, to we can see you but will be 215$. Crazy but I cancelled and will never return here.

Fantastic experience: I came to absolute dental after i got differing opinions between my radiant smiles 2 dentist and my military dentist. Radiant smiles said many of my teeth needed extensive and very expensive work that my military dentist did not agree with. Absolute dental has been such a dream!!! All of the staff are very kind, my dentist understood my concerns and took the time to explain what she was seeing and what treatment she recommended. I’ve been in the dentist a lot in my past and my Absolute dentist does great work. She’s quick and gentle making my big appointments painless and stress free. On top of that all my old dentist upsold me an unnecessary $900 cleaning. My hygienist at Absolute gave me a thorough cleaning covered by my insurance AND fixed an upset tooth I’ve had for two years by recommending a cheap and necessary medication. None of my other dentists offered a solution for that tooth and now it’s better! If you made it to the end of this I can’t recommend absolute dental enough they will take good care of your teeth and ensure your treatments are necessary and covered in the appropriate way.

Negative experience: Absolute dental may have the nicest staff but be prepared to be spammed out of your mind with text messages about your appointments. I'm talking 6+ reminders over the course of 2 weeks leading up to your appointment. It's maddening.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at this clinic and the staffs there are welcoming and cheerful to assist you. Dr. Jyoti Dhanda is very informative and professional in explaining what to do and what’s happening on your oral problems. I like it here and I’ll be back for more sessions.

Positive experience: The online appointment scheduler did not include a cleaning (all I really want). And they gave me paperwork to get my primary care to sign, who wants my to go to my vascular doctor. It's way more hassle than I want to deal with. I won't be going back.

Positive experience: I only put 4 stars because I had to wait a very, very long time, before o was seen but I can say the dentist who did my tooth was very good and the people that We’re assisting him with it. We’re pretty cool and Welcoming I got sedated It’s been a few hours since I’ve been back home and my mouth has stopped swelling up and I’m still not in any pain so far so yes, they did a great job so far this is the first day I will come back with updates on the healing. They even explain all the insurance stuff so I can understand it. I appreciate y'all being my dentist.

Negative experience: The dentist I saw had no understanding of what I wanted. They refused to give me a cleaning that day and wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount to come back over three visits. The only reason I went to them is because my insurance changed. I called my older dentist to see what she would charge me for cash and it was $1000 less than what they wanted to charge me.

Negative experience: Worst place, be prepared to wait more than 3 hours, I don’t see the point for them to give you an appointment We got there at 3, and because the doctor was busy doing surgeries at the same time, he had a big line waiting for appointments. We were there until 6:30 in the living room waiting for my daughter to get into the room just for the doctor to spend 3 min on 10 questions that literally were already answer on the patient form. If you have the time to be sitting there waiting and waist your time then this is your place. 3.5 hours waiting is ridiculous.

Negative experience: Wasting my time was an understatement. Not only were they 3 hrs late for basic consultations. They then dismissed everything I said and 9gn9red the pain I was having. Im not wasting my time agian. I wouldn't either. Completely unprofessional

Negative experience: I had to take my grandson to the dentist for a consultation. I had called to get an earlier appointment than April for this consultation and was given 3-2 at 4pm at a different location (Tropical Pkwy) . We arrived before 4pm ,on time. We waited and waited. I went to the front desk to ask what was taking so long . They said , a few more minutes at 5pm. Finally, we are called back but had to wait another 45 minutes sitting in the dental chair.at 545pm , the dentist came and looked at his teeth and asked a few questions,. After about 5min we went to the front desk for an appointment then find out we have to come back to this location for the procedure instead of the office closer to us. So, over 2 hours for a 5 minutes consultation!!!!! Very disappointed, angry. Very poorly managed location. If I could give no stars , I would

Negative experience: The dentist that saw me failed to address the pain I’ve been experiencing that caused an emergency visit here. All that was done for me was an x-ray and less than 5 min oral exam by the dentist, which told me nothing can be done for me today and referred me to the endodontist for further evaluation, which is only in office once a month! I surprisingly was able to schedule an appointment nearly one week later with them. Nothing was given to me to help with the constant pain I’m still currently having in my mouth and most likely going to have until I see the endodontist. I understand that care and medications are limited to me because I am currently pregnant, but something more should have been done for me. As a registered nurse, a fellow health care professional, I feel let down by this facility. It is recommended and encouraged for you to seek dental care while pregnant, but through my experience with this facility it makes me feel discouraged in seeking dental care while pregnant because it makes me feel as if little to nothing will be done for me because of being pregnant. I do not recommend this facility for dental care, especially if you are seeking dental care while pregnant.

Negative experience: If ur willing to wait 2.5 hours everytime u come to this place! Then this place is for U. Otherwise, find a dentist who doesn't over-schedule patients like numbers! Time is a valuable commodity!

Negative experience: The staff is very nice and helpful however the woman dentist herself, Dr. Jyoti Dhanda, DMD is not very knowledgeable. She has very limited expertise in dentistry. She had to outsource me for extractions as well as partials because I have a unique case. I was able to go to another dentist office right after my conversation with the manager and they were able to get me fitted for a partial with no issues. She's very insecure in her abilities so going to a more established dentistry was actually the best decision for me.

