Fantastic experience: I had been having a lot of pain and discomfort on one of my molars, so I scheduled an exam. Turns out I needed to get a root canal and a crown. The doctor who did my root canal was great! I didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Berger and Nayeli did my crown and were awesome! The whole process was very pleasant. I deal with a lot of anxiety and they made it all very comfortable for me.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dentists of NLV for about three years, and have always had a good experience (well, as good as one can have when having teeth worked on). The staff is always friendly, and cleanings and other work done has always been really thorough and great.

Negative experience: The dental assistant was nice, however, the dentist Dr. Berger came in and recommended a deep cleaning as opposed to the standard teeth cleaning. I declined the deep cleaning and requested to do the standard cleaning, and the dentist told me they were not going to clean my teeth today because the hygienist is “booked”, despite my appointment being for a teeth cleaning. The only reason I can imagine they were now “too busy” to complete my appointment is because I declined the overpriced deep cleaning. When I asked why I couldn’t just do the normal cleaning, I was told that it wouldn’t be as beneficial so they wouldn’t do it. I wasn’t aware the dentist was allowed to decline treatment because they don’t think it would “clean (my) teeth as well” They then left me to sit before eventually walking me to the front where they quoted me over $400 (over $3500 before insurance) for the cleaning. If you want to be turned away for the exact appointment you had scheduled and be overcharged, this would be the place for you.

Fantastic experience: I was experiencing a major tooth ache that just came on out of no where. My regular dentist is closed on fridays. I googled dentist by me and found Dentist of North Las Vegas and called them right away. Without hesitation they got me in the same day. The staff was very caring and nice. Merari at the front desk was a huge help in explaining what was covered and how much I needed for out of pocket. Nayeli and Kevin were so kind and helped with the discomfort I was having and treated me excellent. Dr Berger was amazing. She explained in detail what was needed and how it could have happened. She went slow and made sure I was numb before she did anything. I can honestly say that due to their kindness, caring, and focusing on my needs I will be changing and making them my full time dentist. If you want a dental office that treats you like family then this is the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Dr Faddis & Kevin made me feel very comfortable. I get very bad anxiety at the dentist and they made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. He was very honest about my teeth and didn’t try to up charge me. The best dentist experience I have had yet.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I think I can say that Dr. Faddis is one of the most caring and down to earth dentists there is! I was beyond stressed out about my teeth due to a prior experience the month prior going badly… But Dr. Faddis and his staff made me feel far better. I had a root canal done by Dr. Baag, and I am pretty sure I fell asleep during it with how gentle he was. Thank you Nayeli, Dr. Faddis, and the entire staff! Dr. Faddis is awesome. His bedside etiquette( not sure what is the equivalent to bedside manners in dentistry) is top notch. He is very attentive to his patients and is genuinely concerned about their overall well being. I’ve recommended family and friends to consider Dentist of North Las Vegas as their primary provider for dentistry. With Dental offices popping up everywhere in the valley, Dentist of North Las Vegas still has an element of a traditional dentist office. The staff genuinely appear to enjoy working with each other. You can hear the laughter and joking up and down the hallways as you sit and wait to be services. Great place.

Fantastic experience: The DENTISTS OF NORTH LAS VEGAS office is a hidden gem. I’ve driven by this office so many times but have never ventured inside. The waiting area is updated, clean and comfortable. The front office personnel are very professional, courteous, and respectful. Today I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Choi and his assistant Kevin. Both have excellent communication skills and were in no hurry to push me off to the next person. Every concern of mine was addressed with patience and concern. I appreciated the professionalism of every person I had contact with. Jasmine, who I first made contact with over the phone was straight forward and welcoming. Prior to my visit she ensured my concerns were addressed without pushing me off in an attempt to avoid having to research on her own. I really think this office has updated and innovative approaches to quality customer/patient service that recognizes the importance of patient satisfaction and returning customers verses patients are numbers. The entire office, exam, and work spaces were clean and sterile which isn’t as common as one would hope.

Negative experience: I am going to change my review for this office due to questionable billing practices. My wife and I both have separate insurance, and our primary insurances are each other’s secondary insurance. In other words, if our primary insurances don’t cover dental costs, then generally the second insurance does. Late in the year, when I needed to get some dental work done at Dentists of North Las Vegas, I found out that my family max had already been met, and costs were going to be coming out of pocket. Surprised, I called my insurance company to find out why. They informed me that my insurance had been paying my wife’s dental claims, even though she has her own primary insurance. My wife then contacted her insurance and we discovered that her insurance had also paid on those claims and had declared them paid in full. Dentists of North Las Vegas was billing her insurance, getting paid according to the contracted rate, and then billing my insurance. My insurance has a different pay schedule and was paying more than her insurance (which was counting against my family max) for stuff she was getting done. This was a huge red flag for me. I went to the Dentists of North Las Vegas office to get some answers. I asked how could they bill both insurances if the primary had already paid, and the office manager told me she could bill the secondary insurance however she wanted to, it was her ‘right.’ For example, my wife’s insurance pays 35 dollars for a cleaning. That is the paid-in-full contracted rate. Dentists of North Las Vegas accepted the payment and then billed my insurance for almost 200 dollars for the same cleaning. My insurance had no idea my wife’s insurance had already paid for the cleaning, because Dentists of North Las Vegas failed to include that in their invoice. That didn’t seem ‘right’ to me. I called my insurance company and let them know what happened. They looked back on the claims filed by Dentists of North Las Vegas and discovered that they had not included what my wife’s insurance had already paid. So my insurance thought my wife’s insurance didn’t pay anything, and paid the claims. I went over each of the dates with my insurance company and they pulled everything up, and pulled back their payments from Dentists of North Las Vegas. They reviewed each claim and found in most of the cases my wife’s insurance had paid everything in full. In other words, Dentists of North Las Vegas was double-billing both insurances without letting the other know that a payment had already been made. Very sketchy… We will not be returning to this office, and sure hope we can find an honest dentist somewhere.

