Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience here!! Every single person in the office was incredibly kind from the second we walked in. I came in with my husband and 13-day old baby in tow and everyone was so accommodating to all of us and our needs. Additionally, my hygienist worked so efficiently, quickly, and thoroughly. She was wonderful and I felt extremely comfortable in her chair! She did an amazing job! I’m overall soooo pleased to be a new patient here!

Fantastic experience: I was recently admitted as a patient and was nervous due to the fact I had to change my dentist because of insurance reasons. Crosstown was very friendly and the work they did was excellent. They put my comfort first which I really appreciate. I usually just grin a bear most of the pain, but they offered to help numb some areas while cleaning that I did not even know was an option. I am really happy with my choice of switching to this dentistry office.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time that I went to this dental clinic. I had called a month ago and the receptionist informed me that they were not taking new patients. She was so kind and made an exception for me as I knew someone that worked there. On arrival I was greeted by the front desk staff who were smiling, happy and engaged. They couldn’t have been more friendly. No long wait. I was called a few minutes early for my appointment. Stacy my hygienist was great. 5 stars for her. She was smiling and engaging. She explained everything that was going to happen and was very proficient and good at what she did. Dr Mork was the same. He walked in to the room with a friendly smile and couldn’t have been more kind. Most of the time a dental visit is not something that you look forward to. I can say without hesitation that I truly look forward to the next visit to see what’s new with the staff.

They have made accommodations for dental emergencies and help file all the documents with insurance. Been going semiannually and my mouth has never been better. Totally with the out of pocket for the second cleaning and check up. Would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I was at the office today with my husband and mentioned to Bradlley that I had a tooth that was bothering me. He checked with Dr. Johnson and he and his assistant worked me into their schedule and took care of my issue. So grateful for the entire team that helped me out.

Positive experience: Overall, very pleased. One exception - when taking xray, the metal piece put into mouth - its very large and does not fit well - has left a large sore, and painful to hot or cold cups touching. While extremely sensitive first few days, now only the bruise is there, but not sensitive. There must be a way, or smaller device??? The raised non sensitive skin abrasion is still on the inside part of lower lip. The fillings are fine. Dorothy

Fantastic experience: I’m very familiar with Crosstown as I get their services three times a year due to a medical condition. I highly recommend them. There’s a pleasant atmosphere as you walk in. The staff that check you in and out are always courteous and friendly. I can’t say enough about my Dentist Dr. Mork and my Hygienist Amanda B. Dr. Mork has a presence that is very confident and calming. He always has a way of explaining things and making everything seem better or more comfortable. And saving the best for last I see Amanda B. Three times a year. She too has a way of making me feel calm or comfortable. She knows me well enough to offer small accommodations which are highly appreciated. She offers me her stress ball and either have her lights off or ask if I would like them off also asks me about the music volume. She is very professional and very proficient always pausing to see how I’m doing. I couldn’t ask for a better team of professionals. Once again having to come here three times a year I’m put at ease by their humanity and kindness.

The front desk is friendly and efficient. The hygienist was very thorough and experienced. Dr. Mork did two crowns for me and I felt no pain. He was gentle and explained everything well. I am so happy to have found this office. I would highly recommend it. I just had a crown done today again and I wanted to add a comment about the advanced technology at the clinic. They 3D print the tooth and it is so quick and easy. Everyone is so nice. I am so lucky to have found them.

The professionalism and care from the team at Crosstown Dental is one of the best in town! The lab which prepares the crowns and bridges is in the lower level of their office and therefore easily accessible if minor adjustments are desired so that when you leave the office your new dental work looks perfect. So handy! I am a nurse and quite picky about any health care I receive. I highly recommend everyone on this team and the exceptional care you will receive there.

Positive experience: It was fine until I aspirated the fluid Julie was spraying on my teeth to remove scale and plaque. It was scary since I couldn't breathe. Fortunately, I was able to clear most of it quickly and the rest of the exam/treatment went smoothly. Julie was very helpful and supportive.