Fantastic experience: I’m absolutely satisfied with the service and honesty from this dentist office . Centennial dentistry told me two of my teeth were infected. Of course after insurance my out of pocket would be 1,800. I went across the street to absolute dental and didn’t mention what my dentist told me. I was told I just needed my cleaning. After taking X-rays that was two years ago. I haven’t been back to Centennial dentistry since. I get upset when I think about all the money they got from me for work I probably didn’t need.

Fantastic experience: I have not been to a dentist in 15 years due to no insurance, all the stars aligned and I chose Absolute Dental in Centennial 7901 W. Tropical and I cant explain how happy they made me! I was in quickly, out quickly... And had all the answers to all of my questions!! I am super excited to get my new smile with Absolute Dental!! Every single person i met was so nice to me and made me feel comfortable and thats a big deal to me !!! I highly recommend Absolute Dental !!!

Negative experience: ZERO Star. We were asked to come in earlier if possible, but we decided to keep original appointment. However, we still managed to come almost an hour earlier. Waited almost 2 hours, and when I checked, there was still people ahead of us meaning we’d wait another hour or so. We heard people saying they were waiting over 2 hours. I understand that surgery can cause a back up, but the receptionist stated that the dentist has to stay with the patient until recovered from sedation. Coming from the medical field, I am aware that there should be assistants monitoring patients recovering from sedation and that the doctors should remain in facility. But to be told that the dentist stays with the patient, it’s something new to me. And receptionist was rude by saying “if your son was in the back having surgery, you’ll understand.” My son doesn’t need to be in the back for me to understand because I’m clearly understanding that this place does not manage appointments well. She said it herself, “consultations are only in the afternoon, but there’s no guarantee that the doctor will run on time because he does surgeries in the morning.” If they know that surgeries can run behind, why not designate days for consults only to be in the morning and procedures in the afternoon to prevent upset patients???

Negative experience: The worst service my mom had at Absolute Dental. I do not recommend this place. with 81 years old, her appointment was scheduled at 10 AM. She got out at 5:30 PM. Worst service.

Negative experience: I would NOT recommend this dental group. While the dental care is actually exceptional, it is nearly impossible to talk to the actual location/front desk about anything. All calls are routed through a (overseas) call center. No less than 4 times have I been stonewalled by the call center telling me the "front desk isn't picking up" so I can't be transferred. You have to drive to the location to get anything accomplished where you cannot be ignored. The call center has also disconnected my call twice because I've "been on hold too long" waiting for the front office to answer and, per their guidelines, they cannot be on a call that long with one patient waiting. Save yourself the headache and choose a dental office where the actual location picks up your phone call.

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely experience at Absolute Dental. Dr. Dhanda was very thorough and explained in depth what I needed and how to maintain my teeth. The hygienist, Bailey, had cleaned my teeth meticulously and made it a painless procedure. When I had gone back the following week for my fillings, Dr. Dhanda showed the same warmth and care. The staff were also extremely helpful!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dhanda was very thorough and helpful with my dental needs. She recommended which parts of my teeth I should watch for and what we can do to keep my teeth healthy. Their hygienist Bailey was amazing and very good at deep cleaning. It didn’t hurt, was quick, and I felt cleaned afterwards especially with how the office was maintained neatly. Their staff was kind and precise with getting me the help I needed.

Positive experience: Everyone was absolutely amazing but I came in for a teeth cleaning and instead got a ton of X-rays and a consultation. No issues whatsoever but I had to schedule another appointment the following week for the cleaning. I would have thought this could have been done in a single visit.

Fantastic experience: Super sweet staff, very nice dentist. They were all so kind and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable, and easy to find location. My son is a special needs adult, that has a hard time trusting new people and places, but he was completely comfortable with Absolute Dental Centennial right from the beginning. We are grateful for them.

Negative experience: Both the dentist I had and the office staff is incredibly nice however the communication is very poor. On my very first visit I was told I was going to be given a breakdown of my treatment plan and never was and then on this most recent visit I finally obtained a paper copy and had asked for it to be also emailed to me with a couple other pieces of information that I needed to look over for financing, they said that they would have them to me by the end of the day, but I am constantly having to chase them down to try to get that and still have yet to receive anything but my x-rays. This is now day three that I am still waiting and have been given the runaround, It's also a time sensitive matter which makes this incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Negative experience: Never again will I go to an Absolute dentist location. I was given a specific date-near a holiday, for an appt & the day before was told there is a delay due to product had not arrived. I would assume the staff would keep me updated and of course that did not happen! I had to do the follow up on my own. Being it was near a holiday the staff/office manager should have proactively known to push the follow-up appt out to allow justifiable time for product to arrive. Disappointing experience. I will be looking for a different dentist.

Negative experience: I went here last year and they told me I had cavities, so I decided to make an appointment with them but they never got back to me. So I went back to my dental place who I’ve been with for years and they told me I didn’t have cavities so absolute dental lied to me and tried to get more money out of me. I wouldn’t recommend this place because they will try to get over you.

Fantastic experience: Nobody likes going to the dentist and certainly nobody likes changing dentists. It's scary but this dentist made it easy. She made me feel comfortable and safe. I wasn't expecting to need any treatment. Snd certainly not needing to be numbed, but she was wonderful. And I highly recommend, Dr. Dhanda and her staff at Absolute Dental anytime.