Fantastic experience: Had a real good experience with Dr Berger earlier this week. Had a crown and inlay done, as well as a deep cleaning a week or so ago. No pain, so that is a big plus in my books. Was totally impressed with them using a 3-D printer to make the crown! The front office worked well with the insurance company to make that aspect as painless as possible, as well. The hygienist for the deep cleaning must have done a good job with the numbing stuff, because I didn't feel that either. This was my first experience with these folks, and not only will I be back, I'd gladly refer anyone I can to them.

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving care from Dr. Faddis and his team since 2018 when we relocated to Las Vegas. If you live here you know it can be difficult to find and keep getting care without changes. I have had 3 other dentosts at this practice who have moved on and when I expressed frustration Dr. Faddis made sure to personally treat me moving forward to keep me and my family as patients. I have always received top-notch customer service at the front desk and the icing on the cake, today, was that with Thanksgiving tomorrow and I'm getting 2 crown, Dr. Faddis didn't want me to have to deal with temporary crowns over the holiday, so he offered to upgrade them for me at no extra charge. I have really appreciated this group of people, I'm happy to have an opportunity to let them know they are appreciated. If you're looking for quality dental care in the north-northwest valley (or are willing to drive for it) they'll make it worth your while! Fantastic experience: I recently needed an emergency dentist for a pretty bad tooth ache and found this place. Dr. Faddis determined I needed a root canal but their endodontist was not in the office that day so he recommended a different practice to get it taken care of right away. Came back today to get the new crown and was so happy that I’ll be switching from my old dentist to Dr. Faddis permanently.

I did get the cleaning but Dr. Burger did more than do an exam, she offered me to do the crown and filling. I am one very happy patient. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I started with another dentist for my yearly exam and x-rays and was told I needed several procedures, including a tooth extraction from an old root canal. When I was referred to this office for oral surgery, I immediately noticed how different it felt. The staff and atmosphere made me feel genuinely comfortable and cared for. At my previous office, I often felt overwhelmed with information and uneasy about how much work they said I needed. After oral surgery I decided to switch to this dentist, and I’m so glad I did. To my surprise, most of the things the other dentist said I needed weren’t necessary at all. Everyone here is friendly, positive, and professional. I finally feel like I’ve found the perfect dentist for me.

Fantastic experience: This is absolutely the best dentist I’ve ever been to. My first visit they took their time and made sure what I needed done was taken care of. The attention to detail on each staff members part was amazing and very much appreciated. When my crowns came in they got me scheduled the very next day. Just got my crowns put in and it again the attention to detail was very much appreciated. This is now officially my dentist!

I had my second visit today, and am impressed with the dentist, Dr Berger, and her staff. I had a deep cleaning and two crowns replaced. The procedures were painless and efficient! Everyone I have encountered from Dr. Berger to the hygienist, Rhiannon, the assistants, Bri and Nayeli, to the cuties at the front desk have been SO professional, friendly and welcoming. It's refreshing to have everyone you encounter be so pleasant. I won't hesitate to recommend the office to others. I think you may be stuck with me!

Fantastic experience: My daughter referred me here and I’m so glad she did!! Dr Cho is very informative and gentle and so funny! Mariah did great on X-rays and assisting on my crown and Bri was really good at the cleaning. They did my Check up, x-rays, cleaning and 2 crowns done in 3 hrs and best part….they make their own crowns so NO Waiting!!! Everything was awesome! I Highly recommend!!!

Negative experience: I had to break ties with this place today after several years. I've always loved the hygienists here, they've been super stellar but the dentist have always been subpar. My last visit the crown that was done in house was horrible. The way it was set makes it so I have to clean it several times a day and I told them that today and they didn't even care. The lady dentist last time straightened my tooth line in a way that all other dentists have refused to do before because they said the integrity of my front teeth was not good enough but she just did it to get that after pic and didn't care that just two days later my smile line started cracking away. Yay! Then today I'm told that the crown they did just two years ago has a cavity underneath it even though I've taken care of my teeth better in the last two years than I have in my entire life (due to previous cancer treatment) which once again just tells me the crown they did was subpar, like so many of their other services. I can't keep making excuses for the dentists here just because every once in awhile I have a good experience. IMHO, find another dentist. Edited to add. Nice auto message pretending you care. No one cared while I try to nicely say all these things in person. You obv do NOT care. Next in line please ... am i right?

Fantastic experience: I love this Dentist office!.. Dr. Berger is so cool and nice. She talks you through the procedures to make sure you stay calm. Her assistant’s and staff is very nice and it’s always clean. Thank you Dr. Berger and Bri for the awesome treatment today
