Negative experience: I had my initial appointment. It went great. I stopped into the office today to make appointments to start getting my work completed. The receptionist is so rude and not caring she asked for my insurance. I told her cigna, she said which one. I didn't have the card because I was just driving by on lunch. The lady said she need that info and I said I can go to another dentist that could call and get that info. She said OK. LOL at thisjuncture, give me copies of my records and i wont be back,

Negative experience: Avoid Aspen Dental on Skibo unless you want to be a customer instead of a patient New to town and needed a new dentist, so I scheduled a cleaning at Aspen Dental. Unfortunately the experience felt like a complete money grab from start to finish. I came in expecting a routine cleaning. Instead they insisted on taking new X-rays even though I had just had some taken recently. When I questioned it, the technician told me their policy is to take all of their own X-rays. The technician struggled and ended up taking over 25 X-rays. After that they moved me to another room. I assumed this was where I would finally get my teeth cleaned, but instead someone came in and lectured me about oral hygiene while projecting my X-rays on a screen in front of me, color coded like some kind of presentation. Then I had to wait again for the dentist to come in and tell me I needed a treatment plan. They immediately started talking about scheduling a deep cleaning, which seems to be a common revenue driver in places like this. At that point they told me to leave that room and go sit in yet another waiting area. The entire visit had already taken about two hours and I still had not received the cleaning I originally scheduled. I finally asked where the bathroom was and, as soon as I saw a clear path out, I left. No teeth cleaning. Over 25 X-rays required by their policy. A judgmental lecture. And I would not be surprised if they still try to bill my insurance. Overall it felt more like a high pressure sales process than a dental visit. I came in for a cleaning and left feeling like they were more interested in selling procedures than providing the basic service I scheduled.

Negative experience: WOW! I was looking for a new dentist and settled on Aspen. Unfortunately I called the 800 number and got the rudest girl ever! After answering all her questions ( and I tried to ask ahead of time if they even except my insurance, and she said we'll see when im done) she finally came back with an appointment for April 2nd! Today is March 6th. I said thats a month away? ( I have a cracked tooth by the way and I told her this from the begining) so she said, yup it is. I said we'll dont bother making the appointment I will try and find someone sooner. She began to get rude and said..... IM NOT FINSHED! I said ok? She said, im GOING to put you down for April 2nd and when the staff decideds to call you about your appointment ( whenever that is?) they can SEE if they have any cancelations and POSSIBLY get you in sooner. I then said.... yes I understand that but I am not willing to sit around for 30 days and hope for an appointment sooner, I would rather just call around and try and find someone soon and also said.... im not trying to be rude with you... I just dont want to wait that long. She said FINE! And hung up on me. Wholly Cow Lady! Maybe they should screen their callers a little better for customer service? Just a thought. End of rant, off to find a friendly dentist office. Everyone have a blessed day.

Everyone from the front desk to the back of the practice were super nice and extremely eager to get you the help you need! They actually accomplished something no other dental practice could do for me! They actually got me financed for the balance after my two dental insurance policies paid their part!

Negative experience: I was seen on 3/2/26 to have a tooth extracted the Dentist Chaitanya Joopally was very rude and very unfriendly. The dental hygienist came in the room smelling like cigarette smoke. Once the procedure was complete the only thing the dentist said was you can pick up your prescription at what ever pharmacy you have on file, never told me what was prescribed due to me having an allergy to certain medication it would been nice to know what was sent. I do not recommend anyone to visit this place EVER.

Fantastic experience: Great staff! Very efficient and friendly. I came in and it was my first time, so I was handed an iPad to update my information. Shortly after, I was brought back for X-rays, then a technician came in and reviewed my chart and examined my teeth, then a hygienist came in and did a deeper review. Then the dentist came in and discussed my treatment plan. Then I was setup with a scheduler to review my plan and make my appointments. Everyone was friendly and worked as an organized team. This is our dental group from now on! They all take pride in their work!

