Fantastic experience: We have been patients at ABC dental for years. They are efficient and get you in and out quickly. Not only do they accept Medicaid for our foster children, but also our dental insurance for our biological children. Our portion/copay is significantly lower than dental work elsewhere, without sacrificing quality and care.

Fantastic experience: So I have horrible teeth, and I have been all though Kansas city for someone to do someone, and what they do...THEY ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING. They cleaned my teeth, set up appointments to clean the teeth they can, and the ones they couldn't they gave me a referral that actually accepted my insurance. I appreciate them very much ill rate them a Thanksgiving dinner out of 10

Fantastic experience: I been taking my kids here for years! My oldest are in their 20’s now. Now it’s just my 14 year old and they have always been sweet and understanding. Today there was a new Dr that I have never seen or met before and she didn’t address me or speak to me, found that rude but I was told she only goes there once in a while. Overall love my experience here and I would recommend anyone!

Fantastic experience: I have 4 kids that go to ABC dental for close to 8 years now. They are always willing to work to get their appointments together or back to back! Very efficient and very sweet! They truly care about their clients! We have been to a couple pediatric dentists before ABC found a place that feels welcoming and more like home with ABC.

Fantastic experience: I rate them a 100/10 my son has sensory issues and is terrified of the doctor and has such bad anxiety about going to the dentist or the doctor and the dentist office staff definitely put him at ease the attendant was amazing

Negative experience: I don't recommend this place. It was VERY unsanitary. We went into a room that wasn't an actual dentist room, all it has was a couch and chair with a little side table with Christmas decor on it, which was weird in the first place, and I was waiting in the room for so long I started visually inspecting the room, and every surface I looked at had some degree of dirt and debris and random crumbs. The corner where the window was had a bunch of crud caked in the corners and crevices, NOTHING at all was wiped down, there was splatters all the way up the wall, and fingerprints and stains on everything I looked at. The room obviously wasn't cleaned in between patients, and when the Dr finally came in, she was all protected with gear, yet everything she brought with her that gonna be put in my daughter's mouth was not in any packaging, just laid on a tray she brought in, and had been exposed to everyone and everything she walked by on the way to the room I was in, no telling WHEN they had been opened. Any instrument that is used is supposed to be opened IN FRONT OF THE PATIENT. And the thing that bothered me the most, is when she was putting the small mirror in my daughter's mouth to look at her teeth, she wiped something off of the mirror... And I said is there something on it? And she said no it's a scratch... So why would she be wiping off a scratch? And I kept looking at it to see if it was dirty and it looked like there was something on it, like film or something... So cleanliness is not a priority for this place. I do not recommend it.

Fantastic experience: My grand children I treated nicely and put at ease when dental procedures are performed. Because I this, they are not afraid to come for treatments when required. They feel comfortable coming in.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible experience!! My kids hate them. 2 separate times my kids tried telling them they were uncomfortable or were still feeling pain and they just continued with no compassion or care for them. Unfortunately I can barely get them to go to any dentist now, which is sad. Dental health is very important.

Negative experience: I went here as a kid in 2014, and my mom told me they would not let my mom and dad come in the room when I had to get fillings and apparently they put me in a stray jacket looking thing. They were also rude I recall too. Come here if you want the fright of your life.

I have a toddler (terrible 2’s) and they are SO patient with her and her loud screams! One of my children has needed major dental work here and the doctors were great, the hygienists were phenomenal. I highly recommend this office. They are very great Spanish speakers as well.

Negative experience: The dentist (i forgot her name) said my kid had 3 cavities and needed a cap for one of chipped tooth..... i got my kid and left. I went to another dentist to get another opinion and she has ZERO CAVITIES. I'm so upset because they were about to give her fillings for no good reasons. Trust your gut...

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful; the receptionists always seem happy to see us, the dental assistants are attentive to my kids' concerns, and the dentists are quick, efficient, and friendly. My kids are very talkative and everyone here is always open to fun conversation with them. And of course, their teeth are always very well taken care of! Our experience here has been so great that we have continued to come here even when we moved an hour away 4 years ago! If you need somewhere to take your kids for great teeth cleaning and a friendly environment, give ABC Dental a try!
