Fantastic experience: My visit went very well. I had my previous dental office send over my X-rays, but the new office had a few questions and were unable to reach my prior dentist. They reassured me that if my insurance did not cover taking new X-rays, they would not charge me for them, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the visit I was treated with care and respect. The dentist was very upfront and honest, took the time to explain what he was seeing, and discussed the direction he would recommend for my dental care. He also made it clear that the final decision was mine, and there was absolutely no pressure. I left feeling very comfortable with the care I received and grateful for how professionally and kindly I was treated.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff great dentist doctor no pain Dr colon does top notch work.They take really great care of you.and do a great job taking care of you’re teeth. and everybody there does a wonderful job. You will be glad to have your dental work taken care of there. I guarantee it.

Fantastic experience: I give them 5 stars. The hygienist was professional, knowledgeable and friendly in an authentic way. Dr. Conlon was, as always, friendly and approachable. Their office is nice - aesthetically pleasing, clean (kudos to the cleaning staff) and supplied with tissues and hand sanitizer. Centrally located on Kalamazoo Ave near M-6.

She is such a wonderful person, and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and explaining what she's doing and why. She always does her best to answer any of my questions I have for her. I tell her all the time that she's not allowed to leave. I would be very sad if she ever left! Thank you Anna!!

Tuesday my service was great from start to finish Abigail was super friendly when greeting me and I then saw Anna she is always very thorough with my cleanings.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. They make me NOT afraid to see the dentist. Anna is one of my favorites, and Dr Conlon is amazing! Everyone here, not just those two, make you feel at home. I deeply appreciate this office. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed with Amber B this morning when she reached out to me WELL before they had to reschedule my appointment! Saving me the long drive and time. I was very thankful!

Fantastic experience: Dr Conlon was very personable and efficient with filling and rebuilding old filling in tooth that was food trap. Staff was very professional and also personable. Will be back in fall.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to Dental Associates of West Michigan. I have been going there for over 20 years. I use to live 20 minutes away when I started going there and now I live over a hour away. Everyone there is so nice and friendly!!! I will continue going there as long as I can!!! Whitney has been my hygienist for a while now and she is just so very friendly. I love that she takes time to listen to me talk about what ever comes to mind. I look forward to seeing her again next time. Plus she has a beautiful SMILE!!

Fantastic experience: I have had many dentists and Dr. Vincelj is the best one I've ever had. Love how he describes what he is doing and he is very thorough and takes his time. If you want to just be done quick without any talking then use Dr. Conlon. I would recommend this place to anyone because I never have had a bad experience here and they constantly go above and beyond my expectations.

Negative experience: One Star – Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsive! I had a routine cleaning appointment at this dental office, and two days after the procedure, I developed severe mouth rashes all over. Concerned about potential lapses in hygiene or procedure protocols, I reached out to the office, shared photos of the rashes, and urged them to investigate the incident, especially considering the risks for individuals with compromised immune systems. Instead of addressing the issue or demonstrating professional responsibility, the office responded by sending me a letter stating they would no longer provide services to me. No follow-up, no accountability—just outright dismissal. This kind of disregard for patient concerns is unacceptable and unprofessional. I would strongly caution anyone seeking care here, as their approach to patient safety and responsibility is deeply concerning.

Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Dental Associates of West Michigan for over 14 years now. Dr. Conlon and Dr. Vincelj make you feel at ease and are very quick. All their staff is just as nice and professional. You cannot go wrong with choosing this office for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: The office and patient rooms are clean which is so important. They have many examination rooms and an emphasis on speed, efficiency and getting multiple patients through which is also great. I like to get in and out and know the cleaning and examination was well done. My previous dentist was slower and I did feel that attention to detail that I want to feel from this office a bit more, still 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Dental Associates got me in immediately when I had a tooth emergency a few years back and I’ve been going there ever since! Anna is my dental hygienist and she’s the sweetest. Always a good experience here. :)

Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist but the dentist and hygienists are so helpful and understanding. Despite how bad my teeth are I have never felt judged. I will say I had one frustrating experience. I had an infected tooth and was referred to a root canal specialist. The root canal specialist said it would be better to extract tooth and then get an implant. I called the dentist office several times and was told they were waiting for information from the specialist and would call me. After not hearing from them I called back and they apparently did receive the information finally. I scheduled an appointment for the extraction with the receptionist. For this appointment I had to take time off work the next day, leave work early day of appointment, only to be told when I got there that if I wanted an implant later on I would have to see an oral surgeon. It makes sense and the dentist was very kind and knowledgeable. However, I don’t understand why they didn’t say this when I made the appointment. That being said, in the years I’ve been going there I have to say despite my anxiety with dentists, this is one of the best. Everyone is friendly and I am very happy with their office.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency issue with a lost filling and cracked molar. The office was able to get me in on the same day, Dr. Conlon put in a new filling, and I was able to get an appointment for the following week to have the crown next to it repaired. Very little pain, even on the next day.

She went above and beyond to make calls to figure it all out to make sure I was covered. (Including a out of state call)Then again in trying to make sure I get seen as possible and go over all costs and whats need to be done going forward. Thank you in making me feel comfortable!
