Negative experience: I have been coming to the office for years and never had an issue until my recent visit. If unprofessional unfriendly and lazy had a name and a face this place and these people would be it. Customer was lacking from the beginning from the insurance information to the girl who couldn’t be bothered because she was eating at the desk. In the back someone has lack of knowledge with putting a simple Blood Pressure cuff on accurately and they refused to give me my money back from a previous visit where I overpaid a received a credit they refused to acknowledge it or apply it. I did not at all have a good experience with these lazy no compassion people. They need to give me my money being that I now have a new dental care provider and I am pleased with the service. You would think after the years of care they have provided I would have been treated better but obviously not.

Fantastic experience: I came into the Dental Care Center 4/2/26 after a couple years of not seeing a dentist with a lot of anxiety. Nicole and Christina made me feel so comfortable and cared for, often letting me take a moment to catch my breath. Do not be afraid to ask them questions! They are very sweet and I was so grateful for my experience. Additionally, technology has gotten pretty advanced these days so the things I was extra worried about (scraping sounds due to sensory issues) were not even a huge deal. Very thankful for this team and would 1000% recommend!

Negative experience: Went in for appointment today just for a general cleaning. The hygienist was very rude to me. She wants to raise her voice and yell at me because I’m a breast cancer survivor and I cannot use that new blood pressure cup that they have. I have to use the old regular blood pressure cup. She gets an attitude when I raise her voice she goes get the manager. The manager is trying to put the cuff on and check my pressure as she’s doing that I’m trying to tell her about the young lady. The young lady still is being rude and everything I talked to the manager. The manager gonna tell me she don’t feel as though she was being rude, so I told him just to cancel all of my appointments I talked to the doctor and he just looking like a deer court in a car like in headlights so I will not be returning there. I’ve been going there since last year. I didn’t been dealing with these people for a while thought they was professional until today so I will be going to another dentist.

She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to clearly explain treatment plans and answer any questions patients may have. She stays organized, communicates well with both patients and the dental team, and helps make the entire process smooth and stress free. Kaitlyn is a valuable asset to the office and truly contributes to a positive experience for everyone who comes in.

Negative experience: I’m very disappointed with the service of the doctors assistant this is my second time there with this same individual and he has my mouth looking a mess. Due to me being in so much pain I wasn’t able to sit and get the problem fixed. I love the doctor with all my heart and the staff always makes me feel welcome and take good care of me.

Fantastic experience: To the staff of : DCC From the time I arrived with a mouth full of problems the staff was comforting and understanding of my needs. The prep before the Dr.came in made time minimal and less stressful. Though the extractions were my biggest complaint it was at no one's fault but my own. I would rate the excellence of professionalism at a high to perfect score. The front counter handled my insurance issues promptly. Negative experience: I am sharing this review as a warning to parents, especially those with children or children with special needs to proceed with caution. Upon arrival, the front desk was disorganized. Only one staff member was actively assisting patients while several others carried on side bar conversations with each other. While waiting to not only be acknowledged but checked in for our appointments, there were 5 staff members at the desk, only one was on the phone/assisting anybody. There was not a line. There was no wait. I assume they were just passing time waiting to get off of work. After check-in, my children were called back. Shortly thereafter, a dental hygienist came to retrieve me because one of my children was crying and expressing that the procedure was painful. Based on my own experience during my cleaning, I can confirm that the cleaning was indeed painful. Experience or not, there is always room for improvement in your professional skills to include interactions with other people and their children. Under no circumstance is it appropriate for staff to attempt to discipline, reprimand, or chastise a child, especially a child who is not their own. If there is a behavioral concern, the parent should be notified immediately so they can address it, or the provider can choose to refuse care if they feel unable to continue. Rudeness and attempted discipline are unacceptable and unprofessional. It took an extreme amount of restraint for me not to escalate the situation in the office. I will be speaking directly with the office manager and will also be notifying the appropriate state authorities regarding this experience.

Dr. Watson, the staff, and the hygienists are all so kind, patient, and professional. I’m having dental work done over the next couple of months, and they’ve made me feel comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great service and people who truly care.

Negative experience: I still can’t wear the teeth because they don’t fit properly. All tho when y’all had me sign something saying it was good I ask over and over is this how they are going to fit and got told no that was just the wax gums so I still have no teeth. Thanks so much. Also this set was made because they made me a set 3 years ago that didn’t fit and I went back over and over to get them adjusted til I was finally told to just try to get used to them but I couldn’t even close my Mouth with the teeth in. So he ( the Denist ) agreed to make me a top set at no cost only if I made them to fit the bottoms that was made 3 years prior. Now I can’t wear them either cause when I bite it’s just painful. So I’m over this place.

Overall the front desk staff, dental hygienists and the dentists are all knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. I appreciate that they are always friendly and make going to the dentist a pleasant experience. I also appreciate the wait time to be taken back by the dental hygienist and to be evaluated by the dentist is reasonably. I did have an unpleasant instance a couple years ago with one of the dentists however I brought the issue up to management and it was handled immediately. I felt heard in my complaint and the resolution was appropriate. I will continue to use DCC for my dental needs and would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I visited this office because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years since I had moved. Everyone in the office was very friendly and informative. They set me up with a treatment plan that explained everything that I needed done to my teeth. It gave estimated pricing for all procedures and even broke it done into groups of what would be done at each future appointment. My 2nd appointment was to have 2 teeth pulled. It was very fast and mostly, pain free. I was on my way home in less than an hour. I would highly recommend.
