Fantastic experience: I thought I had a chipped filling, but turned out I needed a root canal. It was the evening of my son's graduation dinner and Dr. Brandenburg gave me a temporary filing so I could enjoy the night pain free. She also helped me schedule the root canal for the next morning. We have been a client of Dr. Brandenburg for over 20 years and she is fantastic! Highly recommended!

They are especially responsive, compassionate and attentive to all my questions or needs. Negative experience: They are well aware of this incident. Yes, this is not my real name but Heidi knows all about this. If you want copies of emails, let me know. Warning: she will not call you if you are out of the country and have a dental emergency. About 10 yrs ago this happened to a friend of mine. Now, this just happened to me. I went to a German dentist who said I needed a tooth pulled. I emailed the X-ray to Heidi asking her opinion. I also left a voicemail (at night because they were closed). I waited. In the morning at 8:44 she emailed back that yes it was ok to pull. I had hoped to speak with her. I was surprised she didn't call. In response I called her office, because I wanted to ask her if I couldn't have a root canal instead. Her staff REFUSED to allow me to speak with her. Luckily I decided to call an endodontist who called me a few minutes before I had scheduled to have it pulled. He assured me that it could be saved with a root canal. I was so relieved at this news, but very disappointed with, and really surprised at, Heidi's response and advice. EYE OPENING.

Fantastic experience: Here I was, after having moved into the suburban Minneapolis area a little less than a year ago and this happens; I cracked a tooth! I had been meaning to find a dentist here in my new location, but there were always more important things to do with everything that needed to be changed after the move, and my old dentist is 200 miles away. Only a miracle can help now, that was when I was introduced to Dr. Brandenburg by a friend. You know you’re really At the mercy of fate when this happens. It is a good thing. I have good friends with discriminating tastes. The very next day that I had broken my tooth, Dr. Brandon Berg and her staff were on phone Arranging an appointment that very day to take care of my poor tooth. To say that the staff at Dr. Brandenburg’s office is efficient as a gross understatement and handled everything. They helped me with my Dental history, as well as the overall medical history. By noon that next day after the accident, I was in a chair, Prepped and ready for this minor procedure to begin. About 10 minutes after that, I was swishing My mouth to clean everything up and being helped out of the chair. I said goodbye to the staff, paid a modest fee,and was making my next appointment with Dr. Brandonberg. This office is the most organized I have ever seen. My thanks to the staff, and my new best friend, Dr. Brandonberg.

Fantastic experience: I don’t know many people who enjoy going to the dentist, but I have had such a positive experience with Dr. Brandenburg and her team - for what I believe is at least 20 years - that for years after moving away from Minnesota 10 years ago, I would drive hours for appointments or schedule trips home to visit family every 6 months just to be able to . coordinate my 6-month check ups & teeth cleaning at the same time. I recently moved back to Minnesota and the first appointment I scheduled was with Dr Brandenburg. She’s approachable, she takes time with her patients to explains things in an easy to understand manner and everything related to the health of your teeth is treated like a partnership. Her entire staff is professional and delightful to interact with, and in addition to knowing you’re in great hands at all times, their customer service is top notch. I have not trusted my teeth with anyone but Dr. Brandenburg and her team and highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Had a small crisis involving a dental implant and called Dr Brandenburg’s office on Friday. After describing the issue and what was happening, I was scheduled into Monday morning’s second time slot. An hour later, the issue had been confirmed, the necessary actions were completed, and I was told there were no restrictions on eating or drinking immediately after leaving the office. Dr Brandenburg and her team of specialists excel in listening, asking pertinent questions for clarification, then explaining what procedures they will be performing. My teeth have never been so gently, yet thoroughly cared for. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Dr. Brandenburg for 6 years. She and her dental hygienists are extremely thorough, and she always spends time explaining the "why" of dental health. Her front office staff are wonderful, very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with insurance and reimbursement issues. When I had a tooth emergency, she was readily available to help, including a referral to a specialist when needed. I started to follow with her after she was my sister's family dentist for many years and helped her with multiple kid teeth emergencies that could have ended poorly without her prompt and excellent care. Even now that I've moved over 25 minutes away, I still make the trip in to see her and her clinic for their superb care. Thanks Dr. Brandenburg!

We are a family of four now, and live in Northfield, MN. We continue to make the trek to Edina and bring the whole family to the dentist. The kids actually get excited about going to the dentist.
