Dr. Tom and Effie Grias are extremely knowledgeable. I always know that I am in capable hands. I had two crowns in one day put by Dr. Tom, and I feel great!! The experience was amazing! The staff is wonderful as well. My family and I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

Fantastic experience: I love this practice! Everyone is so kind and both dentists are amazing. They give you honest feedback and don’t try and sell you on things you don’t need. I had a crown done once and they made it right then and there. At times my son had had to come with me and they’ll pop a movie on for him, they’re so accommodating. Can’t rave enough!

Fantastic experience: Has been our family dentist for 10 years. They are hands down the best dentists and staff. Truly exceptional, friendly and professional. Had an emergency dental issue and got me in immediately (office was closing in 10 mins) and xrays, diagnosis, antibiotics and pain killers prescriptions and coordinated surgical referral with oral surgeon for surgery. Amazing treatment. Wonderful caring practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent visit today. Can’t say enough good things about the entire staff at West Michigan Dental. I would highly recommend this practice for all of one’s dental needs. Dr. Thom & Dr. Effiy have established a premier dental practice, in my opinion, along with their entire support staff!

Negative experience: Unprofessional and rude. I saw them for a crown and filling, when the crown didn't fit my bite they grinded down the molars above the crown, (healthy teeth) rather than fixing the crown itself. I said I wasn't comfortable with their solution and I was told I was wrong and was recommended by the doctor to "see a dentist I could trust" rather then themselves just owning up to the mistake and fixing it.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful dental practice and office. I have major dental phobia but I am able to do very well with this team's care. Dr. Grias always takes very good care of me! He just fixed a tooth that was giving me troubles. He quickly assessed and made a necessary bite adjustment. This solved the issue. He does not push any unnecessary (and costly) steps nor procedures on you. They are very ethical and that means a lot to me. Many thanks to the office and to Dr. Grias!

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The dental care itself was outstanding, with a lot of great technology effectively in use. I even received a complimentary scan of my head, sinuses, and jaw. The dental tech who did my first cleaning has been working with the same doctors for decades and clearly loves both her job and the team. I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Tom for my specific needs. In just my first visit, I learned more about dental health than I had in my entire life, and it was incredibly helpful. I had a few surface cavities addressed, and Dr. Tom did a fantastic job—gentle, effective, and very attentive to how I was feeling throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Tom and this awesome dental practice.

I enjoyed how he talked me through what he was doing and did it all very efficiently. I also had to get a crown and Heidi showed me how they were made in office. Fantastic experience: I developed an infection and needed to be seen. They got me in the same day! Dr. Effie was kind and thorough, as usual! Unfortunately I need a root canal. Was given antibiotics for the infection and an appointment within a week for the root canal. Every person in this office is kind, caring and professional! Love these guys and I can’t say enough good things about them!
