Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office around. The dentists are able to do basic dentistry plus all the latest treatments. Price is very fair. They got us in quickly when my daughter chipped a front tooth right before my son’s wedding. I see Dr Silver. My daughter sees Dr Brown. They are both thorough and excellent at their job. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Last week I was in A LOT of pain and was referred to True Dental by a friend. I have ridiculously high anxiety (blood pressure up, crying and shaking....beyond just nervousness) and my friend assured me that Dr. Silver and his team were a good fit for me. They were able to get me in within an hour of my call, assess my needs and provide me with pain medication before my procedure the very next day. EVERYONE who helped in my care was compassionate, understanding and truly cared about making me as comfortable as possible. They listened to my fears, answered all my questions and eased my fears about finances with explaining the payment options they can provide. A few hours after getting home from my procedure, I received a text message from True Dental checking in on me and seeing if I needed anything. I thought this was above and beyond patient care and truly appreciated it. My journey to "fix" everything is just starting but I feel much better about it all knowing I have a wonderful dental team on my side. I highly recommend True Dental especially if you have high anxiety and fear about dentists. They are so caring!

Fantastic experience: I just had my cleaning done by Emmanuel and Carrie does polishing. They do a great job. Dr Brown consulted me about my gums. He is very good at explaining things. He showed the depth of my gums on my x-rays through AI which was very helpful. I have had Dr Silver to in the past do the consultation too. I highly recommend this office. Very friendly and professional. Prices are fair market.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in quite a few years. Due to dealing with several bouts of cancer and other health issues. True Dental got me in right away on 1/22/26 once I explained what my issues were and the pain that I was experiencing. I had an appointment at 10 a.m. today 1/29/26 and I was greeted as soon as I walked into the door by Dr. Brown and Kaylie!! They welcomed me and made sure that I was comfortable from the beginning and Dr. Brown explained everything that he would be doing and he reassured me several times, and made sure that I wasn't in any pain! Lainet, his assistant was so sweet! She made sure I was comfortable and and was very patient with me when I asked alot of questions. Thank you all so much!! I recommend True Dental to any and everyone who needs emergency care, who hasn't been to a dentist in years, or just needs to see a dentist or clinic that truly cares about your needs and who will listen to what you have to say. Fantastic experience: I'm going to write a review that I would've liked to have read before my wisdom tooth appt. I had two erupted wisdom teeth on the top and bottom of the left side of my face and one had gotten infected. I was worried abt the cost along w/ fear of the dentist and put it off. I was quoted $50 for xray/exam and $425 for both extractions w/ no insurance which is affordable. I took the meds I was given and the entire time Dr. Silver and the other dentist were super comforting. He was funny, made sure I wasn't in pain and everything was great. Just a mistake on my part: I asked them to crank up the laughing gas and it made me want to pass out. Don't do that :) I am writing this 1.5 months post op and the holes have closed and I have no pain. Thank you to the team at true dental, I appreciate your kindness!

Fantastic experience: They are all wonderful. They're kind, they're concerned about what's going on with you, and interested in what you want. That goes for the doctors, the dental assistants, and the administration and reception. Dr. Brown is excellent. If you're in need of dental care, or just looking for a family dentist, they're the absolute best choice.

Negative experience: The doctor was very insensitive to my pain and kept hitting my gas mask saying focus on it .he says he doesn't know why I could still feel the pain !! Dr .Randal silver , I will never refer anyone to this company. Here it is 3 days later and I'm still in pain and swellen.this was a very very Bad experience for me !!! Will never go back again !!!