Negative experience: ❌⚠️ I had my First appointment on 2/4/26, for a New Patient Cleaning" appointment. Yes, the staff were friendly and it's a nice clean office.⚠️, when I had my cleaning, it was so quick and the hygienist barely cleaned/polished my teeth. She was rushing and and ' / the , / ‼️ I sure did have that slick, fresh, clean feeling when I left and got in my car. ⚠️ ❌ . ❌ PLUS, THE DENTIST IS TERRIBLE!! TOO MUCH TO TYPE. Positive experience: I made an appointment to repair dental partial which was broken because their advertisement states they can do repairs on site the same day and my regular dentist couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. When I arrived I was greeted and handed a digital pad so I filled out the documents and reminded them I was just here to have my partial repaired. I was taken for x-rays and into a room to see the hygienist. I told them again, I don't need any of this, I just need my partial repaired and I already have a regular dentist who takes care of x-rays, cleaning, and exams but I couldn't get in for a few more weeks so I scheduled them for the same day repairs and because the advertisement says they can repair them on site the same day. They had one of their technicians look at my partial and said they couldn't repair it as it was from someone else and not from them. I told them what a waste of time this was for me coming to them. I was told they were sorry and then they led me to the exit door as that was it since I just wanted my partial repaired. I am giving this 3 stars as they didn't listen to me about just wanting the partial repaired. They were polite to me but Aspen Dental advertisement was misleading for the same day repairs. Definitely shared this experience with my regular dental office when I called them to explain what happended and asking if there were any cancellations so I could get in for my partial repairs.

Negative experience: Do not go Office! If possible, I would give zero stars! I went in to have a tooth placed on an existing implant, which should have been a simple procedure. The doctor had very poor bedside manner—not personable and barely spoke directly to me. Despite charging over $2,000 and requiring prepayment, the office failed multiple times to confirm they had the proper equipment. I was rescheduled twice because parts were missing, and after over a month of delays—despite me clearly explaining I was on a tight timeline—they ultimately referred me to another location. The lack of organization, communication, and customer care was extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this office if you value professionalism or personable care.

Fantastic experience: Aspen is the best place to go especially if you have dental anxiety. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were warm and welcoming. Stephanie is my hygienist, she is so comforting and knowledgeable and does amazing dental work that is within her scope, I had several things that needed to be done, the lady who took my xrays and was with me for extractions was absolutely wonderful, she was kind and really calmed my fears, the dentist had a very relaxing aura and I knew I could trust him with the more extensive and painful procedures. Even the wonderful lady in finance made me feel welcome and comfortable. I definitely recommend going here!!

Fantastic experience: Richelle...There are not enough stars to show how awesome she is!! She calmed my nerves and answered all of my questions. I am a visual learner, I do not do well with word vomit as it tends to go in one ear and out the other...it's like she knows me lol. She took the time to teach me the right way to floss and set up my routine in order. She even took the time to help me pick out the right electric toothbrush and explained why she recommended it...again showing me the difference between an electric toothbrush and a vibrating toothbrush. From the first introduction, I was not treated like a "how many patients I can treat in a day" patient. I was her patient. This is very much appreciated.

Negative experience: My father has been back and forth with Aspen in Fayetteville for almost two months. Everytime they have to do one more thing before he can get his dentures. He is elderly and has lost almost 50 pounds because he can only eat soft foods. Now they are telling us, again, that he needs one more fitting before they can make the teeth. He has already paid for all services and his teeth, he lives in a fixed income, and it will be mid November before he gets them. I am appalled at the lack of concern or care this company has shown!

Negative experience: I’m only also giving you one extra star because the assistant I had today was so lovely and kind. Anywho, I don’t know where to start with this location. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experiences I have had time after time. Just because you are an affordable dentist does not mean you should treat your patients with any less respect. I’m exhausted with this place. My first visit here I got there at 1:45. Granted they didn’t end lunch until 2 but they allowed us to check in. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes before I was taken back. I then was called to sit in the chair where they begin with work on your mouth only to sit there for an hour and 15 minutes. Now you won’t believe this! I sat in that office until 8:13 PM at night!!!!! Just ridiculously insane. Today is my 3rd visit here. Would have been my fourth but I had to cancel the last one because my mouth hurt so bad that I did not feel comfortable allowing them to work on my mouth again. It’s not like you can get a refund. I’ve already paid for everything. Today my mouth is in the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life. Getting cut on and full of gas was better than the pain I experienced today. So I called and I was hung up on twice. I was told if my mouth continued to hurt that I should come back tomorrow. What good is that going to do me? I can’t even get all of the services provided to me because of their dentist. She inflamed my gums so bad that I am still experiencing pain weeks later. I am on the phone crying my eyes out because my mouth is in so much pain. You know what he told me on the phone? I can’t do anything for you, everyone is gone. I said no you’re not, you’re on the phone talking to me so you’re not gone and I had just spoken to an assistant prior to speaking to him. Let’s not forget the crappy temporary crown they put in my mouth after 6 hours of being at this place it crumbled in my mouth. I tried to call customer service and it will only allow you to contact your local Aspen Dental. Once my services I paid for are done. I will never come back.

