Fantastic experience: Had a prior filling done from another dentist about 12yrs ago so when my filling on my front tooth broke at work today I was in shambles. Called about 5 dental offices and no one accepted walk-ins let alone a new patient walk-in. Called Kelly’s dental and they got me right in and installed a crown, same day in less than 3hrs!!!! Absolutely knocked the crown out of the park! Made sure I was comfortable and understood the process! Thank you Dr. Kelly and team!

Dr. Kelly made sure that he was taken care of and was super gentle, understanding, and knowledgable on the situation and how to handle it. Fantastic experience: I’ve had the best experience here at Kelly Dental. After not going to the dentist for 5 years out of fear this place has changed my opinion. The staff are so nice and understanding and they make sure that you are comfortable every step of the way. My most recent visit with them I had to get quite a few fillings and even tried a new treatment to prevent cavities. They had someone go over pricing with me to make sure that I knew the cost and my payment options. I had let them know that I was anxious about getting the procedure and they were happy to help me find the best treatment to calm my anxiety. On the day of the procedure I had nothing but a great experience with the Doctor and all of the staff because of how transparent and kind they are. I could not recommend this place enough!!!!

After being in intense pain for two days due to a wisdom tooth erupting, I finally decided to visit their office, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable and understood throughout the entire process. The staff is not only compassionate but also very knowledgeable. They explained everything thoroughly, from the potential causes of the pain to the treatment options available. I felt confident that I was in good hands. On top of the excellent care, they were incredibly understanding when it came to finances. They worked with me to set up a very fair payment plan that made the whole experience much less stressful. If you're in need of dental care, especially for something like wisdom teeth, I highly recommend Kelly Dental. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you so much for helping me through a painful time!

Negative experience: I will never again go to a walk-in clinic to ask for help while we are traveling! They were so intent on getting money from us that they didn't help much at all. I asked them to temporarily glue a crown back on but they were far more intent on charging us more money! Eventually they did temporarily glue the crown back on but it only staid in place for less than a week. I have since been contacted by them a number of asking for more money for nothing! If I lived anywhere close to them I would mount some kind of campaign against them! I strongly recommend that no one go to their clinic!

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth Friday night and had to find someone to fix it. Well I had to wait tell Monday and when I called they got me in as soon as noon and went over exactly what I needed and even helped me to finance this so I could get this done today. I was in and out in two hours and I feel so much better and I will be back to have more work done after I get this time paid off and they made that easy too. Thank you to all the staff you all get a 10

Negative experience: I thought I found a dentist office that I could be comfortable in. I have high anxiety with dentists because of a couple really Really bad experiences. But over a year after a procedure, I was sent a text message claiming I still owed $150 after I had paid upfront for the procedure that cost almost $400. (No email no letter) I had to pay "in full" before they would even make that appointment. I had dental insurance. I paid it because they threatened that they would send me to collections. I had understood at the time that I had paid my bill in full, Before I even had the procedure. So I paid over $500 for HALF of a "Deep Cleaning" that took about 30 minutes. I ended up paying MORE than if I had not had insurance at all, which makes perfect sense. I called 3 other offices to realize I was charged a Lot more than all 3 other places would have charged, with or without insurance. I am seriously disappointed and will not be returning. I am back to square one trying to find a dentist office that doesnt give me an anxiety attack. The dentist was not a jerk, which made a big difference to me. But I paid for insurance just to be charged more for dental work so nevermind.

Fantastic experience: I called at 8am and was seen by appointment the same day at 1pm. I told them exactly what I was there for, and what I would like to do, and that’s exactly what they did. No 20 visits to get to the result you hoped for, they get straight to it. And Dr.Kelly was WONDERFUL, I over research and think through things, so I had 20 questions and he was amazing in his patience in answering all my questions until I thoroughly understood it. The prices are lower then most I’ve seen, and there very upfront with prices, and great with insurance. The staff was kind, relaxing atmosphere, and just an overall wonderful experience. I unfortunately had a terrible fear of the dentist. This was a 10/10 experience. Brayleigh was so thorough, and explained everything as she was doing it. Fantastic experience: First time to this office. Very thorough hygienist! Very thorough exam. Dr Kelly, took his time and give me some different options for snoring as well and they even discovered I have a deviated septum on my x-ray which nobody else has ever saw. I plan on having my wife and son also switch to Kelly dental. They also support The Warriors Journey, which is a great organization for our veterans.

