Fantastic experience: I would like to express my very positive thoughts about my first visit to Merry Dental today, but I’m not sure just how to do that. would I just keep writing my thoughts here in this square or is there some other way to do it “through Google” as the directions say. Maybe the best I can do is put my thoughts down here and see if you get them. Tia, the hygienist who worked on my teeth did an outstanding job of cleaning and polishing my teeth — certainly the best I’ve had in my 86 years, even though I only have nine remaining teeth still in my mouth. Dr. Merry, the dentist who examined my teeth and the partial plate seemed very knowledgeable about what repairs were needed with both the remaining natural teeth and the two sets of false teeth I brought in. . She explained what she was finding in terms I could understand. She also explained what. Dr Merry, the dentist I’ll see next, will do to help me know what my options are.

Fantastic experience: The team at Merry Dental is always prompt, professional, and upbeat. I feel confident I am not being upsold unnecessary procedures or gadgets. Once, I had a filling done there, and several weeks later it started to hurt. They scheduled me right away, took care of the pain, and didn’t charge me for it.

Fantastic experience: One of the best dental expirences I’ve ever had! They listen and communicate and care. You would think that isn’t hard to do but I’ve found it isn’t a common occurrence sadly . The team at Merry Dental care is amazing!

The hygienist was so sweet with him, proactively helping him in and out of his wheelchair and making him comfortable. She intuitively understood his swallowing difficulties and made adjustments to accommodate his needs. Kudos!

Fantastic experience: This is my second 5 star review for Merry Dental. My husband and I have been patients there for over 2 years. My husband was just in for a check up and, as always, from the front desk staff to the hygienist and dentist, such a positive experience! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Your care is their #1 concern . Dr. Merry is very thorough with her exams. The office is a pretty setting with large windows and bird feeders outside to observe. Just love it! You will too!

Fantastic experience: Having been with Merry Dental for 30+ years my wife and I will never leave. A recent situation astounded me because of the sheer persistence of Christy and Dr. Merry. My insurance company resisted paying for a significant portion of a procedure. Correcting a tooth that was replaced with a crown. Christy chased this down for the better part of a year. I was kept a breast of progress or lack thereof (by my Insurance group). I finally decided to just pay the remainder just to not create more work for Christy. Low and behold after all this time Christy sent me a note indicating that they got the Insurance company to pay the balance and I would receive a refund from Merry Dental. How refreshing is that. They are the greatest. Great people, Great guidance and performance on anything we've done for 30 years. We'd stay another 30. You can trust what they say and do..... Fantastic experience: I had three visits at the center recently. I was very pleased by the level of attention and care provided to each patient, from the lovely reception team, to the diligent hygienists, and finally, the doctors themselves. Dignity and respect are core tenets of any medical practice and the team at Merry Dental Care Center truly embody these values and excel at providing it in the half-hour or hour you're in. Just take a look at the other reviews. It is also women-led and mostly staffed similarly, from my impression, in the case you are looking for such an environment due to social or religious reasons.

Fantastic experience: Always professional, the staff from the hygienist/ Dentist/ front desk/ are on all the time. They run a clinic as it should be run, making the patient feel welcomed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Merry and her staff are great! Their therapy dog Yetti is the cutest! And a visit from her while finding out you have cavities somehow makes the news more palatable!

Fantastic experience: Staff arrived before dawn, and greeted me individually, while staying laser focused on preparing for the day. It was so relaxing to watch them work in harmony with each other with the beautiful cabin-like decor as a backdrop. Dr. Merry scheduled my appointment for first thing in the morning which I had specified would be best in light of my work schedule, and I appreciated her honoring my request. Dr. Weber, and her assistant, greeted me cheerfully and began to assess my situation while making sure I was comfortable. As always, I was impressed with their professionalism, as I come from a medical family and recognize excellence when I see it. However it was their TLC that set them apart. In short, Merry Dental makes me feel like family!

Fantastic experience: Dr Weber is the best! Couldn’t ask for anyone better! Her hygienist is terrific too! In fact she gave me the great idea to buy an electric toothbrush with my leftover dental money allowance! The front desk assistant was great too! I just love going there!

Fantastic experience: Best ever experience at the dentist! Now granted, it was a first appointment with no bad news, but I tend to be very anxious and have had a lot of bad dental experiences. Tia was very gentle and put me at ease as she did my cleaning, with a nice mix of social talk and education. Dr. Weber listened to my worries and helped educate me about my teeth and my previous experiences. I feel so relieved and hopeful to have found a new dentist. Also, the physical environment is like a Northwoods cabin and feels very calm and homey.

Negative experience: I came in for a routine teeth cleaning, and the experience has been really disappointing. During the cleaning, my gums bled heavily, and the bleeding continued throughout the day. Since then, I’ve had ongoing gum and tooth sensitivity for nearly two weeks. I called the office to let them know what was going on. I asked if the dentist could give me a call to discuss it, and the response I got was, "I'll have to see." They told me I’d have to pay for another exam even though this issue clearly started after the cleaning they performed. I expected a basic level of care and accountability. Being brushed off when you're in discomfort doesn't give me much confidence in how they treat their patients.

Fantastic experience: Emily and Dr. Weber were friendly and pleasant as always with positive energy. They explained my results in a customer friendly manner. Carly made sure my next appointments were scheduled in a timely manner. They are a solid professional group!

Fantastic experience: I switched over to Merry Dental Care last year and couldn't be happier! The entire team is very friendly and thorough with my exams. They've also helped me with my daily care and habits. I've had a couple appointments with zero cavities (a rarity for me). I also love the Minnesota-cabin atmosphere that they have going for them inside.

Negative experience: I wish I could give Merry Dental zero stars. Not only did they recommend treatments I later discovered were completely unnecessary, but they also seemed more concerned with squeezing as much money out of me as possible than with actually helping me maintain good oral health. It's disheartening to see a dental provider prioritize profit over integrity. Save yourself the frustration and find a dentist who values honesty and transparency over greed.

Negative experience: BEWARE OF SWITCHING COVERAGE COSTS!!! My family moved to the area and I brought my entire family's dental care to Merry Dental Care for the past 4 years. We have been surprised by the bill after our service multiple times. The most recent, my husband and I were quoted for getting crowns only to find out we didn't have coverage AFTER we got the service performed. We had to pay $2000+ in fees afterwards, the only forgiveness they gave us was to grant us a payment plan to pay it off. The response we were given was "we can not guarantee or quote exact costs prior to a service". Prior to this we were at Park Dental and never had a switch of coverage costs after we were quoted prior to the procedure. Therefore, my family will be moving to a different dentist office where we can be assured of costs PRIOR to a procedure.

Fantastic experience: I became a patient of Merry Dental when my old office changed hands. I was given a recommendation from a former hygienist to try this group. I have no regrets. I have always been greeted warmly. They keep me looped in via both e-mail and text. I had Kelly today and again, these ladies are professional yet friendly. No one likes going to the dentist ( muck like doctors) but we do and would highly recommend this office and it's staff. I hope to see them for many more years. Preferably for just regular cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I'm highly satisfied with my first ever visit. My co-worker suggested this place to me. I walked in and have never seen such a nice looking dental office. It was clean and nicely decorated. I went to the back to use the restroom and notice the wall of awards they have earned. I also saw the four dogs they have hanging out and gated off. This really made my day to see the dogs and they allowed me to pet them. Kelly cleaned my teeth and she did such a great job and was very friendly. The dr. also took real good care of me. I definitely will be coming back as I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Dentist walked in and told her to close her mouth because she had to talk to mommy. Two year old was crushed. Wouldn't open her mouth again. Really insensitive moment.