Positive experience: I wrote a review while I was still in a ton of pain and I wanted to give a little more credit now that my pain has been taken care of. However, I must take a star away as I talked to everyone in this office about pain management BEFORE I even had the procedure done and why? Because when I had my lower jaw pulled the pain was unbearable for me for a week! I couldn’t even work. Im a nurse I know what pain meds can do and I know every persons pain is different and you must treat patients individually. The female dentist I think is Sasha she did an amazing job when pulling my upper teeth. She stopped to ask about pain and re numbed me. I thank you for that because I did not have that experience with the male dentist when I was there last time for my lower. He actually kept telling me it was just pressure and kept going which I admit a little of it may have been BUT I know what nerve pain is and could definitely feel that as well. This dentist knew I was accurate telling her nerve pain cause she could barely touch my tooth w out pain. She numbed more and I was able to complete it thank God!! She even came back to see what my new teeth looked like and reminded me how strong I am for allowing her to pull after. She made sure to saw down some bone to make sure I didn’t have to come back for that. I appreciated her for those things but I encourage both your dentist to understand pain in every patient is gonna be different ESPECIALLY the first three days and the way you had issues getting out a few of them, then had to suture. All of these things matter and you should have that discussion with your patient before the procedure is started. Period. Last but not least, I’d like to say the dental assistant, shorter, teeny, white lady with black hair and a whole bundle of positive energy (wish I had her name). This is my 4th time dealing with her and she is nothing other than an angel. She advocated for me when they didn’t tell me I needed more money than they had told me. Most importantly, She made me feel so much better in all that she did, she rubbed my jaw when I was in pain, and held it tight so they could pull and idk how but she did it all at once. When I sat there bawling cause I hate I had to have my teeth pulled, she put my denture in and reminded me just how beautiful I was. She made sure they made it exactly like I asked, two bigger teeth in front to match my smile. I appreciated her more than anything in this whole wide world. She is the main reason I walked back into Aspen dental and she deserves everything and more than she can be offered. If you know who she is, I pray you give her this message. She was my angel through this all❤️ Thank you

Negative experience: I very much wanted to give them 5 stars because out of 5 different dental consultations this is the ONLY one that gave me affordable, realistic options and they even got me approved for financing! They got me in very fast as my teeth have been in pain for months. I was in tears when they finally told me they could help!! I want to ensure you know the dental assistant that has years of experience makes a lot of your clinic (wish I could remember her name). She is so energetic, empathetic, caring, loving and really really cares about her patients!! She is the main reason I will be back. The two billing ladies are absolutely caring and sweet. As a RN myself and a manager for multiple clinics the secretary is the very first person you see or hear from and they can make or break your center. First impressions are everything. I’d just like to say if it was not for everyone else I’d never go back here due to the lady at the front desk (don’t know her name but I think she is pregnant). From day 1 I noticed that she huffs and puffs over every call, every thing she is asked to do, and every change that happens (healthcare is all change so no need for all that). I was told to walk in and she huffs and puffs about me coming in at 9 am but then checks me in, I call and ask to speak to the dentist or assistant and she says she may be able to help so I proceed to tell her no medication is at the pharmacy for me after having half a mouth of teeth pulled out and I’m in a ton of pain, especially after having sutures in many of them and the dentist having difficulty with like 4 or my larger back teeth. She tells me she talked to him and since he sent a RX for ibuprofen and antibiotics a few days ago that’s what he wants me to take. Ok I have been taking ibuprofen and Tylenol around the clock for at least 4 weeks due to teeth pain and after having this oral surgery done that will not due instead of just letting him know this and with an attitude she proceeds to add her NON MEDICAL 2 cents of “ya well I have never seen him prescribe anything more for this so I doubt he will but yea I’ll ask him” (in a valley voice attitude way). She lets him know and he prescribed something. No one asked you what he “usually” does, you have no clue everything he prescribes, heck you can’t even open my chart to tell him exactly what tooth is hurting me!!! She needs a better attitude and not to add her “opinion” when asking to ask my DR things.

Positive experience: The first contact was fabulous—they made you feel comfortable. They were great about making the adjustments after the implants were completed. However, when they broke—it was instant they can’t be repaired and I had to push to get to speak with a dental tech before I would leave to get answers about what to do—to finally be called to the back where they had done a repair that could get me through my speaking engagement that very night. If I had not pushed to see someone I would have received no answers. I do not like that all of the information is given to the receptionist to announce in front of everyone that is in the office—so unprofessional. They did make me a new denture implant—so we will see how they work.