I was in and out within a total of 45 minutes from arrival to in the car heading home and had a tooth pulled. I had no problems with healing with the instructions given. Fantastic experience: I scheduled an online appointment in the middle of the night when I was in pain. I recently moved to Missouri and my old provider is 1000 miles away. I was able to get in the next day! The providers were all professional, explained my options and cost associated with my options. They even billed my out of state insurance for me. The procedure was virtually painless and I am looking forward to my routine care with Kelly Dental. I cannot thank you enough!!!

Negative experience: My husband called them to ask if his insurance covered an emergency visit and they stated they covered 100 percent of it and when we get there they made us pay 55 dollars that we didn't have. The appointment was useless too because they had to refer us to another place that can't even get my husband in because they don't put people under anesthesia here. Useless waste of money. Don't come here.

Fantastic experience: Kelly Dental is an exceptional place. I wasn’t blessed with good teeth and ever since my permanent teeth came in, they’ve been a constant source of pain. Over the years, I’ve seen many dentists, but I struggled to find someone who truly understood my unique situation and could help me develop a long-term plan. I no longer want a “Dental Broker” who performs basic procedures but outsources everything else. I understand there are times when seeing a specialist is necessary and appropriate but I prefer a dentist who can handle most procedures in his office. I believe I found what I was looking for in Dr. Kelly and feel fortunate to have found him. I checked Dr. Kelly’s reviews online and researched Kelly Dental before making my first appointment. I can’t agree more with the many positive reviews I’ve read. So much so, in fact, that it almost seems redundant to give my review but I’ll add mine to the many others anyway and say that Dr. Kelly is a very skilled dentist. I have never had a more thorough examination and appreciated his patience in working toward a plan for my particular situation. I have had multiple procedures thus far with Dr. Kelly and each one was performed with excellence. What sets Dr. Kelly apart is that he cares. Dental school can teach anyone to be a dentist, but it can’t make them care. That has to come from their character and it’s obvious to me that Dr. Kelly cares about his patients. Dr Kelly’s assistants are top-notch. Every one I have dealt with has been capable, professional, kind, and understanding. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. When I walk in they know who I am, what I am there for, when my next appointment is, and anything else pertinent to my visit. I’m so impressed by that and it displays an outstanding level of efficiency and teamwork I haven’t witnessed at any other dental office I’ve been to. Going to the dentist can hardly be considered a pleasant experience, but you’ll be in good hands with Kelly Dental. I know they’ll make you feel as comfortable and cared for as they have made me.

I've been to the mega sized dentist locally and they really rush you through and the quality shows. Dr. Kelly really took his time to fix my issues and I haven't had a problem since. Brayleigh is such a a nice gentile hygienist and she does fantastic work cleaning my teeth and checking everything out. I have found a place I can call home and have confidence that they job will be done right. Out of pocket costs are not unaffordable either. This place gets five stars from me and I have had a LOT of work done. These folks are true professionals.

The receptionist was very helpful in helping me figure out how much of the initial appointment my insurance would cover and made me feel welcomed when I came in. Fantastic experience: Very friendly and attentive staff. A little over a year ago I was experiencing severe issues with a crown another dentist had placed & Dr. Kelly saw me for an emergency visit as a new patient. He removed cotton that had been cemented between my gums & crown and rectified the hot mess of a situation that tooth was in. That tooth no longer causes me pain nor has the crown had any issues with durability/falling off (previous 2 crowns fell off 7x). The patient experience and quality of Dr. Kelly & his hygienists work is unmatched!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend going to Kelly Dental if you're looking for a new dentist!!! The receptionist was extremely kind, helpful and informative. The dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and was excellent. Dr. Kelly gave me so much information about my teeth and some issues I'm having. He was down to earth and answered all of my questions. Update after 3 years-- still the best dental office I've ever been to!! Dr. Kelly and all of the staff are just phenomenal. I recently met the new second dentist there- Dr. Mac, during my cleaning visit (quick exam) and he was also really nice and personable.

Great staff it was very Welcoming Dr.Kelly a Great man Great Dentist & Great at what he do i promise you his work & skill is Top notch i walked in with a broken tooth thinking hopefully they can fix it in the next few days but less than a 30 mins i was amazed that I was walking out with my smile Complete im so happy