Fantastic experience: I have begun a long term smile makeover. This particular office operates like a well oiled machine. Definitely I have already recommended True Dental Group to family. …Fast Forward 3 years and my journey is complete. I was missing so many teeth genetically that the work with the orthodontist ( FRY ORTHODONTICS ) took some time. The whole process back and forth between True Dental and them went as wonderful as possible. Favi , one of the technicians was very helpful and I honestly feel like she took me on as though it was her smile that she was perfecting. Lots of true Care and true Passion for their craft. Perhaps where the True Dental name was conceived. I’m not certain of it , but I am certain of the fact that they were thoroughly delightful from Beginning to End!!!! Karis, another technician was as pleasant and skilled of a technician that one could ever hope to work with !!!! Thank you guys for making one of my longtime dreams come TRUE!!!!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in a while due to not having insurance, but i found True Dental on google from reading all the great reviews. So I scheduled an appointment to see what my treatment plan would be. Dr. Sliver was absolutely AMAZING! From greeting me, to fully explaining every detail on my treatment plan to me, he answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with all the work i need done especially needing 2 root canals. Everyone else was also so nice, the ladies helped me understand payment plan options. That is what i love, that they will allow you to pay in payment plans depending on your situation. Im excited to be in the hands of Dr. Sliver and his crew i look forward to not being in pain and having my smile back! If your looking for a dentist i highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: It’s refreshing to find a great dentist when you’re new to the area. I’m particularly impressed with the assistant Karis who made sure I was comfortable and pain free. Everyone in the office is very pleasant and helpful with a reciept containing all the info you need. I expected to be there a while because of 3 fillings but to my surprise it was only 1 hour for everything.

Negative experience: Don't bother calling them. All you get is a voice mail and no call back. No answer to texts either. And this isn't the 1st time this has happened. Go to Dental Depot. They answer there phone.

They even work with "Care Credit" so you can just make payments each month if need be. Definitely recommend Great for the whole family!!!!

Fantastic experience: Went to a dentist for some tooth pain they basically told me that the best case scenario I was going to lose my tooth that's what they would do but I went to the tru dental group told me hey we don't need to pull this tooth let's try this gave me some antibiotics and fixed the tooth eventually I wound up saving the tooth because the amazing staff there 10 out of 10 recommend

Negative experience: Don’t get dentures here. They treat you like burden every time you need an adjustment. They tell you they will get you right in, but they don’t. And they never return my call when I have to leave a message. And when I got my teeth pulled, as Dr. Brown was numbing my mouth, I whimpered, he told me to be quiet because he has other patients. I cried the entire time they were pulling my teeth & not once did anyone ask me if I was okay or if I needed a break. This place is a joke.

Fantastic experience: I have had an outstanding experience with Tru Dental. I was referred by a family member. I am a month out from my procedure of having all my teeth extracted and replaced with dentures. They took the best care of me from start to now. The office is always hygienic. The staff was kind every appointment. There is no personal space during such a procedure and Dr Silver and Nurse Karis made me feel safe and comfortable. Amy up front helped me handle all my financial part and scheduling perfectly. Thanks to all who helped in-between. They even had the parking lot cleared the day after our big snow. I will refer to Tru Dental!

Never have any pain, or see any needles when having any procedures done. Staff and both Dr. Silver & Dr. Brown make you feel very comfortable. Very caring, & understanding. Fantastic experience: I got two wisdom teeth pulled, and they were really fast and efficient after they were done. I had no pain so I didn’t need the painkillers. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Negative experience: Had great experiences here up until yesterday. The two people doing my teeth cleaning were acting like I wasn’t even present and flirting with eachother the whole time. I was super uncomfortable and won’t be returning. Oh and bonus, one of them was married.

Fantastic experience: I have been dental patient of True Dental for at least 2 years. Dr. Silver is a very patient, compassionate and professional doctor. The entire staff really do care about each patient. They are all cheerful,professional and take their time to do their jobs to the best of their ability. As soon as you walk in they assure you are cared for. If you need to have flings. Root canals or whatever they make sure you will not feel pain and are comfortable through the procedure. My grown son hates to go to any dentist a d has steadfastly refused. He was in serious pain not too long ago and finally broke down and went toy dentist at True Dental. The tooth was removed. He came back and said he felt comfortable and had no pain He said going forward he would only go to Dr. Silver.