The support I have been given after my surgery is incredible. Wonderful staff who are always supportive and knowledgeable. Dr. Joopally is great and always accessible. Negative experience: Will not recommend. Went in for a simple extraction and bridge to replace the tooth and an already missing tooth. Aspen refused to do the procedure without first doing a more expensive procedure despite my acknowledgement of the problem with the explanation, I need to do what insurance covers FIRST and the others will be pulled and replace with implant dentures. Negative experience: At first they were all nice and my insurance paid 2000 and I was responsible for 169 plus 3600. Out of pocket. Then the last day to pickup my dentures they came up with an additional 312.90. They had me by a barrel if I didn't pay I couldn't get my denture. So they're trying to say my insurance came back and said they weren't paying what aspen dental had quoted me. I will never go to this this place again. They would even start looking at my teeth until everything was either paid up front after insurance kicked in. They made a mistake and I'm the one who suffers. I made sure on the day I paid I asked her if I was paid in full and she said yes. Everything is taking care of. Then the day I'm getting my dentures down hits me with a new charge that my insurance didn't cover according to them. So their trying lady basically said I had to pay or no dentures .. Total bullshit. Like I said the staff was great!!

Negative experience: Was satisfied with reception, x-ray, and dental assistant ; however, the doctor/dentist was extremely off putting and once I met him I immediately went from being excited about my upcoming implant procedure to wanting to leave. I was also uncomfortable with the way he spoke to one of his assistants, he was very rude to her. He ended up referring me out to a different specialist because he wasn't sure on how to fix my issue, any way.

Negative experience: Very disappointed needed a lot of work done including dentures had to be fixed. They took ex rays and I had a consultation. They then were ready to talk financials at first the wrong insurance information was put in wrong got that straightened out and she was then going to figure the cost said she would call. Well never did I called them several times but still never received a response.This is not very professional should have called one way or another

Negative experience: Very poor service. Please don't waste your time having them make your dentals. They will fit poorly even with their adjustments because they don't know how to fit them too fit properly. They claim to make sure you are satisfied, but they lie. They will not honor their promise. Save your time and money, find someone who knows how to make and fit dentals.

Negative experience: First, my compliments to the staff on the professionalism. The receptionist and staff that I interacted with were top notch with their service. However.... i entered with so much hope, and left with much disappointment. I went there to get an x-ray and a consultation to make an appointment to have a couple of teeth pulled at later date when I had more time, and to find out how much it would cost. In the 30 minutes I was there, I was hit up 7 times to get dental implants. Even when I said I already had plans to get dentures by the end of the year, they continued to insist that I get implants. They could even get me set up on a payment plan so I could pay over time so I could do it now---after I repeatedly told them I wasn't interested, they just kept pushing it. I felt like I had just wandered onto a used car lot and was being pressured to buy something now. Even after telling them several times that I wasn't interested in dental implants, the dentist told the hygienist to try AGAIN to sell me implants. I was then led to a room and asked to wait for someone to come that would set up the appointment and help me fill out financial paperwork to see if I qualified to get on a payment plan to pay for.... guess what.. implants. I didn't go there to get implants, and I didn't go there so I could fill out financial paperwork to get in debt for those implants. I felt like no one here was listening to me as the patient. They were all in upsell mode. I sat in the room for 10-15minutes waiting for someone to come before I decided to just leave because I came to the conclusion while I was waiting that this place didn't seem to care about the patient who was paying them for their service, they only seemed to care about telling the patient what they wanted to do and helping the patient get into debt to pay for it. It was my first and probably my last time going here.

Fantastic experience: Staff very welcoming and friendly. Definitely patient because I asked a lot of questions I know but I wish I would’ve found out about them way sooner. Update they are horrible I took my insurance papers on a Monday drop them off for the doctor to fill out and called throughout the week to make sure all was well receptionist said she would call when ready never got that call so I went that Friday to pick them up the only thing he filled out was his name signature and date something told me to check before I leave and that’s when I discovered he didn’t fill out the paperwork and I feel he’s doing this intentionally and to find out he didn’t complete it the forms and how a doctor and don’t know how to fill the paperwork out and get mad because I would not allow u guys to over charge me. If you don’t want them to treat you unfairly don’t asked questions, don’t bring any insurance paperwork unless it’s about their money and let them charge you whatever and they will love you to death. The office in Fayetteville needs dr and employees that are not sassy getting mad because they aren’t doing their jobs and just want money is unbelievable.

