Fantastic experience: Everyone at KDA is very friendly and helpful. I got there early, and Anna took me back almost immediately. After she completed her up-front part, Alicia did the cleaning. They're both great, and Alicia is unbeatable as a hygienist. Again, if you need excellent dental care, I highly recommend KDA!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff are friendly, kind, caring, and diligent. I love that they do everything to insure their patients' oral health, without recommending unnecessary work or padding the bill. Just the best dentist I've been to since living in Canada 20ish years ago. Edit to add: I've been diagnosed with alpha-gal allergy and the hygienist there told me they have looked at all the things they use there and knew what to watch for. She personally had worked with people with severe allergies and as so caring and kind about everything. I really can't give this clinic enough stars, so I'll just say 10/10 would recommend!!

Heather was the only one who returned my call, even though she was out of office and I wasn’t her patient. She was incredibly helpful and kind and got me right in after the holiday. Negative experience: Update: Dentist and assistants are all fantastic! However, front desk staff is subpar on communication. On two occasions now I've been given the wrong information on pricing. This past time I was made to feel like I was lying about the total I was given the week. I confirmed my remaining balance twice before I left last week so I could make sure I could afford my next appointment. I go in today and my balance was $100 more and no one could explain why. The front desk staff acted like they never told me the price I had and they didn't know where I got it from. I get that mistakes happen or things change but I don't like being gaslit. I understand that insurance changes things or maybe there is an additional charge. But I don't like being made to feel like I'm making things up. I'm divided on if I just want to find a new dentist because at this point the front desk staff has made me feel like crap. Dr. Wilson is absolutely wonderful but I can't deal with this type of communication with insurance and billing. I had a great experience. I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and everyone was so nice. They explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire process. I left with a good treatment plan and no worries. Soooo glad I chose to come here!

I called having needed to get a local dentist for about 6 to 8 years and they worked me in for a cleaning before a very special trip that I will be taking and they went ahead and did a check up also. They were kind and caring, and they went the extra mile to get my teeth as clean and white as possible for this special trip from my friends and family. And he was very sweet preparing me for the check up and polishing my teeth. Then there was a wonderful dental hygienist who made it fun and I wasn’t afraid and she was very kind, and then Dr. Heather (I can’t remember her last name right now. I’m so sorry, Because she told me I could call her by her first name. :) ) She was very kind to me. They thoroughly checked my teeth and they gave me a plan of what might be good to get done to my teeth in the near future or in the distant future, but it was not a daunting list and they showed me what my insurance would pay and what my part would be, and I was very happy with the cost that could be in the future. And that I could do it as I could afford it. It sounded possible, and I was not pushed at all to do any of these things until I was ready or able to. The receptionists were kind and got me in that day because of an opening that had come up. My teeth look so much better and feel healthier for my trip so I can share my older middle aged smile better now with the hundreds who made this trip possible. Thank you so much Kimbrough Dental.❤️

The dentist & hygienist made sure I was plenty numb before procedure. They both explained every step, it helped keep my anxiety away. This dental office is A plus
