Fantastic experience: I love this dental practice. They do such a nice job of putting my children at ease and walking them through procedures. We are treated respectfully every time we are seen. My child recently needed a cavity repaired and was feeling anxious, and our dentist, Dr. Gayathri, took time to explain the techniques that they are using to reduce pain and anxiety.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lindsay is great! She always has the kiddos comfort level as a priority. We’ve been seeing her for the last 6 years. We are preparing for braces and her and her team were able to get my kiddo all set up with X-rays, cleaning and identifying areas we should pay special attention to all within a few weeks. Fantastic experience: I took my 3 year old here (EP location) for her first cleaning and was impressed by the whole process. We were both a little nervous and didn’t need to be. Hygienist took a ton of time with us explaining teeth brushing and giving us suggestions and tips. They did a whole cleaning on my daughter and went fast which I appreciated. Dentist was thorough and super nice. Daughter got to pick out a toy at end which was the highlight. They sent us home with a ton of information on teeth health. Will be going back in 6 months! Highly recommend - thanks for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Sambasivan! She is so wonderful, respectful and kind…. And gentle. This place was the first place our son would allow the dentist in his mouth at 12. We appreciate the quiet room off to the side and the gentle way they help with anxiety and any special needs. We love them!

Fantastic experience: We recently started bringing our 13 year old to the Eden Prairie location. He has had a history of a lot of dental anxiety. Historically, he had trouble getting x-rays, cleanings, etc. He's now having success at Dentistry For Children & Adolescents! He was able successfully to get some x-rays and fillings done. The hygienists and dentist have offered creative solutions that past clinics had not offered. They have a great deal of patience, and I appreciate all they do!

Sophia is the last to graduate as she is now 19. So many positive memories. Always fabulous, patient, thorough care here. Tears filled my eyes as we left for the last time. Fantastic experience: Awesome first dentist experience for my kids! Brought my 2 and 4 year old in at the same time and was able to have them both in the same room so I didn’t have to juggle appointment times or check on them in different rooms. The staff was so sweet and helped my 4 year old feel completely comfortable with the whole experience. They understand where the kids are at developmentally and adapt their practices to meet them where they’re at. So glad my kids had such a positive first experience here!

Fantastic experience: My 5-year-old had some cavities filled today with Dr. Lindsay. It went absolutely great, she was so friendly and made him feel comfortable, this was his first time, and did not even feel the anesthesia. I came here because a friend recommended it. I was in another office before and they want to sedate him to do the treatment. I was not comfortable with that option; Dr. Lindsay recommended using nitrous and seeing if my kid reacted well, as he did. 100% recommended, you will get great care for your little one here.

Fantastic experience: Had a terrific experience today with my 7 year old son who needed two filings. The ladies were outstanding and they were in sync at all times. Their dialogue with my son throughout the process was fun, interactive and engaging. He had no issues and no fear…which I was shocked about! I was anticipating tears and drama…not a peep or complaint or tear. Amazing!!! Well done team, kudos to you all!

The dentist and hygienist were very comfortable and calm which in turn makes us the same and ready for the exam.

Fantastic experience: My son has autism and was afraid to go to the dentist until there was no other option but to bring him in because he needed a tooth extracted. He is 8 years old and was nervous for his first visit but they cleaned his teeth and took x-rays within 20 mins. We came back 2 weeks later for the extraction and they gave him gas, calmed him down, and removed his tooth!! Was a huge relief! He loves going to the dentist now! No other dentist would even help us! Thank you Dentistry for Children. Definitely worth the hour drive!

Negative experience: This clinic my doughter love it then I had bad experience with doctor sally who was rude and unprofessional and not listening what family have to say.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 8yr old son in today to have a filling put in and he’s very sensitive when it pertains to him mouth. He told me how he was scared before his appointment. There was some crying involved to say the least and when it got started the DDS and her assistant were so unbelievably patient with him and got it done quickly and painlessly. I would definitely recommend this office especially if you have a child who isn’t comfortable with these types of procedures.

They remained kind and patient despite a fussy child. Dr. Lindsey worked quickly and told the best, silliest story to keep my daughter distracted. So thankful to have found this pediatric dentist! Fantastic experience: Dentistry For Children & Adolescents is simply the BEST. We brought our 4yr old to Valley Dental (in Golden Valley) and Valley Dental said they had a "children's dentist" but when we got in they did not have a children specialist, just normal dentist working on kids (and lacking the bedside manner needed to deal with children). They told me my daughter would not sit still and would need to be knocked out for her dental procedure......I asked around and everyone told me to go to DENTISTRY FOR CHILDREN & ADOLESCENTS so we made an appointment. They have the BED SIDE MANNER NECCESSARY TO SUCCESSFULLY work with children. MY daughter sat PERFECTLY because they calmed her and developed a friendly repour with her. She got her check up and cleaning without ANY fighting or resistance at all. It was amazing what a positive experience we had here. We set up a time for some additional work, and they told us knocking our daughter out is NOT needed they said she would do just fine. I am thankful that we found Dentistry For Children & Adolescents!

Fantastic experience: We love Dentistry for Children Minnetonka. Both of our girls have seen Dr. Sambasivan since they were 1 years old. The staff uses terminology and methods that are very kid friendly and make it a fun, welcoming environment. We also appreciate and have unfortunately taken advantage of having a doctor on call/available outside of regular office hours.

Fantastic experience: I had the hardest time finding a pediatric dental clinic that would see my daughter who has a few medical conditions. The care my daughter has received has been beyond exceptional. Everyone there has been so great with her. She recently received 2 fillings without use of any gas or anything. She is only 3 and they made her feel so comfortable and safe. I could not recommend this clinic enough, especially if you have children with special needs or medical conditions.

Fantastic experience: I needed to get my son in for an emergency appointment. The previous night, he had been hit in jaw with a baseball and was in a lot of pain the next morning. I called Dentistry for Children and Adolescents and they got him in for X rays within the hour. We all know how challenging this can be during the pandemic. The staff were quick, thorough, and took their time explaining the results. They immediately called in the referral to the oral surgeon and we were able to make it there within a half hour. Thank you to all the staff!
