Fantastic experience: I had a ruptured tooth that I had neglected for some time. Had a very bad experience at another Chain dental office and unfortunately did not address the issue due to this experience. A few months later I could no longer ignore the pain. I set up a clinic visit to get a quote on pulling the tooth and had such a pleasant experience. At the dentist of all places! I despise the dentist office. I was seen by Dr. Robert and was given a quote to have the tooth removed with NO lengthy sales pitch for other services as I had experienced at the previous office. Dr. Robert provided me with my options and I chose what worked best for me - I just wanted the tooth gone. I set up an appointment for the extraction the following week and just left the office about an hour ago. It literally took 30 minutes from start to finish and I was charged less than the original quote as the process went better than expected. Dr. Robert explained everything as he was doing the procedure, gave thorough after care information as did Shaina, and it was such a breath of fresh air. Compassionate, kind and thoughtful! I felt heard and well cared for, which is rare these days. Shout out to Charles who assisted with my initial visit, Julie at today's visit, and Shaina who assisted today with Dr. Robert. I am looking forward to returning in a few weeks time to make plans to restore my smile and return my confidence. I would recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for dental services! I highly recommend them! And, I am literally in no pain which was the ultimate goal. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Again, we LOVE ISLES Dental. my adult kids and I go to Isles Dental on Hennepin in Minneapolis and we trust them. Just had another cleaning there. They took time to clean my teeth well and explained the condition of my teeth (no cavities) but I may need work on one tooth with an old filling in the near future. They are so friendly and positive, experienced and professional.

Fantastic experience: Awesome 1st appointment experience. Our dental firm of 15+ years closed their Uptown facility. We received a referral from Metropolitan Periodontists to Isles Dental and it was an A+ referral. I was able to schedule an appointment within 1 week of calling and the process of sending them my prior records was seamless. My hygienist Brooke is a great ambassador of Isles Dental starting with her introduction, discussing my overall dental and medical history and an excellent cleaning. Dr. Springer came in to do his examination and a dental care plan moving forward and I felt like I was a patient for years, not my 1st time. If you are seeking a new dental firm, for whatever reason, give them a call as you will be pleased.

Dr. Robert (S.) and staff are super welcoming and the care I've received has been great. Also, membership plan saves money if you don't have Dental Insurance. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have breast cancer and have dental concerns related to chemo and radiation treatments, and was nervous about seeing the dentist because I have very little resilience left--but they were wonderful! Everyone was compassionate without making me feel uncomfortable. The dental hygienist was incredibly knowledgeable and gentle -- (and I believe is new to the practice). The dentist ( and hygienist) were knowledgeable about cancer treatments and side-effects and how cancer affects dental care. I also found staff at the front desk to be friendly and professional. Fantastic experience: UPDATE: Sad to say, but Dr. Sepi has retired. But I'm getting to know Dr Robert. And, of course the rest of the fabulous Isles Dental family is still welcoming and excellent. 2024: I have been going to Isles Dental for many years. It has always felt more like a small town dentist's office. They greet you like you are old friends, and in fact we have become old friends. Unlike a lot of other Medical facilities, Isles Dental is concerned about your health so they continue the covid protocols which also work to prevent transmission of flu and other diseases. Missy and Dr Sepi are very gentle, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And they explain everything because I'm very inquisitive. Dr Sepi recently was extremely concerned about an encounter I had with a specialist. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was okay and that the specialized work I needed got done correctly. That was a scary time for me and she kept me calm but understood my frustrations. I know I can trust her completely. They do treat their patients as family. And I will continue to see them as long as I can. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Went to Isles after looking them up on google. They ended up being in network and I decided to try them out. Haven’t regretted my decision at all!! Love that they are super nonchalant about me having my headphones in as well!

Fantastic experience: Isles dental was able to squeeze me in same day for some tooth pain (unheard of and so unexpectedly caring) - and the front desk person, xray person and everyone especially the dentist was super nice, thorough and caring. There was almost no wait either! In the end, it ended up being a non-issue and instead of throwing a bunch of $$ treatments at me they were honest about my options, answered my questions, ran some tests and in the end it all worked out as they said it would. I’ve never really enjoyed the dentist but this is the best it could’ve gone and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff and they are always on time. Great with little kids, too! My whole family goes to this dentist practice and we are glad we found them. Scheduling works well, and you can be placed on a list that notifies you when short term appointments become available.

He explained everything he was doing, asked a lot of questions and was very thorough. The clinic also had gotten and reviewed my x-rays from my previous dentist, and so I felt they were on top of things and quite prepared before I even came through the door. If you’re looking for person-centered dental care I think this may be the place for you!

Fantastic experience: Started coming here two years ago as Sepi has been my wife's and in-law's dentist for many, many years. I've had more dental work done in these past two years than in the previous 28. Sepi and her team developed a practical plan to deal with my negligence (regarding dental care), strategically doing work, timing it to reduce co-pays. My teeth are so much healthier and better, and it hasn't been expensive for me (one of the reasons I avoided the dentist for so many years). This is to say nothing of their professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness each time I go in. Consistent and exceptional each time. And each procedure I've had has been painless. What I truly appreciate is that every part of a procedure is explained to me. And any questions I have are enthusiastically answered. My curiosity is indulged and my intelligence isn't insulted. I don't feel like a number there, nor do I feel like a cash cow being milked. I feel like we're all on the same page, using what tools we have, to solve the bigger problem; my long-term health.

Fantastic experience: I'm super pleased with this place. I needed an urgent appointment because of some pain in my tooth and they were super quick in setting it up. I had an appointment with Dr Sepi and she was very very nice and professional. She immediately identified the problem and made arrangements to fix it. I also needed a professional cleaning. They have a long waiting time for these, but they put me on the cancelation list. After a few days there was an opening and I got this done with Dr Robert. Dr Robert was very welcoming and professional. I'm very pleased with the cleaning! I really recommend both Dr Sepi and Dr Robert, and I'm glad I found this place.

Dr Springer was patient and explained his recommendations in a way I was able to understand without confusion. Great bedside manner for both providers. Honestly the best hygiene and dental exam I've had in my life -- complete with lymph node examination. This team is thorough. Friendly staff members. Small parking lot out front with dedicated slots reserved for patients. Long wait list for an initial appt is worth the wait. Regular cancellations with excellent email notification system.

Fantastic experience: Got 4 fillings done and one started to get sensitive after a month they let me come in to check it out for free with an x ray and turns out everything was alright the tooth was just healing because it was a deep cavity that was removed and very close to the nerve
