Negative experience: My experiences here have been disappointing. I came here to get an implant for a tooth I had trauma on. Dr. Berridge did the extraction and temporary crown procedure, and everything healed nicely. He is very warm and puts people at ease right away. There are many good things about this office. The service is always professional and friendly. I haven’t had a negative experience with any of the staff or medical personnel, but I have experienced some setbacks with obtaining a final implant. The biggest concern I have is the office’s inability to accurately create and fit a properly fitted implant. I have been unable to get a final implant for quite some time now due to gross procedural errors in getting an impression for the final crown. Two appointments and 4 months later, I have still not gotten the implant. I have also arrived on time to each appointment to only be seen at least 30 minutes in the appointment. This all makes me question the efficiency and timeliness of this office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. jones and his team were incredible. I typically have a fear of the dentist/any oral surgery but my experience with Dr. Jones was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process with great detail. I followed his recommendations and experienced no pain after getting 4 wisdom teeth removed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jones’s is the best. I was worried about my stitches might be getting infected. They gave me an emergency number to call. It was 1030 pm at night I called and Dr Jones answered. I said Dr Jones he said yes. I said this is my Dr Jones. He say yes hi Marlene is everything ok. I thought I was calling an emergency answering service. I didn’t know that I was calling him. Dr. Jones and his staff always give you their special attention making you feel like you are VIP. He would explained every step that’s going to be taken. I felt very comfortable and confident in their care

Fantastic experience: I recently came here for my wisdom teeth surgery and I had exceptional service from the moment I walked in the door being greeted by the lovely front desk. The atmosphere of the lobby was so relaxed and peaceful. To my amazing assistants Kaylee and Hannah. I did everything with no sedation and they made sure I was comfortable and painless the entire time. They even supplied me with a freshly warm blanket during my procedure. I felt confident I was in good hands when Dr Jones did my procedure. This is an amazing office and he is truly the best. I also want to thank the staff manager Sean who personally greeted me during my visit. This place is so friendly and professional I highly recommend.

My first time there was a very good experience from the checking in to the young lady that takes payments to the nurse that assisted with my trays and helping Dr. Jones and Dr. Jones himself. When Dr Jones explained what was gonna happen that day it was explained to me in a way that I understood and then when he pulled my tooth and had to do a bone graph he kept making sure I was ok and explained what he was doing. Everyone was very pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The procedure was quick and almost complete painless. On the scale from 1 to 10 the highest level I hit was maybe a 3. Every member of the staff that i encountered was nice, friendly and professional they all made my visit awesome!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones is the best dentist I've ever had. He has helped me immensely with an extremely difficult problem where I had 3 failed implants. He thoroughly explained to me all my options and suggested the best course of action was to remove the failed implants as a long-term solution since it would continue to eat away at my jaw bone and infect my other teeth. After making my decision he helped to remove the compromised implants and install 2 new implants with a bridge as a long-term replacement. Dr. Jones is extremely kind and thoughtful and he treats you as if you were a family member, always wishing the best for your health. Fantastic experience: I had a lower molar extracted and an implant put in. The whole process took multiple visits over the course of 5 months. Dr Jones and his entire team are 100% professional. The extraction appointment was less than 45 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I left. He extracted the old broken tooth and installed the implant post in one visit. There were four follow-up appointments to make sure everything was healing without complications. Everyone that I had contact with made sure that it was very clear to me why I was there. Everything about the procedure and the administrative process was explained in detail and I had no doubt about the decisions I had to make and what the total cost would be. It's a very inviting and comfortable environment. I was impressed with the professional care at each visit and have nothing negative to say about Dr Jones and his team.

From start to finish, Dr. Duval was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The procedure itself was smooth and comfortable, and I felt completely at ease in her care. She clearly has a high level of expertise and a gentle, reassuring manner that made the entire experience far less intimidating than I expected. I am extremely pleased with the results and grateful to have had such a skilled periodontist perform my gum graft. I would happily return to her for any future care and recommend her to anyone seeking periodontal treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gary Jones and his staff are incredible. I had an infected tooth and nerve root that needed to be treated asap. I live in Pinehurst and was told that I would have to wait more than 2 months to see the oral surgeon for a consult. Luckily, someone told me to call Dr. Jones who was able to see me for the consult within 10 days and the two procedures were scheduled the following week. It has been ten months since the procedure and the implant was successful and the treatment on my other tooth was also a success. The procedures were painless and the follow-up care was excellent. His office has state of the art equipment. The hour drive each way to his office is worth it. Hopefully I will not need his services again, but if I do, I would definitely return.