Negative experience: My husband is in the process of getting full dentures. On Tuesday July 8 he had all teeth pulled. Thursday July 10 he went back to Aspen dental at 11am due to severe pain that he was having. Doctor saw him and told my husband he would be sending a prescription in to our pharmacy for a stronger pain meds due to his gums being so swollen and inflamed. Here it is Friday July 11 12noon and still no prescription has been sent in to pharmacy even though I called after hours yesterday evening and office this morning. Office response “ doctor received message and is aware, he is working on it”. How long does it take to electronically send a prescription to a pharmacy My husband is in severe pain!!!!! Aspen dental could care less. Do not use Aspen Dental if you want to be properly taken care of. They only want your money. They do not care about patient. They will just let you suffer.

Positive experience: My experience with this particular location wasn't positive again. As always the hygienist there are fantastic. Christina was professional, friendly and informative. But I am real sensitive in my mouth, my tolerance to pain is low. When the dentist was putting water and air to my tooth, I felt it and I winced and then he asked me I felt in a condensing tone, why I was doing that. I said because I felt it. He did numb me. I work with the public and sometimes not easy to do. But despite however I feel or what I go through it is my job to treat the public with respect, be pleasant and listen to patients and customers concerns. I will say the dentist wasn't always like this. But I pay for service which includes to be respected as a patient. I won't be going back which is sad because I feel it was a good place to go. I sincerely wish the best to the dentist and all the employees there.

Fantastic experience: Came in with 7/10 pain on the left side of my mouth and they got me in so quickly! I had gingivitis and needed a filling redone. I cannot say enough good things about Richelle the hygienist at this location! She did a remarkable job cleaning my gums and educating me on gum care. After my first gingivitis cleaning, before I got my filling done the pain completely went away! I was shocked! Not only is my smile whiter, my breath smells 10x better, but I can actually see and feel that I have healthier looking gums. After speaking with her I’m actually flossing daily… which has never happened. I highly recommend this location. The entire team is very accommodating and took great care of me.

I went in to my scheduled appointment to receive my new dentures, what I received is not what I ordered. Someone made an executive decision to completely change my denture order without my approval. I was told they will not reorder the correct dentures. I'll be seeking advice.

Negative experience: I wouldn’t take a dog with broken teeth to this place! I have implants and two teeth broke! They fixed one last year but refused to see be this year! I was stunned! I had then done in Colorado but Aspen had worked on them before! I’m sitting here totally stunned! They also want the visit paid before you even walk in the door! It’s not worth it to save a few dollars! Horrible place!! Be very Leary!!! Don’t go there!!!!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional in my opinion. I had to physically go into the office to make a appointment because their phone system doesn't respond properly. The Technician called me by a shortened version of my name, like she's been knowing me for years. Than told me I was picky. After receiving my Dentures, I failed to receive a denture cup or even the courtesy dental kit. I was hu rried out cause it's closing soon.

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience thus far. My teeth are pretty bad and theyre so sweet and understanding and very concise with explaining everything. I went to another dentist before them and they belittled me some and were crazy priced. Aspen has been great in friendliness, accommodating, and price is much cheaper with more included. I’ve gotten very little work done so far and its been so good im actually excited to continue, before i had extreme dental anxiety which is why my teeth are as bad as they are. I will recommend them anytime i can.

Negative experience: The end result was what I wanted but the road there was bumpy. For that reason when my husband is ready to fix his smile Aspen dental will not be his choice. I was given different pricing, explained things incorrectly, given faulty temporary dentures and horrible with returning messages. Some of my issues I wasn’t aware of them until it was too late or I just didn’t want to have any further issues if I said something before completion. Everyone was always very nice to you even when they’re messing up!

Negative experience: The staff was very friendly and the area was well clean so for that I would give 5 stars but the information given prior to booking appointment was incorrect. I was told they only accept one of my insurance but my cleaning and X-rays would be covered. Going to this appointment I was supposed to get cleaning, X-rays and consultation about steps to straighten teeth. Instead I just got xray and consultation but no cleaning. I was told if I wanted to get cleaning I would have to pay $600 out of pocket. And for everything the dentist recommended for aligners I would have to pay $4441. This was a waste of time. So I now have to get a copy of my xray and send to another dentist office and get teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: My experience was terrible, paid $3000 to have 4 teeth pulled and get a partial that took me 2 months to get and only lasted 2 months before it broke, the lady there tells me to try to super glue it back together and that didn’t work so I tried taking it back and my warranty was no good because of the glue. So I would recommend you go anywhere but here. There’s more to the story, not only issue I had but this was the final straw. Made me leave cussing.

Positive experience: The office manager needs to have all the information before she makes a plan. I feel that the provider should be involved in talking about the steps and what's needed when. I'm thinking the office manager did not go to dental school and therefore making payment plans might conflict with the best treatment plan. The treatment team did well. Reception, rooming, hygienist, dentist all where fine.
