Fantastic experience: I had such a wonderful experience at my dental appointment today! From start to finish, the entire team was kind, professional, and incredibly gentle. Lesley at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and comfortable. Dr. Nina replaced my crowns with such care and patience. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Donna was also amazing — calm, attentive, and very supportive throughout the visit. They truly made what could have been a stressful appointment feel peaceful and positive. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: The work was explained well and I was given more information about possible future work. I had a good visit and really like my new dental office (I had to change due to insurance and this office is actually more convenient)

Fantastic experience: These are good people. Appropriate care, never trying to sell unnecessary treatment. Rachel is a wonderful hygienist. Both doctors are pleasant and, friendly. Hard to find dentists who file insurance claims, but they do.

Fantastic experience: "Highly recommend Metro Dental! The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and professional. My dentist is knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and ensures I'm comfortable during every visit. A great experience every time!"

Fantastic experience: Like many other people I do not enjoy going to the dentist, however my cleanings have been very tolerable and unlike any other I’ve had before. They do a great job.

Fantastic experience: Dr Huyhn and Donna did a great job with my temporary crown and when I came to visit them with tooth pain. I got a referral from Dr Huyhn and got the root canal I needed. Both dentists at this location are amazing and so are all of the dental assistants. I've gotten great service here over the years.

Fantastic experience: All went well with my appointment. Friendly and prompt service

Fantastic experience: Kelly was awesome while doing my hygiene care. She is very gentle and diligent about her work. The gal at the front desk was extremely helpful scheduling appointments and also helping me with additional care coverage. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The staff is very nice and helpful and informative. They work well as a team from front desk to the Dr. I felt NO pain!! Going to the dentist makes me anxious from past experience, however I have had a great experience at Metro Dental in Eden Prairie. I’ve shared my experience with friends and family and colleagues. Thank you Tammra

Fantastic experience: great service. friendly staff.

Negative experience: I did not have a pleasant experience at this dentist. First, I needed a crown and I got my temporary crown put on. Not even an hour later my temporary crown came off because they failed to cure the glue so my temporary crown stayed place. By this time, it was Friday afternoon and they had closed. So the whole weekend I had my crown off and my tooth was very sensitive. Second, all three times that I had to get novocaine, they did not do it properly so when they started drilling I could feel everything. I remember a specific time the dental hygienist numbed the top of my mouth and told me she would numb the bottom half at a later time. Well, once they were finished with the top tooth they started drilling on my bottom and they forgot to numb me and it was extremely painful. The lack of attention to detail was not positive. I found my dentist to be dismissive & felt like she did not understand me & the pain I was having. Lastly, I had two cavity fillings and weeks after the cavity filling. I was still having a lot of pain in the areas that they operated on. I went back to the office multiple times for them to look at the teeth to see if it was improperly done or if there’s anything that could be done. My dentist told me that I can take a cavity/filling six months to properly heal. I’ve never heard this before, and have had other feelings that have not had any pain.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the care I received. Professional and friendly staff make you feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: When I was told that Metro De tal discontinued my insurance at CIGNA They continued to help me achieve my objective to provide help in getting the Dental work required to conform to the requirement of Mayo Clinic Cardiovascular organization to provide the effort to allow me to have an infection free dental environment in my body. Thank you METRO DENTAL EDEN PRAIRIE.

Fantastic experience: staff is great , my experience has always been good. with replacement crown , new crown fit great , digital fit was nice compared to old methods. would highly recommend ep metro dental for your 2026 dental needs

Negative experience: I wasn't thrilled with my latest visit. They had to cancel my appointment and the earliest they could get me in was April. Luckily I was put on a list for cancelations and was able to get in within a couple of weeks. However I wasn't told I'd be seeing an entirety different doctor and hygienist. My hygienist was very new. She struggled to get the X-Ray to work properly. She was very rough and lacked bedside manner. It's unfortunate to see service slip like this.

Fantastic experience: Great experience! Very nice people!

Fantastic experience: Staff is very kind and welcoming as well as taking excellent care of my teeth!

Fantastic experience: After 60 lucky years of basic general maintenance I had my first major procedure in starting the process of getting a crown. I HATE going to the dentist. HATE HATE HATE. I am terrified,…. This procedure was PAINLESS and easy—and that’s saying a LOT, for me. I am SO HAPPY I went thru with it! After a LOT of worry but hating how my mouth felt, I attended my appointment and so far, I could not be happier! My FULL-ON recommendation. I feel so much better! Thank you!!!

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienists and the doctors are all amazing and very kind. They walked me through step by step of my procedure with patience and continued to stop and check in on me throughout the appointment.

Fantastic experience: All staff were so pleasant, respectful and helpful.

Positive experience: Not bad, not great. As with many dental practices, so much of the patient experience relies on the hygienist, and while some are better (thorough, gentle, genial) than others, in general, they are a good group. I've had mixed experiences with their dentists but find their services adequate, though I haven't needed more than routine cleanings since being with them, so it's uncertain how the dentists do when required to do hands-on work. Scheduling appointments has been positive, with some 7am times available

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy this Dental Office. The receptionists are friendly, competent, and answer questions. The dental hygienist, Lan, was very kind, thorough, and detailed oriented. She was also gentle while still cleaning my teeth well, which hasn't been my experience at previous offices. The dentist was thorough, offered explanations, and took my concerns seriously. She also consistently opts for a conservative approach to treatment, which I really appreciate after having more aggressive offices in the past. Continues to be a great dental office.

Fantastic experience: Rachel did a fantastic job today cleaning my teeth with the power sprayer! I hadn't used that before. Liked it. Great dental office!

Positive experience: Great service from both the dental assistant and dentist. My only issue is getting an appointment. The call center does not appear to have the same information the Eden Prairie office has and it made getting an appointment more with than it needed to be.

Fantastic experience: I was in a dilemma with my partial and went to Metro Dentalcare at 7am when they opened up for the day. They were completely booked for the day but asked if I could come back at 9:30am and they would try to squeeze me in. Not only did they get me in but they were able to fix my partial in no time flat and sent me on my way with a happy smile on my face. THANK YOU METRO DENTALCARE EDEN PRAIRIE!!!

Fantastic experience: I first came in to have my teeth that had experienced trauma looked at. They were very professional and caring. I felt well cared for and knew what to do when I left. I have been back several times since then and am very pleased with their thorough work. They are still watching where I had trauma and are helping me heal completely.

Fantastic experience: great environment, friendly, professional, feel very confident I'm I'm being well cared for

Fantastic experience: I had two appts. with the staff at Metro Dental this week. The first was for a 6 month check-up and cleaning. The second was for removal and replacement of two fillings. As usual, the staff was professional, friendly, courteous, and efficient! I have a 6 month check-up scheduled for June of 2025. I would highly recommend Metro Dental to Friends, Family, and Neighbors! Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback about my experience this week. Linda Renstrom
