Fantastic experience: My experience with A Smile Spa was amazing. I had a previous bad experience with a different dental office over 30 years ago. I came in explained my issues and they were very understanding about it and took excellent care of me. Megan, Beth, Erica and Shanice made my experience top tier. Thank you Whitnee for explaining insurance and billing options and last but certainly not least the dentist was caring, patient, and kind. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I had my check up and cleaning today and as usual my visit was very pleasant. Christina has been my hygienist for several years and she's wonderful. Dr. Baker is my dentist but she's such a caring person and I LOVE she takes the time to know you. Positive experience: The atmosphere was great. Staff is friendly. I went in for a cleaning and I was told that all new patients need to get an x-ray done. I thought it was standard and that I wouldn't be charged for it. Flouride was added. I thought it was a part of the cleaning process but I was also charged for that. It turns out that everything that my insurance covered that could be added that day was added. I was told that I had a cavity but upon visiting another dentist, was told no such thing. At the end of the day it was up to me to ask what I was being charged for so, that is my advice to you. Ask.

The personnel, starting from Dr. Zeta Baker are friendly, professional, courteous, and always makes me feel welcomed. I just met Meagan today during my appointment, and I was very impressed with her professionalism. She was very concerned about my status and wanted to make sure I feel at ease. She took her time to explain the procedures in detail. I've gone through three different dental hygienists at the A Smile Spa and, Meagan is by far the best. She seems to enjoy doing her job and does it very well. Way to Meagan!!.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Smile Spa since I was about 14 or 15, and honestly, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The whole team is always so kind, patient, and professional. The space is spotless and has such a calm, welcoming vibe—it’s actually a Black-owned practice too, which makes it feel even more special and community-based. We had a couple small hiccups with billing in the past, but they’ve always been handled with care and clear communication. Overall, I always leave with my teeth (and mood) brighter. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Chef kiss!! I was so anxious before arriving to the office. I waited a few minutes at the lobby and the place was so peaceful and comfortable that I almost fell asleep. Getting in for my appointment I started to get anxious again but the dental hygienist made me feel so safe, heard and understood that I just let her do her job and loved how careful she was. Dr. Henry was just WONDERFUL. Negative experience: When I heard this was a black female dentist office I got excited not to many black female dentist. Boy did I have bad judgement. My dentures dont fit at all. They had me sign off on papers then said she broke her waist and could put them in. They sent me to another dentist to put them in they dont fit at all. They pretty but dont fit. Waste of time and money. Im going to Hometown family dental next week to get a new set made.

Fantastic experience: I had my cleaning today, and Megan was gentle, patient, and effective throughout the process. I always feel a little anxious during these appointments, but she made me feel very relaxed. Dr. Henry is an amazing dentist—she is personable and also very knowledgeable in her field. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Positive experience: Dental visit was outstanding. However, I was supposed to pick up a prescription but when I got to the pharmacy 4 hours later the pharmacy had not received the medication request from the dental office. Time and gas was wasted and now I have to travel back to the pharmacy tomorrow since the dental office is closed and it is only 3:45pm and I cannot talk to them to have the prescription sent to the pharmacy.

My kids enjoy the visits. There’s a box for goodies at the end of treatment that my kids love. The level of professionalism and just being a kind human being perfectly balance. Negative experience: I've been receiving care here for about 10+ yrs and I've never had any issues. I received care from a sub dentist on Mon for a chip tooth. Thursday it broke leaving half a tooth and exposing the root. Why did she remove half my tooth , I don't know. They do not even have a dentist on call for emergencies. Disappointed.. .

With no doubt, The smile spa lives up to it's name on account of, the only service provided to me so far has been my initial assessment to taylor their plan to my dental conditional needs for near future follow ups. Fantastic experience: My first visit was great. Nice clean and comfortable office lobby. The receptionist was pleasant and kind. I was kept aware of my wait time. My hygienist was very patient. She was personable and professional. She was gentle, acknowledged and honored all of my requests (warmer water with as little as possible suctioning). She was letting a new hygienist shadow her. They were both very nice. The dentist was professional and pleasant as well. Everyone made me feel as though I have been a long time patient. I felt comfortable and I’m sure I will be utilizing this location as my forever dentist. The star of the clinic is Coco the poodle! I’m not sure if I am spelling her name correctly however, she is the cutest fur baby ever. I will surely be telling all of my friends and family about Smile Spa.