Fantastic experience: Their new building is an Amazing!!!! The staff is so pleasant and sweet. From front desk to those working on you and even the billing people. They go out of their way to help you from start to finish. I can tell you!! As a person who has had 1 cavity in life (cause that’s all it took for me as kid to make sure I always took care of my teeth!). I was extremely fallout scared!! They we’re aware and they took every measure possible to provide me a comfortable environment. Gave a cuddly blanket and the kindest person held my hand. (Not to mention they have the best lip balm in waiting room for anyone that visits!!) I know she had other things to do but that level of care and kindness is huge!! Dr Jones was the best!! He took his time and made sure I understood everything that was happening. Most importantly!!!!!!!! NO Pain!!! It is so warm and inviting and a clam space! I know it expensive for most of us to get large dental work even with insurance. However the level of professionalism and care here. It’s like take my money! I would not go anywhere else. No offend. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. I saw Dr Josh Berridge and liked him the minute we meet. He exudes confidence and capability without saying a word. Prior to seeing him I had a terrible and very painful experience with a different practice. Dr Berridge had to redo their work. He put in two implants and I had very little discomfort, I took one Ibuprofen after the surgery and one the following day and that was it. Highly qualified and a great staff. Fantastic experience: Growing up, I’ve always been afraid of dentists, that is until my son Sam Bright became a dentist. During covid, I fell, and my front tooth broke off at the gum. I was horrified. I called my son. He assured me that his friend Dr Gary Jones would help me with my issue. Dr. Jones was very professional and explaining every step I would be going through to get an implant. I was anxious at first. As promised, when Dr. Jones began the procedure, he explained each step to prepare me. He and his attending staff were very gentle. After having my N32 wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Jones, and the quickest recovery I have ever had after a tooth extraction, I can say with confidence that you have one of the best oral surgeon in Dr. Jones. For what I did and how great I felt afterwards, if I was asked to pay three times more, I would. Great value for money. Super relaxing environment. Kind staff! I went in afraid because I have very low pain threshold but he was done before I could start asking when I would feel the expected pain. He did ensure I was most comfortable throughout the procedure. My nerve was preserved so as crown just before the extracted tooth. I stopped taking my recommended pain medication after the following day. And recovery has been very good. Fantastic experience: I want to give a big thanks to Dr. Berridge he took me in as a last patient, and at the end of the day on a Friday at that. I had major trauma to two of my front teeth. The dentist I went to had gave me news of possibly losing my teeth and also having to wait till Monday, that meant having to go all weekend with my two teeth push back in the roof of my mouth. It was already hard talking and eating. They said they were going to send a referral over. I couldn’t wait for a call back, I called them as soon as I left the dentist. I can’t remember who answered the phone but she was determined to get me seen. She could hear the pain in my voice. She got me in the same day! I appreciate her so much for doing whatever she could to get me seen. I spoke on how I wanted to save them if it was a possibility. The nurse couldn’t give me that answer, but as soon as Dr. Berridge came in and look at my teeth. He said he could save them, with it being less than 24hr since the accident had happened. It has been a long road but I still have both my teeth. I am only having to get a root canal done. I still have the possibility of getting it removed but so far I am very please with the work I have had done to save my teeth. I give all my appropriation and thanks to Dr. Berridge and his team!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 recommend this place and these people! They were transparent about the entire process, they took such great care of me and communicated VERY well through everything. I had Dr. Berridge for pretty much everything and he was nothing short of excellent. He was professional but also very personable. He is thorough and has great attention to detail. In addition, all of the ladies were so kind, knowledgeable and professional (front desk & those who assisted in the rooms). I can’t thank them enough for getting me through a pretty ugly tooth situation!

Fantastic experience: The staff is amazing and Dr Jones was wonderful. He explained my X-ray and what to look for and how to keep my implant healthy. I definitely recommend him and the Sandhills clinic.

Fantastic experience: By far this was one of the best medical visits I have ever encountered. I usually feel frustrated and unseen. Also because I am a nurse they treat me as if I’m being dramatic because I assume I know more than I actually do and that narrative is false. This visit was not rushed. They did an excellent examination which included a MRI. They took time to ensure I understood all issues noted, listened and reacted to all of my concerns, made sure that I understood the plan of care and offered immediate solutions. This office is very flexible and ensures there aren’t long wait times for an appointment. I was referred to them on Monday and was seen the following morning! The previous office couldn’t see me until March although my issues were emergent. When you walk into the building it has a soothing spa vibe. All of the staff are kind and friendly. The individual examination and treatment rooms are designed to lessen anxiety. The treatment reclining chairs are not in the middle of the floor and the rooms are closed off. You can view everyone entering and exciting the room. Also the rooms are not extremely cold. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend to all!!! Dr. Berridge was my attending and I give him 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: If you’re not a reader and just want the bottom line, here it is… JUST SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT! From the moment I spoke to staff on the phone to schedule my consultation, I was pleasantly surprised! Kind, professional, empathetic, and understanding, are just a few words that describe Dr. Berridge and his staff. I never thought I would laugh and smile so much going into a dental implant surgery. See, I am someone who had a traumatic incident occur and fear all things dental. Because of this fear, I chose to go the “put me to sleep” route, and boy did it work. I remember nothing! It’s been less than a week and I’m already feeling 99% normal. I highly recommend Dr. Berridge if you’re considering having dental work in his area of expertise. You will not regret it! I promise!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jones is amazing! I had 4 teeth extracted (1 impacted) and never had any pain or even uncomfortableness, didn't even have to take a Tylenol. If I ever have to have oral surgery again I will not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My 17 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed at this office and we were so pleased with the treatment here. The surgeon, called us the next day to check on her. Who does that anymore? If you even get a call from a medical office after a procedure it's usually an assistant or some other office staff that makes the call. I run a business and recognize top-notch service when I see it and this was at the very top. I will ABSOLUTELY go back to this office for any service that I may need if they provide it. 100 stars!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Adcox is wonderful! As an almost 70 year old woman, I was anxious about having my wisdom teeth pulled. Dr. Adcox was thorough throughout every aspect of this extraction. He made me feel comfortable from the first visit. The surgery went great and I’m so thankful for the great job he did!!!!

Dr. Jeffrey Aycock promptly assessed my status and clearly explained the options and risks.
