Fantastic experience: I have never been as relaxed in a dental chair as I was today. From my greeting at the front desk through every first visit procedure, everything was made clear to me and I felt positive about the care I needed today and in the future.

Negative experience: Pressured me into setting a second appointment months later, I missed it and never confirmed it, they spam called my phone for a week, and now they have sent me a statement saying I owe them 50 for my missed appointment.

Fantastic experience: The care I received was excellent. I called with an emergency dental issue on a Sunday morning. I was called back within a few minutes and was given an appointment first thing Monday morning. The staff were friendly and upbeat and the dental care I received was beyond great. My problem tooth was extracted quickly and painlessly. I was amazed at the reasonable cost as well as the professionalism of the dentist and all the dental assistants. I am definitely changing my dental care to Galleria!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tolliver It’s very talented and very professional. The doctor is always willing to explain his recommendations as well as your options. He listens to the patients recommendations and choices, as well as giving you other options and is willing to discuss the best possible course of action rather than most dentists who only want to go their own way with treatment plans. The reception staff at Galleria Dental is always very polite and professional. My hygienist, Miss Daphne is the most professional and well trained hygienist I have ever seen! She gives the best and most pain-free lidocaine Injections I have ever received at a dental office in my entire 50 years of visiting dentists! And I have been seeing dentists all over the world! She’s the best! She should be training all dentists and hygienist in the entire Springfield region on the proper technique to give lidocaine injections!

Fantastic experience: So happy to be back at Galleria Dental. Dr. Tolliver is patient and kind and very professional. I had moved out of state and it had been about 7 years ago since we had been his patients. I was leaving on a trip to Italy and his staff worked me in to re-attach a crown that had popped off in a 24 hour period. I was able to get an appointment the next day and went on my trip with no worries. I was so impressed with their team that I have decided to go back as a regular patient.

Fantastic experience: The place was welcoming for someone that hasn’t seen a dentist in 4 years with bad experiences. The lovely lady’s at the front desk is welcoming and friendly to me and everyone else that came in and didn’t look like they hated their job. They are very nice and informative about what needed to be done in a professional manner. The lady that helped me understand more about teeth health and showed me X-rays of what they see is something I’ve never seen before and loved learning about it. Helped me understand what they are talking about and what needed to be done next. They tell me what needs to be done without making me feel like a smaller person. All from my first appointment here shows me that they care about my smile and want to help me get to my goal of what I want/need! I highly recommend this place

I had a terrible experience with a different dentist in the past that was traumatizing but my experience at this office was far from traumatic. Everyone in the office was so friendly and was patient with me being a new patient and having the bad experience in the past. Daphne his dental hygienist and another staff member I didn't get her name were also great! I will recommend Dr. Tolliver and his office staff to anyone!

Negative experience: I have been a patient as well as my wife and son for 2 years now. The service is average but there is a person at the desk who creates problems and picks fights with my wife. Today she went out of the way to make sure none of us will return to this practice! If you’re sick and call in expect a 100$ fee to reschedule. Good luck

Fantastic experience: I started having some pretty serious tooth pain at the beginning of the week. I submitted an online request after hours to Galleria Dental on Wednesday evening, and received a call first thing Thursday morning! They were able to get me in within a few hours, let me know cost ahead of time, did my xrays and got me referred to an oral surgeon quickly and easily. I have my consultation with the surgeon set up already for next week. Everyone at Galleria was really nice and they were quick and efficient. Once I get these wisdom teeth sorted I'll be back to get set up for a regular cleaning! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I used to change dentist all the time. But when I found Galleria Dental many years back that stopped. They always treat me like an old friend. My hygienist is an absolute treasure. Dr Tolliver is a great dentist. Very quick thorough and caring. He seems to put full trust in all of his staff and for me that says a lot. I never wait when I arrive. My appointment time is my time, always. My appointments are never bumped. Overall the best experience for a dentist I have ever had. In fact you could put that with any doctor. No office is works this well.

Fantastic experience: After many years of just needing cleanings I finally needed a a filling. The injection was painless, the filling went quickly, and there was no need for a return visit, as the doctor was able to get the finish perfect the first time.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth break off yesterday I called them and they were able to get me in first thing this morning. I have had several bad experiences with dentists. So my anxiety was high and going to someone I hadn't been to before didn't help either. I told them about it and was so pleased to have such a caring Dr and Staff. Fantastic experience: I recently went to Galleria Dental for a cleaning (all the hygienists are awesome) and found I had a cracked tooth. Dr. Tolliver made time for me that day to prep my tooth for a crown. Gold Star for the “no pain” on the novocaine shot. Great staff, great Doctor, you will be glad you chose them!!

Fantastic experience: I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything went smoothly and got thru earlier than planned. I had an old bridge removed, fixed a decay and got fitted for a new bridge. In 2 wks I get the new bridge on and can chew on that side again. Everyone was super nice. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I love Galleria Dental! Every time I go, they do the best work. I’ve lived around the world and around the country and been in many dentists’ chairs. The hygienists and dentist(s) here truly know what they are doing. I volunteer that information to people whenever teeth come up. Galleria Dental has fixed problems that other dental teams created and they have fixed problems other dental teams couldn’t deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!

Fantastic experience: We first came to Galleria a few weeks ago. We got into the office and it is very clean and inviting. The ladies at the front are extremely helpful in making this an inviting place. We got checked in and started talking about the weather (if you understand the reference). They made an uneasy situation, more bearable. We love Doc Tolliver; he really loves his work and it shows. The entire crew is phenomenal. On the rare chance you are looking for great dentistry, you will be hard pressed finding a better group to take care of you.

Fantastic experience: I love going here for my teeth cleanings and other procedures (i.e. cavity fillings). The staff is super nice and Dr. Eric Tolliver is a great dentist. One added plus is the TVs in each of the rooms for patients to watch. When I had my cavity fillings done, I got to use the headphones and watch cartoons the whole time. That definitely helped alleviate my nervousness.
